Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Duties:

• Lead WiFi firmware defect triage and deep log analysis across router and modem platforms
• Investigate and resolve CPE quality and reliability incidents impacting WiFi performance
• Develop detailed RCAs for firmware-related defects and customer-impacting issues
• Support firmware readiness for major launches such as: WiFi 7, 6GHz enablement, new CPE platforms and DOCSIS 4.0 initiatives
• Collaborate with CPE vendors to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure quality delivery
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across WiFi routers, DOCSIS CMs, CMTS/iCMTS infrastructure
• Review and validate cable modem configuration files as part of defect isolation
• Build and maintain network testing labs for firmware validation such as: switches, PDUs, modems and ONUs
• Utilize Linux jump boxes for debugging, scripting, and secure remote access

SUMMARY

Analyze, interpret, and research all pertinent information needed in order to determine and plan clear step by step manufacturing instructions for Product Realization of contracts.

Analyze, interpret, and research all engineering documentation required to determine, create, and plan clear, complete step-by-step manufacturing instructions for successful Product Realization of customer contracts. Develop manufacturing routers that integrate machining, outside processing, assembly, inspection, and packaging requirements while ensuring full compliance with customer drawings, models, specifications, Quality notes, and industry standards.

DUTIES

Analyze and interpret clearly complex blueprints, GD&T, 3D Models, manufacturing parameters, specifications, Special Manufacturing requirements, and associated documentation including all commercial and private specifications and drawings.

Research and apply all applicable MIL, AMS, ASTM, QQ, and customer-specific requirements.

Identify manufacturability issues, drawing/model discrepancies, and incorrect material/finish callouts and communicate with the customer when required

Coordinate with Programming Manager to establish machining sequence and fixturing needs.

Prepare original manufacturing routers that accurately reflect machining operations, outside processing, finish build-ups, tolerances, and inspection requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering Technician to establish sketches required and processing/plating build-up allowances needed.

Coordinate with Quality to identify required inspection tooling, or special gaging.

Coordinate with Quality Manager for any inspection devices / tools that may need to be purchased.

Work with Assembly to define assembly sequences, hardware identification, and required tools/fixtures

Review and approve vendor data to assure manufacturing pertinent requirements are attained.

Contact the customer and resolve any discrepancies in drawings, models, Special Manufacturing Instructions, or Purchase Order instructions.

Prepare original manufacturing planning process instruction sheets along with outlines that integrate vendors, data, processes, materials, and technology to acquire manufacturing and delivery.

As required, confer with Manufacturing Manager, other Planners, production personnel, Inspectors, or Programmers to resolve manufacturing process issues.

Review, interpret, and implement all manufacturing engineering changes as required.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.

Request clarification, alternate materials, or drawing updates when requirements are not manufacturable or not commercially available.

Thorough understanding of Work Instructions, Blueprints, GD&T, Sketches, Drawings, Manuals, Specifications, or Sample Parts.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Prior experience with ERP/MRP planning systems (e.g., E2, Epicor, SAP).

Role Description

The IT Systems & Technology Specialist serves as Windmill Wellness’s on-site infrastructure and technology lead, working in close partnership with our Managed Service Provider (MSP). While the MSP provides remote systems management and helpdesk support, this role owns the physical execution, reliability, and standardization of IT systems across all locations.

In addition to maintaining core infrastructure, this role plays a key part in advancing Windmill’s technology maturity—identifying and supporting opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI-enabled tools, and enhancements to data and reporting capabilities.

This is a hands-on position that intentionally divides time between Windmill Wellness Ranch in Canyon Lake and our San Antonio outpatient clinic locations, ensuring consistent infrastructure standards, operational readiness, and scalable technology foundations as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

Onsite IT & Infrastructure Support

• Collaborate with our MSP and serve as the on-site owner of physical IT infrastructure across Windmill Wellness Ranch and outpatient clinics.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware, connectivity, and physical systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

Physical Infrastructure & Hardware

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace on-site IT equipment, including:
• Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers
• Cameras, access control systems, and AV equipment
• Networking hardware (routers, switches, cabling, Wi-Fi access points)
• Perform device setup, swaps, and decommissioning for staff.
• Maintain accurate asset inventories across all locations.

