Position: Financial Planner & Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Financial Planner & Analyst (FP&A) to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, performance, and growth of the business. This position is responsible for establishing the Finance department within EVERGOODS. They will then be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to guide key decision-making and ensure long-term fiscal health and sustainability. This role involves creating financial models, analyzing data to support decision-making, and preparing reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance and future projections.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning & Analysis
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making, evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to optimize financial results.
- Analyze the impact of business strategies and initiatives, customer profitability and segmentation, and channel and brand profitability as they relate to business strategy and company goals.
Reporting
- Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders that support key decision-making at EVERGOODS. Reports should include long-term financial and operational plans, short term forecasts, cash modeling and planning.
- Maintain, review and track departmental budgets
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance, monitor progress towards financial goals, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Invoice Management
- Oversee and participate in the invoice payment cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper coding of all transactions.
Financial Forecasting
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to project financial performance, monitor variances against budgets/forecasts, and prepare regular management reports to communicate key findings and recommendations.
Inventory Planning
- Track all purchase orders, including expected arrival, payment terms, freight, and tariffs
- Reconcile Purchase Orders for amounts received domestically and direct shipped to wholesale.
- Reconcile wholesale inventory and collection activities.
- Maintain average cost inventory values and provide insight into inventory trends and cost drivers.
Future-Proofing
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms, leveraging technology and best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Cross-Collaboration
- Partner with the CEO, COO, and key functional leaders to improve business performance and profitability through financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.
Special Projects
- As the business grows and changes, the role may be assigned special projects as needed.
RELEVANT SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Software proficiency in Xero Software for Small Business, , and OnPay payroll solutions.
- Experience with utilizing Shopify or similar commerce platforms.
- 3+ years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience in a consumer products manufacturing/sourcing company that prioritizes direct to consumer sales.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, present findings in a clear and concise manner, and influence decision-makers.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the online sales, digital strategy, and growth of the business. This position is responsible for establishing the Ecommerce Department at EVERGOODS. This is a hands-on, high ownership role for a manager with a versatile skillset who is comfortable setting strategy and executing at a detailed level.
This individual will own the site experience end to end, from digital strategy and customer journey planning to building product pages, launching custom landing pages, and optimizing and improving conversion rate. This role partners closely with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to ensure the site is fast, intuitive, conversion focused, and aligned with brand standards.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building systems from scratch, and is comfortable doing whatever the team needs to succeed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ecommerce Strategy & Ownership
- Establish and lead the Ecommerce Department, including processes, tools, and performance standards
- Own the ecommerce roadmap in partnership with the COO and Head of Growth
- Plan and manage the site calendar including launches, updates, campaigns, and experiments
- Report on site performance, user behavior, and key ecommerce KPIs
Site Management & Page Creation
- Own and manage all areas of the site including PDPs, collection pages, homepage, navigation, sitelinks, blog posts, and customer experience landing pages.
- Build and maintain all web pages and templates
- Create landing pages for customer acquisition and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure site quality, accuracy, and consistency across all pages
Conversion Rate Optimization & Performance
- Own revenue per session and conversion rate as primary KPIs
- Manage A/B testing programs from ideation through execution and analysis
- Own heat map tools and user behavior analysis
- Improve mobile experience and overall usability
- Optimize load speeds and site performance
- Improve Quality Score for paid media through landing page relevance and performance
Merchandising
- Own digital merchandising strategy across PDPs, collection pages, and featured site placements based on sales trends, inventory priorities, and customer behavior
- Develop and manage collection logic that supports launches, evergreen products, and seasonal priorities
- Test merchandising strategies to improve discoverability, conversion rate, and revenue per session
- Use data and site analytics to continuously refine product presentation and assortment strategy
Graphic Design & UX
- Create, design and manage visual content for the ecommerce site including PDP layouts, collection pages, homepage modules, landing pages, and promotional assets
- Apply strong UX/UI principles to improve navigation, product discovery, and checkout flow
- Use tools such as Figma to design, iterate, and document ecommerce experiences and page layouts
- Build and maintain reusable design components and patterns to support consistency and scalability
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative to ensure visual alignment across campaigns and channels
SEO & Content Management
- Own SEO strategy in partnership with Marketing
- Manage blog content, structure, and publishing
- Improve keyword rankings through on page optimization and content strategy
- Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across the site
International & Platform Growth
- Lead international site launches and ongoing management
- Evaluate, implement, and manage new site apps including post purchase, shipping, and customer facing tools
- Ensure scalability and performance as traffic and complexity grow
Collaboration and Cross Functional Work
- Partner with the Product team to gather necessary information to optimize product pages and develop on-site content strategy
- Kickoff and co-manage the analysis and optimization of the customer journey with the Head of Growth and COO
- Collaborate with the paid media team to develop landing pages for paid and organic content
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan out necessary media and assets for the site
- Translate business goals from COO into site execution with measurable results
Special Projects
- As the business grows and changes, the role may be assigned special projects as needed.
RELEVANT SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience managing and growing a direct to consumer ecommerce site
- 3+ years of experience with Shopify
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, CRO, SEO, and site performance optimization
- Ability to both set strategy and execute day to day tasks independently

- Fluent in data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA)

