Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and report inventory or display issues
• Communicate and check in with store managers at every visit
• Complete visit reports and submit photos through mobile app or system

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail merchandising or resets preferred
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively (multi-state), including overnight trips
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual instructions/POGs

This position you won't be working for one specific store or brand, you will be servicing a different stores such as Walmart's, targets, cvs, drug stores etc. You will be within your zip code and if you have too travel outside your zip code you will be reimbursed for your drive. You will need too have experience in merchandising and being able to work with doing reset, product rotation and building displays. Your availability will need too be flexible Monday through Friday from 8-5 too be able to get the work done, their will be times out the year where you will have 5am resets as well. You are also paid weekly and able too earn more by doing overnight work and being reviewed and becoming a team lead. • Attach air nozzles or suction devices for vacuum fixtures, securing them with bolts or clamps as specified in the operator setup documents.

• Upload and download CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) programs to machine controllers using computing equipment from various servers or databases.

• Select and check cutting tools according to program specifications, ensuring they are the correct type, length, diameter, and in good condition before installation.

• Set machine coordinates or index points per CNC documents, including cutter offsets, tool heights, and probes, using appropriate measuring tools.

• Run CNC programs to machine rough and precision cut parts, monitoring machine operations for unusual vibrations, sounds, or warning indicators.

• Adjust machine settings (e.g., speeds and feeds) to correct machining issues or prepare the machine for subsequent operations, including head and spindle angles.

• Troubleshoot and repair minor controller problems as required, and initiate requests for corrective action when machine malfunctions occur.

• Check completed work for defects and ensure parts meet drawing specifications, removing sharp edges with deburring tools as required.

• Maintain personal and tool certifications and assist planners or programmers in determining final numerical control programs to optimize machine utilization and minimize setups.

Summary pay range: $93,500 – $126,500

About this Position:

Job Title: Field Technician

Key Responsibilities/Work Activities

• Perform daily walk-throughs of terminals to monitor passenger-facing equipment is operational.
• Respond to system alerts, trouble tickets, or work orders assigned by the Systems Team.
• Replace, reboot, or reconfigure digital display hardware, controllers, media players as required.
• Support installation, testing, and calibration of smart restroom technology (people counters, sensors, feedback tablets, QR codes).
• Perform other technical or operational tasks as reasonably assigned to support the uptime and appearance of passenger-facing systems.
• Perform periodic inspections and cleaning of display and sensor equipment.
• Conduct preventive hardware and connectivity checks in accordance with client's maintenance schedules.
• Report and document any observed degradation, hardware faults, or environmental concerns (e.g. heat, moisture, vibration).
• Update asset tracking records and systems documentation (including device IDs, locations, and serial numbers).

Skills/experience: Required

• Ability to handle urgent requests or solve unexpected problems in the field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT field operations, systems support, or similar hands-on technical role.
• Familiarity with digital signage systems, controllers, and other smart technology.
• Basic understanding of IP networking, cabling standards, and troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently in an active airport environment and communicate clearly with team leads.
• Comfortable working with HDMI/DisplayPort, CAT6, and PoE devices.
• Comfortable interacting professionally with Airport Operations, Facilities, vendors, and sometimes airline partners.
• Ability to obtain an airport security badge (SIDA).

Skills/experience: Highly Desired/Preferred

• Experience supporting systems that must maintain near 24/7 availability.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital signage deployments.
• Experience managing a digital content management system.
• Skilled at clean installations, cable dressing, labeling, and rack/closet organization.
• Familiarity with LCD/LED panel troubleshooting (driver boards, panel failures).
• Understanding the urgency of outages in mission-critical scenarios.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
• Experience imaging a computer.
• Strong knowledge in PC hardware.

This role is mostly work from home, with about 2-3 days a week on client sites. Clients are mostly within the Brooklyn / West Chester area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in tier 2-3 technical support, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment
• Strong background completing tickets for Microsoft 365 administration, including user management, Intune, conditional access, azure virtual desktop, software installation and licensing
• Excellent customer service skillset and willing to complete support tickets remotely/onsite
• Network administration and troubleshooting, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless controllers. Preferred vendors are FortiGate, SonicWall, Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Sophos
• Available for on-site client visits approximately two-three times per week

Description:

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Level 3 Engineer for a Managed Service Provider specializing in IT projects, equipment, licenses, and products. This employee will provide remote and onsite customer support. This includes providing engineering support for IT upgrades and implementation projects. Additionally, you will participate in assigned on-call shifts for weekends and holidays (rotation), ensuring continuous support for our clients.

• Provide engineering support for IT upgrades and implementation projects
• Provide tier 2-3 technical support for a variety of client environments, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless controllers, and devices from vendors such as FortiGate, SonicWall, Cisco, and Ubiquiti
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, software installation and licensing
• Provide basic support for cloud-based solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop and Cloud PCs, ensuring availability, performance, and rapid response to system-wide issues
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand technical needs, provide updates, and deliver high-quality customer service