Multi-Site Coverage

• Intentionally divide time between Windmill Wellness Ranch in Canyon Lake and San Antonio outpatient clinic(s).
• Provide on-site coverage during clinic openings, expansions, and periods of elevated operational need.
• Ensure consistent physical IT standards and setups across locations.

New Site & Clinic Readiness

• Support IT setup and readiness for new outpatient locations, including:
• Physical network setup and testing

• Camera and AV installation and testing
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during build-outs and renovations.

Security & Access (Physical Execution)

• Execute on-site components of IT security and access controls (device security, camera placement, badge/door access systems).
• Manage physical aspects of staff onboarding and offboarding (device handoff/return, access removal).
• Respond to IT incidents that require physical presence.

Technology Advancement & Innovation

• Stay informed on emerging IT, AI, and automation tools relevant to healthcare operations.
• Identify and propose practical technology-driven improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, reporting capabilities, and operational performance.
• Support implementation of AI tools, workflow automation initiatives, and enhancements to Windmill’s data infrastructure.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen Windmill’s overall technology maturity over time.

Continuous Improvement & IT Enablement

• Identify recurring issues, gaps, and risks in on-site IT infrastructure.
• Propose practical, on-the-ground improvements to increase reliability, usability, and consistency.

Documentation & Training

• Maintain basic documentation for physical IT systems, layouts, and configurations.

Ideal Qualifications/Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or infrastructure experience (multi-site environment preferred).
• Demonstrated experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, networking equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points), and other physical IT systems.
• Experience supporting security systems such as cameras, badge/access control, and device lifecycle management.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Experience with PCB manufacturing or CCA manufacturing principles that affect circuitry and component layout with RF specific layout techniques

Starfish Computer Corporation’s Managed Services Engineer (Level 3) is responsible for the on-going and continuous operation of our clients’ Information technology environments.Highly trained and certified, the Engineer, Level 3, is an expert in infrastructure technologies including networking (switching, routing, command lines, dynamic / static routes), security, servers and domains, virtualization, data storage and recovery.

The Engineer, Level 3, is assigned as the primary person to oversee and own all technical aspects of the assigned clients’ environments and projects. They work in concert with Starfish Computer Corporation’s internal Help Desk and technical resources (with dedicated Level 1 and Level 2 support), the client’s own on-site support technicians (if any), and other Starfish team members to deliver managed services offerings and project executions to our clients that are “best in class”.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls, across multi-vendor environments (Cisco IOS and HPE Aruba).
• Design, implement, and manage IP addressing schemes, including subnetting and supernetting, to optimize network performance and security.
• Configure and manage VLANs to segment network traffic, enhance security, and improve network efficiency.
• Routing & Switching: Implement and troubleshoot both static and dynamic routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) to ensure efficient data flow and high availability.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Monitor network performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot complex network problems using various tools and techniques (e.g., packet captures, CLI tools).
• Manage, support, install and upgrade Microsoft servers in physical and virtual environments.
• Optimize the client’s service offering including Microsoft platforms, IP networking, telephony platforms, storage and data protection and recovery, mobile devices, servers, laptops, desktops, virtualization.
• Coordinate efforts on behalf of assigned clients between themselves, client support teams and Starfish internal resources.
• Act as the lead technical resource for assigned managed services clients.
• Ensure that the client environment is comprehensively documented and keep Starfish internal management systems up-to-date.
• Create preventative maintenance plans with detailed instructions that Level 1 and Level 2 engineers can reliably execute – either remotely or at client site.
• Work directly with Level 1 and Level 2 engineers to identify and resolve potential or on-going problems.
• Recommend capacity and performance plans for assigned client environments.
• Evaluate and schedule appropriate response to scheduled or unscheduled outage notifications.
• Coordinate and manage upgrades or changes in the client’s environment.
• Determine root cause analysis of service outages and complete or coordinate resolutions.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors all incoming service requests to completion
• Assists in the preparation of client and prospect proposals and project plans including timeframes, budget estimates (time) and project milestones
• Be the lead technical resource for the assigned clients’ projects while maintaining a balance between the roles of project manager and technical advisor
• Ensures personally that all support tickets classified as P2 or P1 have been resolved
• Completes and closes out service orders within service ticket application

Technical Requirements, Skills & Experience:

