OBJECTIVES
- Take a leadership role in event setup, ensuring all components, including step-and-repeats, popup banners, and meal/happy hour arrangements, are strategically placed and organized.

- Continuously improve logistical elements of the event to ensure a superior attendee experience, from registration to departure, by streamlining processes and reducing friction points.
- Serve as the lead for maintaining event supplies and collateral, conducting weekly and monthly inventories to ensure preparedness for upcoming events.
- Liaise with the Client Concierge team to ensure all client information is up to date and accurately reflected in event planning, including payment statuses and attendance details.
- Track and analyze event logistics data, providing post-event reports that highlight successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, while leveraging data to inform future planning.
COMPETENCIES
- Ability to lead small teams during event setups and take charge of event day logistics while mentoring junior staff.
- Possess technical acumen to accurately update Events website.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, including advanced experience with Google Sheets and Docs for tracking client data and event information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management or coordination roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations or relevant field is preferred.
- Substantial experience with G-Suite (Slides and Docs).

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
- Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
- Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
- Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
- Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
- Works with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.
- Follows operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
- Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.
- Securely packages the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensures the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized. Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Processes returns to the club and makes determination on how to handle (via DDR or Membership desk)
- Maintains all club policies and procedures. Including adhering to proper dress code standards.
- Required to meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA\"s), performance metrics and goals.

Job Conditions
- Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces. There may be a need to frequently position oneself to examine and/or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
- Continuously requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.

To assist store management with basic store operations, developing associates, and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
Assist in training and developing a successful sales team
Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices
Perform all opening and closing duties according to company policy
Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in store management's absence
Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices in store management's absence
Effectively communicate all store needs to store management
Complete bank deposits
Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly
Complete all required training
Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers
Resolve customer issues effectively
Understand the Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team
Prior retail sales experience preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment
Willingness to learn
Completion of all training programs leading up to Sales Lead position or equivalent training
Ability to work night and weekend shifts
Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Stand for long periods of time
Must be at least 18 years of age*
