We are looking for a highly organized Stock Controller to manage inventory accuracy and flow within our luxury fashion boutique. This is an operational role focused on systematic tracking, physical verification, and discrepancy resolution to ensure 100% stock integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing goods. Register all movements within the ERP system in real-time.
- Execute daily and weekly physical counts. Reconcile physical stock against system records.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve stock variances. Report high-value losses or systemic errors to the Operations Manager.
- Inspect arriving shipments for damage or defects according to brand standards before finalizing intake.
- Organize storage areas to maximize efficiency and ensure proper handling of delicate luxury materials and finished goods.
- Support the sales team during sales.
- Support the sales team to tidy up the sales floor
- Maintain the sales floor as instructed by the VM team
- Generate weekly stock status reports and participate in seasonal full-scale audits.
Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Building blocks for success
Required:

- Proven track record managing a sales cycle from end to end, turning customer accounts into client accounts

Hiring Base Salary Range of: $85,000 - $115,000. Salary to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible for Prologis' commission plan.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Financial:
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales.

Silvus is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - DoD, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, USA, on the Sales team. This position is a junior-level sales support role focused on the U.S. Department of Defense. The successful individual in this Associate ISR role will support the Senior ISR and Sales Directors through CRM data management, quote preparation, research, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for individuals new to defense sales who are eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for managing the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The position will manage accounts payable functions such as invoice processing and check disbursements for several programs. The position will prepare deposit slips and make bank deposits for various programs. Position will prepare adjusting journal entries and may work on purchasing functions such as preparing purchase requisitions and/or purchase orders for Administration. Work will involve collaborating and connecting with internal and external stakeholders. Position will also support the annual audit and funding source monitoring activities. Job responsibilities include:
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients, if any
- Generate reports detailing accounts payable status
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
- Understands compliance issues around accounts payable process (W-9, sales and taxes)
- Familiar with MIP Sage Accounting system
- Maintain vendor information using MIP system
- Generates and verifies accuracy of the weekly Accounts Payable Aging report.
- Responds to questions and makes calls regarding billing problems; acts as a liaison between departments and vendors.
- May provide clerical support as needed.
- Prepares checks check deposits and makes bank deposits at varies banks.
- Preparation and issuance of 1099 forms,
- Supports the annual audit and funding source monitoring activities by providing supporting documentation to supports payments, receipts and general ledger journal entries.
- Assists with Non-Federal Share
- Assist with contract audits, corporate audits, including A-133 and SEFA.
- Other tasks as assigned by Controller or Supervisor
Skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED, AA degree or higher preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Accounting role such as Accounting Clerk, AP, Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant required. Experience in fund accounting highly desirable.
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- MIP experience a plus but not required
- Experience in fund accounting or nonprofits a plus but not required
Special requirements include:
- Must satisfactorily pass background and employment/reference check
