Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical experience with composites and/or aerospace components production or repair.

The Senior Supply Chain Planner is responsible for serving as a key member of the Supply Chain Management team by processing and managing information involving fulfillment of orders, inventory management, and demand forecasting to contribute to revenue generation and improve the profitability of the company.
Essential Functions and Main Duties
- Support end-to-end production planning and shipment if needed
- Monitor and communicate backorder status to cross-functional stakeholders and provide a commitment of delivery date to Sales and PMO team for all types of projects
- Provide the status update on backorder items to all stakeholders (sales, marketing, PMO, planners, service, etc.) to set an expectation of delivery proactively or in a timely manner
- Analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal inventory daily basis based on assignment

This senior leadership role is designed for a strategic, hands-on professional to oversee all operational aspects for a custom home builder. The Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, profitable, and high-quality delivery of luxury residential projects, managing everything from initial design and budgeting to final field execution and client handoff.
Core Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with long-term business goals, optimizing workflows across design, purchasing, and construction.
- Preconstruction & Contracts: Oversee the soft-cycle phase, including estimating, purchasing, and contract awards. Manage the RFI system, draft contract agreements, and ensure all bids align with project budgets.
- Project Scheduling & Field Oversight: Develop and monitor project schedules, implementing work-around strategies to maintain timelines. Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety and SWPPS programs.
- Financial & Performance Management: Manage project budgets and job costs in coordination with accounting. Utilize data-driven KPIs to track productivity, variance control, and profit margins.
- Client & Sales Integration: Collaborate with onsite sales teams and designers to manage client expectations, oversee the buyer options program, and ensure a superior, client-centric building experience.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the high-end luxury or custom home building industry.
- Proven Leadership: Extensive experience managing diverse teams, including project managers, superintendents, and administrative staff.
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in custom residential construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of construction management software, ideally Procore.

Responsibilities: Growing and developing a territory of residual based medical supplies in assigned territory.
The team sells disposables, exam gloves, point of care tests, capital and diagnostics.
Healthcare personnel contacted include but are not limited to physician’s, nursing staff, office managers and those staff involved with purchasing.
Building relationships and developing a customer base of alternate site physician offices as well as hospital based practices Making new calls on a daily basis to develop new customers Working with manufacturers to present products to the physician community Prepare and deliver quotations for product Develop long term relationships with customer base Prepare and maintain a territory plan Create a grow a residual base of customers in the alternate site marketplace Train and learn new items to present to customers and explain the medical and fiscal benefits Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.
Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment; Ability to present multiple product lines; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Stable work history; Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Due to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required.
