Scribe is at a pivotal point in its growth, and we’re hiring a Director of Finance to help define how the company scales from here. This role will own company-wide planning, forecasting, and play a central role in shaping how we invest, prioritize, and grow as the business doubles in size. You’ll partner closely with our GTM teams to translate growth ambitions into clear financial tradeoffs and outcomes. This role is designed for someone who wants real ownership, real judgment, and the opportunity to build the financial operating rhythm for the next phase of a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
About the Role
This role sits at the center of how Scribe plans, invests, and scales. As Director of Finance, you’ll own much of the company’s financial planning and analysis muscle, ensuring the business is making clear, disciplined decisions as we rapidly scale.
You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of planning — from building the annual operating plan and forecasts to ensuring they remain accurate over time. This means holding teams accountable to performance, driving re‑forecasting when reality diverges from plan, and helping leadership understand the tradeoffs behind their choices. Finance is expected to be the arbiter of truth, and this role plays a central part in making sure the organization is operating from a single, trusted financial view.
This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role. You’ll work closely with leaders across GTM, Accounting, and Operations to translate strategy into execution, surface risks and opportunities, and force clarity when alignment stalls. While the role does not start with a large team, it carries broad influence, visibility, and responsibility — and offers the opportunity to shape how finance operates as the company scales.
In your first 3–12 months at Scribe, you will:
Drive the planning process, including the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, budgets, and long‑range planning, and hold teams accountable when performance diverges from plan
Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic decision‑making, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives
Identify and apply opportunities for AI and automation across finance to improve forecasting accuracy, decision speed, and how insights are delivered to the business
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate financial insight into action by surfacing tradeoffs, recommending paths forward, and pushing decisions to be made when ambiguity or misalignment persists
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and unit economics to ensure GTM plans are grounded in financial reality
Enhance existing financial processes and systems to streamline operations and improve data accuracy, fostering a culture of accountability and performance; implementing planning tools, systems, and processes as scale demands
Success in this role looks like better decisions across the company: clearer plans, fewer surprises, stronger alignment, and leadership confident in where and how to invest.

The starting salary range for this role is $220,000 - 260,000 base + equity.

Paragonix Technologies markets organ transportation devices that safeguard organs during the journey between donor and recipient patients. Our devices incorporate clinically proven and medically trusted cold preservation techniques in a novel suspension system to provide unprecedented physical and thermal protection. Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time.
Position Overview:
This commercial role will report directly to the Area Sales Director. This position will be primarily responsible for sales results & clinical account management within assigned Organ Procurement Organizations. Sales results include direct account sales as well as driving transplant center demand via consignment and collaboration with territory managers on product pull through. Successful collaboration across the national sales, logistics and clinical teams is critical to success in this role.
This role is a variable leveled role, dependent on experience and performance. Applicable Job Titles for this role include Strategic Account Specialist & Strategic Account Manager.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Achieve a minimum of 100% monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
- Maintain and/or increase ASP where applicable, gain market share quarter over quarter and year over year within aligned territory.
- Serving as the in-person face and primary representative of Paragonix to the OPO.
- Differentiate Paragonix products & services, from the current standard of care and competitive products. Call points will include but are not limited to OPOs, adult and pediatric transplant surgeons, medical directors, medical transplant physicians, fellows, transplant administration and Csuite.
- Closely monitor all cases within assigned OPO for quality, customer experience and staff competence. Provide escalation trouble shooting as needed or requested.
- Develop and leverage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the transplant eco-system, including but not limited to: OPO leadership, AOCs, Preservationists, Perfusionists, buyers and inventory managers. Transplant center Surgeons, especially Kidney Surgeons.
- Differentiate Paragonix products by discussing clinical data; conducting in-services & training; attending local, regional, and national conferences, and supporting cases on a regular basis.
- Cross-sell Paragonix full product portfolio
- Communicate territory needs, trends, and problems to Area Director.
- Providing guidance and recommendations to medical transplant teams in the proper, safe, and effective use of highly specialized organ preservation equipment for use in organ transplant procedures. This position requires highly specialized knowledge of the organ preservation device and the ability to make
quick, independent decisions and provide independent guidance on the proper and effective use of the organ preservation equipment.
