Job Purpose
This position reports to the Mt. Laurel, New Jersey Zone Office but will cover the Territory of Connecticut.
Parts & Service Field Operations group provides dealer consulting and support to improve the Service customer experience and maintain dealer profitability. The District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) is the liaison between American Honda Motor Company, Inc., (AHM) and Honda/Acura dealerships. The DPSM is the dealer’s point of contact for all parts and service-related activities. The DPSM works to identify specific gaps between AHM objectives and actual Dealer performance in the areas of: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Convenience, Customer Treatment, Reduction of oil change service time, Honda/Acura Genuine Parts and Accessory sales, and dealership profitability. The DPSM supports development, implementation, and follow-up of action plans to address gap areas for the key MAR’s. This support includes but is not limited to: Participation in Honda/Acura programs, policies, and procedures, which develop and promote well-managed, profitable parts and service departments, and lifetime owner loyalty. The DPSM is expected to support DPSM mentoring, Pilot Program(s) as assigned and any other assigned areas of responsibility tasks or projects. This position is responsible for an average of 9-11 Honda/Acura Dealers.

At least 5 years of account management or/and sales experience within medical device, with strong preference within Respiratory, Anesthesia or other clinically specialized areas.
Experience preparing business plans to align/support selling strategies.
Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to various group sizes.
Exposure to and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Position requires travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes (overnight, within state and out of state).
Environment includes office setting and medical facilities.
Position may require non-traditional work hours during in-services.

New Business Development: Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients in the manufacturing industry 2.
Recruitment: Utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, Jax, to find candidates who match your clients open positions 3.
Lead with Kindness + Respect What We’re Looking For Required: 1.
Staffing Agency Experience: Currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience in the staffing industry.

Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate placement.
3.
Pipeline Development & Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining a strong candidate and client pipeline and fostering long-term professional relationships.
4.
Strategic Prospecting & Account Management: Ability to prioritize outreach efforts, maintain trust, and expand relationships through effective strategies.
5.
Performance & Revenue Accountability: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement goals, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics.
Preferred: 1.
Industry Specialization: Experience recruiting in manufacturing or similar skilled trades.

ATS Proficiency: Skilled in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.) for sourcing and reporting.
3.
Revenue & Performance Analytics: Ability to understand and manage net billing, contract vs.
permanent placement revenue, and gross profit tracking, along with reporting and analyzing year-to-date billing and historical placement metrics Think we have a match?