The Clinical Affairs Manager will provide clinical expertise, insight, and support to clinical end-users, clinical sales specialists, sales team, Regulatory, Engineering, marketing, and other corporate departments on safe and effective use of the Teleflex Medical product portfolio with primary emphasis on the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise. This position will support the appropriate clinical application of the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise via didactic, web-based, and teleconference education, and understanding of these products and best practices. Clinical support will be provided to physicians, nurses, techs, etc., to include support for live cases/proctorships in the therapeutic areas related to focus products. The Clinical Affairs Manager will drive innovation by identifying product attributes necessary to expand into new markets, or capitalize on new clinical applications; identify new, clinically driven product and market opportunities; and perform other related duties as required. Provide support during society engagements, facilitating the exchange of scientific information in close collaboration with CMA leadership and the broader clinical affairs interventional team.

Manage utilization of HCPs in accordance with Teleflex IPPs. Coordinate efforts between cross-functional partners, including Medical Affairs, Global Research & Scientific Services, marketing, and R&D. Coordinate, participate, and manage educational, scientific activities at identified local, regional, and national trade shows/exhibitions. Serve as part of the CMA clinical expert team on product applications and troubleshooting when interfacing with SBU Leadership, Clinical Sales Specialists, and Teleflex team members. Participate as a clinical expert on project teams, committees, and in meetings with various corporate departments to provide guidance as to the clinical perspectives for the Coronary/Structural franchise. Build and support infrastructure for speaker programs supporting Teleflex Academy, webinars, training content, and programs. Coordinate and participate in content development and review of education material as needed by IA BU or CMA. Manage all business-associated administrative tasks and responsibilities to support job-related activities, to include strict adherence to the Teleflex Medical T&E policies and procedures, timely filing of required and/or requested reports, and documentation of activities via approved documents and forms. Adhere to applicable Teleflex IPPs, Teleflex Code of Ethics, and all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in clinical, biology, health sciences, or engineering. Procedural experience within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart Possess a minimum of five years' clinical exposure in the medical field in the Cardiology environment. Medical Device industry supporting Clinical and Medical Affairs, strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; SalesForce experience preferred.

Your Role at a Glance
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding business within existing Ambulatory Care facilities. You'll engage customers through phone, email, social media, and other digital channels-delivering solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
On-Site Training & Hybrid Work Model
Training Schedule (4 Weeks On-Site in Richmond, VA):
Schedule: 8am to 5pm
Weeks 1- 4 Monday-Friday in office training. This structured training model includes onboarding, meeting with the team and your mentor, side by side shadowing while using what you learn in a supportive, supervised environment
Working in office Monday through Friday for 60 days post training
After initial 90 days, new team members move their workspace home to work remotely, while returning to the office once or twice a week for team meetings
Inside Sales Compensation:
Base: $28.85hr / $60,008 annual
Uncapped Sales Incentive: Target $30,000 annual (Paid Monthly)

New Business Development
Prospect and convert new customers through cold calling, email outreach, and digital engagement.
Sell McKesson's full portfolio of products including med-surg, equipment, and lab items.
Prepare quotes, negotiate sales transactions, and close deals.
Stay current on industry trends, vendor offerings, and competitive positioning.
Use tools like Orbits, Scan Manager, and EDI to support customer connectivity and articulate value.
Account Growth & Retention
Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts.
Analyze sales history and customer needs to recommend tools and solutions.
Provide clinical support and education on business tools and programs.

Location Requirement:Candidates must reside in the greater Richmond, VA or Scottsdale, AZ metropolitan area. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office following completion of training.
Sales & Influence:Demonstrated success in influencing decisions and/or selling products or services over the phone in a consultative or transactional sales environment.
Performance-Driven:Proven track record of achieving individual performance goals, with experience managing to metrics in a structured, results-oriented setting.
Customer-Focused Experience:Background in account management or other customer-facing roles within a professional office environment.

Westgate Resorts is hiring Full-Time Rental Reservations Agents in Orlando, FL with a unique hybrid work model—100% in-office for the first 90 days, then fully remote after training and passing quality checks. This role starts at $16/hr or $16.50/hr for bilingual Spanish-speaking agents, with additional 10% evening differential and 15% weekend differential. As a Rental Reservations Agent, you will handle 40–50 inbound calls per day from Westgate guests, assisting with servicing reservations, general resort questions, reservation questions and collecting payments. This role requires strong communication skills, fast typing, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating multiple systems at once. We are hiring immediately for the upcoming 4/16 class.
This is a structured call‐center environment with 4 weeks of in-office training (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm) followed by 2 weeks of nesting training, both with no time off allowed during the first 90 days. After nesting, the permanent schedule becomes 12:30pm–9:00pm on weekdays (two weekdays off) and a 10:00am–6:00pm weekend schedule. Candidates with hospitality call center experience, sales, collections, front desk, or previous work-from-home success excel in this role. As part of Westgate's commitment to excellence, training includes weekly Gate Assessments, requiring at least 80% performance to advance to the following week of training.

- Participate in Gate Assessments during training with an 80% passing requirement
- Maintain excellent written notes and system documentation

Qualifications

- 4–6 months of sales, customer service, call center, or related hospitality experience preferred