- Responsible for guidance and recommendations on the use of the Paragonix App and training customers to enable the safe and effective use of organ preservation equipment on a case-by-case basis to meet their particular circumstances.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to medical teams with case support on usage of organ preservation devices and associated applications on an independent, case-by-case basis in matters of time-critical transplant situations in order to gain incremental business.
- Collaborates with and provides feedback to Product team, Clinical team, Logistics team and local sales teams as required.
- Required to maintain supply of field inventory as needed by Paragonix for local OPO back-up.
- OPO owned and consigned inventory management across all products.
- Case support coverage for assigned OPOs as designated by customer or management request.
- In person & remote customer training and education for all Paragonix devices.
- May be responsible for providing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features.
- Cost effectively manage time and assets.
- Maintain proficient level of product knowledge in all assigned product lines Required Skills:
Strong clinical understanding of the transplant system. Solid OPO knowledge, organization, communication and fundamental understanding of transplant clinical considerations and operations. Ability to communicate effectively and train others. Project, relationship and account management. Leading through influence.
Other Requirements:
- This role is a remote (US), field based position with expectations of regular in-person sales & clinical support in OPOs and hospitals.
- Must be willing to travel domestic and/or internationally, including overnights and air travel, up to 75% of the time.
- Must be willing to be available after-hours and formally on-call related to the nature of conducting clinical support in the transplant space. Primary for clinical escalation coverage at assigned OPOs as needed (including holidays, weekend, evenings).
- Must be able to carry bulky items up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods of time and prolonged, unpredictable hours in high stress environments such as operating rooms.
- Excellent with interpersonal, customer service, clinical and technical skills.
Minimum Education:
- Minimum B.A./B.S.or equivalent education or experience in related field Minimum Experience:
- At least 3 years of OPO, Transplant, Medical Device experience, Nursing or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Paragonix clinical experience.

The Enrollment Specialist holds primary responsibility for orienting potential participants and community partners about NEMS Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and intaking new enrollments for the program. The Enrollment works independently to gather information, set appointments for assessments, and document skilled needs for the incoming cases. They will interact with referral sources, community organizations, family caregivers and participants, giving presentations and sharing information about NEMS PACE, providing tours through the PACE center, and gathering crucial information related to medical and social needs for new participants as the first step in the enrollment process.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Serves as the first point of contact and liaison between the PACE Interdisciplinary Team and potential participants and referral sources.
- Provides clear and concise information about PACE.
- Gathers all necessary information and answers questions while providing education about available services.
- Determines enrollment eligibility through screening, phone intake, and education. Determines potential service needs and assists with the enrollment process.
- Identifies and documents medical and social indications of new PACE participant to establish care needs at initial enrollment.
- Assists and oversees the enrollment of participants through the level of care (LOC) process.
- Works as part of a team to educate referral sources and potential participants and their caregivers on the benefits of NEMS PACE.
- Provides tours of the PACE Center to potential participants and family caregivers while expounding on and highlighting the services provided.
- Presents all approved and enrolling cases to the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Identifies, develops, and maintains relationships with potential PACE referral sources, including medical providers, community organizations, and others.
- Develops and maintains relationships with potential PACE participants who call, email, and/or visit NEMS PACE to support enrollment goals.
- Interacts professionally and respectfully with older adults, including those with cognitive decline and/or physical disabilities.
- Identifies targeted areas for marketing campaigns and outreach education and builds relations with potential referral sources.
- Collects all patient demographic information and required paperwork throughout the enrollment process within the designated timeframe.
- Utilize Epic appropriately and efficiently and serve as content and workflow expert for resolving issues and proposing solutions in Epic.
- Performs other job duties as required by manager/supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- At least one year of experience in sales or community outreach
- Current BLS and First Aid required
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience working with a frail and/or older adult population.
- Experience giving community presentations.
- Minimum one year of experience working with older adults and their families in a healthcare or community agency setting preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in health care
LANGUAGE:
- Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English.
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is required.
- Fluency in other languages is an asset.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, direct, and assign workload to station staff.
- Ensure freight is managed efficiently, including completion of correct documentation, fulfillment is completed, compliance requirements are met, customer SOPs are followed, costs are controlled, and accounts are billed and paid correctly.
- Coach and train all station staff, including cross training employees, and ensuring staff complete all required MEC trainings on time.