• Two years of on-site client experience or MSP experience
• 5-7 years of experience in IT support, customer service, help desk, or call center operations working in a multi-customer environment
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco IOS and/or Aruba AOS/Aruba CX operating systems.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Expertise in IP subnetting, supernetting, and VLAN configurations.
• Proficiency in configuring static routes and dynamic routing protocols.
• Active Directory, 0365, VMware and/or Hyper-V skills and integration experience
• Experience supporting MS Windows Server, MS Exchange and MS SQL
• Experience with Watchguard (preferred) or related firewalls
• Demonstrable experience with vendor management
• Working knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools
• Creates and maintains network and system documentation
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communications skills
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Cisco CNA or Cisco CCIE preferred, but not required.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ preferred, but not required.
• MCITP, MCSE certification a plus
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

Job Summary:

Immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in Suffolk, VA. The Technician will report daily to the Site Supervisor and support him to provide quality workmanship and high work standards to maintain a professional working environment. Primary responsibilities of this position are to be responsible for the general maintenance needs at the facility and performing general maintenance to equipment as required. Knowledge of wood working tools such as table saws, circular saws, router and drill press is a plus. Must be capable of building small wood items such as platforms, monitor frames and shipping crates. Must be able to perform QC inspections of other trades and perform various general tasks as assigned. Qualified applicants must be a US Citizen, possess a valid driver’s license, work Mon-Thurs 10 hour shifts and have at least 3 to 5 years of hands on experience in facilities maintenance and dealing with a wide range of general type services. Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicates effectively daily with Site Supervisor or client Facility Manager to determine service needs. Coordinates and supervise client sub-contractors while performing service on site. Maintain a strict PM schedule

Performs a wide variety of general corrective maintenance work request. Repairs of Walls, Floors, Doors and any painting and touch up work for beautification of facility

Repair and unclog toilets, urinals, replace and maintain electric valve assemblies and repair/maintain sensors for automatic flush kits, as well as all other plumbing related to the facility

Responsible for exterior landscape clean/touch up and maintaining specific areas clean and free of debris. Exterior daily inspections of landscape, parking area, parking lots, bollards, lighting, etc.

Must be able to repair cabinets, doors including closure devices, repair and paint walls and replace carpet squares. Capable of building small wood items such as platforms, monitor frames and shipping crates.

Attends weekly toolbox safety meetings with Site Supervisor and other associates. Utilizes mandatory safety equipment to perform tasks. Obtains and completes EFS required training.

Secondary responsibilities include having the knowledge to oversee the daily operations, daily communication with the client, building automation adjustments and managing the maintenance/repair needs at the facility.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma

3-5 years of experience related to facility maintenance

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have the ability to repair walls, floors, doors and any painting and touch up work for beautification of facility.

Valid US driver’s license

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or ability to apply/obtain upon start date.

Physical Requirements

Entry level candidates should have their Welding Technologies degree or other weld certificate.

* We primarily do TIG welding. Welding is typically done on titanium and nickel alloys that are 30-80 though - very thin.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BOM Analyst to manage and maintain the Bill of Materials and routers (designated as BOMs throughout). The BOMA will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of product data throughout the lifecycle of development and production. This role requires close collaboration with the operations, technical, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and product delivery.

RESPONSIBILITES / DUTIES:

• Create, update, and maintain accurate BOMs and raw material part numbers for all Novipax products.
• Ensure BOMs are aligned with technical specifications, design changes, and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate and implement changes affecting the BOM.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incorporation of design and process changes.
• Maintain a controlled process for BOM versioning to track revisions and updates.
• Perform regular audits of BOM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Validate the compatibility of components to avoid production errors.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in BOM data and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, technical, and procurement teams to ensure BOMs meet production needs and cost targets.
• Act as a liaison between finance, technical, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve BOM-related challenges.
• Working with Finance, prepare data, analysis and postmortem for company required cost rolls.
• Support new product introduction processes by developing and finalizing BOMs for new models or designs.
• Generate reports and metrics to support decision-making, cost analysis, and project tracking related to Novipax standards – OEE, BOMs, labor costs, waste, etc.
• Analyze BOM data to identify opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement.

Experience and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BOM management or related roles in a manufacturing organization.
• Familiarity with manufacturing product development and processes.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems for BOM management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IQMS).
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Excel power user strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status, and negotiate solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
