The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach

Manage daily print operations, production scheduling, and throughput while ensuring quality control, compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and adherence to precision manufacturing practices. Develop and optimize 3D printing parameters and processes to achieve precise, repeatable, and high-quality outcomes across ceramics, polymers, and composite materials.


  • Leadership & Best Practices: Lead and supervise the Applications Engineering team, setting priorities, allocating resources, and fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.   • Materials Integration: Design and execute experiments to evaluate and qualify both internally developed and third-party materials—including ceramic resins and specialty formulations—for use on BMF systems.   • Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
  • Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:


  • Class B CDL
  • Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements  
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
  • Per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards. 


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong customer service skills
  • Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL)