- Work closely with MEC sales, management, and other internal team member to respond promptly to customer needs, suggest and implement corrective action when issues arise, and take accountability for offering solutions when problems are presented.
- Proactively assist other members of MEC in order to help MEC achieve its vision and strategic goals.
- Daily report monitoring validating that KPIs are being met including but not limited to:
- Properly filing AES
- On Time Billing
- Work with District Manager to monitor P&L, acting as a secondary owner for oversight and monitoring.
- Maintaining and creating business relations with local vendors including but not limited to truckers and airline carriers.
- For stations with warehouse operations, ensure proper understanding of the fundamentals of warehousing operations including validating that warehouse is adequate to support station operations.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with experience in air and ocean operations required.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, with demonstrated customer service standards that have exceeded expectations.
- DG, Hazmat, TSA Certification.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- Experience handling bonded freight and out-of-gauge or project cargo required.
- A basic understanding of the fundamentals of warehouse and trucking operations required.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to respond to requests with urgency and take corrective action when problems arise.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while exercising sound judgement.
- Must be self-motivated, customer-service oriented, and eager to ensure the success of the team.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office required, CW1 preferred.

Financial Analyst Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Acquisitions & Development team of a fast-growing real estate investment and development firm. The role will work directly with the Senior Acquisitions & Development Associate and will gain significant exposure to the full acquisition and investment process. To assist in the deployment and management of ArtHaus Partners’ investment vehicles, the role will analyze new prospective acquisitions and ensure financial control for active projects, including both value-add and development projects. This position requires a very high level of analytical abilities which will be critical to ensuring financial accuracy through the deal life cycle. The role will also have cross-functional exposure to other teams such as our Investment, Finance, Design/Construction, and Business Development teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Underwriting and Pro Forma Management:
- Own financial models for value-add and development projects, including: initial underwriting, updates throughout the due diligence, and during project execution
- Validate all pro forma assumptions (revenue, expenses, financing, capex, etc.) using portfolio operating data, market research, disclosures and other sources.
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to further define risks on specific transactions or prospective markets, as well as support on key decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate on improvements to Riaz Capital model template(s) and underwriting tools as needed.
- Own and advocate for global assumption changes (financing, calculation updates, new functionality, etc.).
- Assist in ad-hoc and periodic preparation of reports and analysis pertaining to project returns, cash flows, schedule, or other strategic initiatives as needed.
Deal Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
- Support the acquisitions team on the sourcing of new deals through new and existing broker relationships, deal sourcing software, and direct to owner outreach.
- Sourcing needs will include both development projects as well as value-add and distressed Multifamily opportunities.
- Daily management and updates within deal pipeline software.
- Support on the creation of LOIs, PSAs, and deal structuring with AVP of Acquisitions and transaction attorneys.
Investment Memo and Deal Presentation:
- Create and assist in the ongoing management of investment memorandums and other deal related documents to be communicated both internally to the team, and externally to investors and lenders.
- Work with investor relations team to prepare materials for pitching deals to prospective investors, ensuring that the information and returns provided are accurate and complete.
- Assist in the updating of investor reports as well as monthly investment meeting materials.
Due Diligence:
- Support the acquisitions team on all aspects of the due diligence period to identify and validate risks.
- Work with external consultants to order necessary reports, and support on the navigation of risks as they arise during the transaction.
- Organization and review of disclosures, documents, reports and all other due diligence findings.
- Conduct in-depth market research including but not limited to rent studies, sales analysis, supply pipeline, etc.
- Advocate for the entrance to new markets based on research completed.
Development Management:
- Coordinate with the construction team throughout project life and assist with bid-leveling and construction scenario analysis.
- Support Senior VP of Development, which may include:
- Creating and analyzing project schedules and budgets.
- Assisting with regular model updates of existing projects
- Tracking progress against underwriting schedule.
- Filing and/or managing application process for government agencies, insurance, and other programs as applicable.
- Supporting on overall deal management and decision making.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Other tasks as assigned on an as needed basis to help achieve goals of the Acquisitions & Development Team.
- Other tasks as assigned and in coordination with other departments to achieve greater company goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, real estate lending, development, or a similar transactional or analytical role.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining detailed real estate financial models for value-add and/or development projects (including cash flow, sources & uses, returns, and sensitivities).
- Command of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, decision-ready materials.
- Understanding real estate market dynamics, regulations, and investment principles.
