Position Purpose:
Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•12 months commercial driving experience• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent
• Valid CDL A
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location

Paragonix Technologies markets organ transportation devices that safeguard organs during the journey between donor and recipient patients. Our devices incorporate clinically proven and medically trusted cold preservation techniques in a novel suspension system to provide unprecedented physical and thermal protection. Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time.
Position Overview:
This commercial role will report directly to the Area Sales Director. This position will be primarily responsible for sales results & clinical account management within assigned Organ Procurement Organizations. Sales results include direct account sales as well as driving transplant center demand via consignment and collaboration with territory managers on product pull through. Successful collaboration across the national sales, logistics and clinical teams is critical to success in this role.
This role is a variable leveled role, dependent on experience and performance. Applicable Job Titles for this role include Strategic Account Specialist & Strategic Account Manager.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Achieve a minimum of 100% monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
- Maintain and/or increase ASP where applicable, gain market share quarter over quarter and year over year within aligned territory.
- Serving as the in-person face and primary representative of Paragonix to the OPO.
- Differentiate Paragonix products & services, from the current standard of care and competitive products. Call points will include but are not limited to OPOs, adult and pediatric transplant surgeons, medical directors, medical transplant physicians, fellows, transplant administration and Csuite.
- Closely monitor all cases within assigned OPO for quality, customer experience and staff competence. Provide escalation trouble shooting as needed or requested.
- Develop and leverage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the transplant eco-system, including but not limited to: OPO leadership, AOCs, Preservationists, Perfusionists, buyers and inventory managers. Transplant center Surgeons, especially Kidney Surgeons.
- Differentiate Paragonix products by discussing clinical data; conducting in-services & training; attending local, regional, and national conferences, and supporting cases on a regular basis.
- Cross-sell Paragonix full product portfolio
- Communicate territory needs, trends, and problems to Area Director.
- Providing guidance and recommendations to medical transplant teams in the proper, safe, and effective use of highly specialized organ preservation equipment for use in organ transplant procedures. This position requires highly specialized knowledge of the organ preservation device and the ability to make
quick, independent decisions and provide independent guidance on the proper and effective use of the organ preservation equipment.
- Responsible for guidance and recommendations on the use of the Paragonix App and training customers to enable the safe and effective use of organ preservation equipment on a case-by-case basis to meet their particular circumstances.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to medical teams with case support on usage of organ preservation devices and associated applications on an independent, case-by-case basis in matters of time-critical transplant situations in order to gain incremental business.
- Collaborates with and provides feedback to Product team, Clinical team, Logistics team and local sales teams as required.
- Required to maintain supply of field inventory as needed by Paragonix for local OPO back-up.
- OPO owned and consigned inventory management across all products.
- Case support coverage for assigned OPOs as designated by customer or management request.
- In person & remote customer training and education for all Paragonix devices.
- May be responsible for providing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features.
- Cost effectively manage time and assets.
- Maintain proficient level of product knowledge in all assigned product lines Required Skills:
Strong clinical understanding of the transplant system. Solid OPO knowledge, organization, communication and fundamental understanding of transplant clinical considerations and operations. Other Requirements:
- This role is a remote (US), field based position with expectations of regular in-person sales & clinical support in OPOs and hospitals.
- Must be willing to travel domestic and/or internationally, including overnights and air travel, up to 75% of the time.
- Must be willing to be available after-hours and formally on-call related to the nature of conducting clinical support in the transplant space. Primary for clinical escalation coverage at assigned OPOs as needed (including holidays, weekend, evenings).
- Must be able to carry bulky items up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods of time and prolonged, unpredictable hours in high stress environments such as operating rooms.
- Excellent with interpersonal, customer service, clinical and technical skills.
Minimum Education:
- Minimum B.A./B.S.or equivalent education or experience in related field Minimum Experience:

**Job Qualifications**
What background and experience is needed as a Territory Sales Representative?
+ Bachelor's degree in any related field and 3 to 5 years of business to business outside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
+ A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required.
+ Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
+ General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office is required.
+ You must also possess a valid driver's license.
+ 3+ years of dental industry experience preferred.

The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for delighting Thorntons' Guests with a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and in-stock shopping experience. GSRs assist in maintaining brand standards through the execution of tasks within the Store Operating System, providing a craveable fresh food and beverage offering in a food safe environment, and supporting store goals and initiatives.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions (Responsible to)
* Delivers guest service with a \"how may I help you\" attitude. Looks for opportunities to delight guests and follows instructions from store management.
* Practice safe working habits that align with company safety rules. Advise store management of any maintenance or safety problems.
* Adhere to all city, county, state, and other applicable laws and regulations as it relates to restricted sales such as alcohol, tobacco, and lottery.
* Prepare fresh food while meeting and maintaining food safety requirements and standards, (i.e., time and temp logs, dating procedures, washing and sanitizing dishes). Obtain necessary food safety and handling certifications as required.
* Follow all cash handling procedures as outlined in the Cash Handling Policy. Assure proper sale and accounting of money orders/lottery during shift. Accurately account for and document price overrides, store use of merchandise, voids, returns and waste. Ensure that Store Management is made aware of all sales, cash, or operating discrepancies.
* Keep coolers, beverage dispensers, impulse lane merchandise, store shelves, and displays fully stocked and fronted on a regular basis.
* Use suggestive selling techniques to suggest items to Guests that complement their purchases. Encourage Guest participation in the Refreshing Rewards loyalty program.
* Clean windows, floors, shelving, counters, and restrooms per Store Operating System Game Plans. Clean and maintain equipment and ready high-margin products such as coffee, fountain drinks, etc. Monitor and clean the fuel dispensers, parking lot and grounds surrounding the store, including trash duties, in all-weather conditions.

Position Title: Clinical Sales Associate
Reports to: AVP Clinical
The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) position is a field-based position and responsible for maximizing the adoption of Vapotherm products, initiating & building sustainable relationships with customers, and ensuring superior customer education and support. The CSA will report to the AVP Clinical and will work closely with sales, clinical, marketing, and other cross-functional partners to deliver on label education to targeted customers. This position is an entry-level clinical and sales hybrid position. The CSA must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to plan and achieve business goals. The (CSA) supports growth and correct usage of Vapotherm products through clinical education, training and expertise while maximizing the sales and use of Vapotherm products in current customers. The CSA will work with health care providers in acute care and post-acute care hospitals and institutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Hit assigned Recuring Revenue (RR) growth targets
- Identify the needs of each customer and develop quarterly sales plans designed to best meet those needs.
- Complete Clinical and Business Acumen Training.
- Develop and implement a plan to expand current business and plan for territory containing guidelines and metrics
- Provide clinical and product related demos and in-services to Vapotherm current and potential customers.
- Partner with the US Sales Leaders to schedule weekly meetings/validations/implementations strategically with customers in the region.

- Execute on strategies designed to increase individual account revenue/profitability.

- Manage territory activities through Vapotherm Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dashboards and company generated standard and customized reports.
- Report all activities, communication, and customer intelligence in Vapotherm’s CRM system.
- Organize and/or present at health care practitioner conferences, symposium, etc. on Vapotherm technology and product.
- Work national, regional and state meetings and exhibits as required
- Keep up to date on knowledge of key customers, the market, industry trends, competitors, and leading competitive strategies
Knowledge, Years of Experience and Education
- Active RRT certification required.
- Previous example/s of influencing clinical use of product in hospital environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in respiratory or critical care.
- Clinical experience in adult, pediatric and/or neonatal markets.
- Education experience in hospital environment required
- Current knowledge of respiratory therapies.
