We are looking for experienced Welders for second and third shifts. Custom fabrication including layout and fitting while applying your knowledge of welding principles, shop math, blueprint reading, GD&T.
Job Duties
- Building complex assemblies by performing the layout, fit-up, assembly and welding operations.
- Certify to multiple weld specifications as required for different materials and weld processes.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, specifications and procedures to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished weldment.
- Measuring, marking and scribing dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as guides for subsequent machining or fabrication operations as required by router instructions and good shop practice.
- Using precision measurement instruments.
- Operating hand tools and other shop equipment such as grinders, positioners, turn rolls.
- Perform material handling of large weldments using overhead cranes, using proper lifting techniques with high degree of attention to safety.
- May operate fork truck, with certification requirements
- Ensure proper data entry of inspection and other information into computer system.
- Monitor and maintain proper cleanliness and function of equipment and work area on a daily basis.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of trade school or vocational education or appropriate work experience in welding
- General welding knowledge, shop math, precision measuring instruments, blueprint reading and welding symbols
- Must have MIG and TIG welding experience; physical weld test will be required in selection process to meet minimum criteria for qualification.

Plans and coordinates the pre-press department workflow in a manner which will consistently meet customer requirements and meet team and corporate profit goals. Provides leadership to all screen and digital pre-press production art personnel. Participates with Sales department on new design requests. Continually effects improvement in quality, methods and productivity by identifying waste and eliminating it. Provides technical knowledge and assistance to all areas.
DUTIES
Oversees daily screen and digital pre-press production art activities including file preparation, color management and proofing to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Schedules and monitors the daily pre-press production art workflow to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Controls and monitors processes; ensures in-process inspections are conducted.
- Works with sales, customer service and production teams to pre-plan orders, determine optimum processing methods, resolve artwork issues and clarify specifications.
- Oversees color management programs for screen and digital printing processes.

Position Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Production Leadership
- Direct and supervise daily wood processing operations including cutting, routing, CNC machining, sanding, drilling, shaping, assembly, and finishing.

QMS ownership & documentation
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 13485 & AS9100)
- Own document control: procedures, forms, records, revision history, approvals, and training linkage
- Write and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions (WI) that are usable on the shop floor
- Build/maintain templates and “quality infrastructure” (CAPA, NCR, MRB, supplier scorecards, audit checklists, etc.) so quality work is repeatable and fast
- Maintain and execute quality control plans and inspection procedures (incoming, in-process, final)
- Review and approve production travelers/routers, inspection reports, and batch records for completeness and compliance

The Director of Manufacturing will lead the production, planning, quality inspection and inventory control teams and work with the test and engineering teams for successful LRIP (Low-Rate Initial Production) of our Subsurface Compressor Systems; perform cost reduction; improve productivity, ensure quality builds; and ensure deliveries are made on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the manufacturing team to meet delivery commitments.
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule; identify risks and take mitigating actions to address them preemptively.
- Ensure production builds meet delivery, design, quality and forecasted budget.
- Drive the S&OP forecasting process based on sales outlook, fleet support and internal usage.

• Prepare and issue quotations for gear manufacturing, gearbox repair, and related machining services.

• Develop manufacturing routers and job travelers for production.
• Determine machining processes required (turning, hobbing, shaping, grinding, heat treat, etc.).
• Estimate labor hours, materials, and subcontract services.
• Work with engineering and production to confirm manufacturing feasibility.

• Prepare gearbox inspection and failure analysis reports when required.
• Maintain records of quotes, job specifications, and technical communications.
• Ensure proper documentation is available for production and quality control.

Job Summary
The Manufacturing & Design Engineer leads the design and execution of complex engineering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. You’ll be involved from concept through production, owning design, improving manufacturability, and helping streamline processes through automation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define products and create detailed drawings to support machining, fabrication, and assembly
- Set up routers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and item data within ERP systems for new projects
- Interface cross-functionally to define requirements, align priorities, and manage project scope
- Partner with sales to develop cost estimates and routing times for new projects
- Support manufacturing through tooling, fixturing, and automation including robotic and orbital welding
- Drive process improvements across fabrication, welding, and polishing operations
- Develop and manage project plans, Gantt charts, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
What They’re Looking For
- Strong background in mechanical and/or manufacturing engineering within an industrial environment
- Experience designing for manufacturability in fabrication, welding, or machining environments
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to work closely with production teams
- Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD (Autodesk or similar)
- Experience working with ERP systems, BOMs, and routing structures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
