CROSSMARK Retail Reset Merchandisers are vital to our success!!. In an increasingly complex retail environment, our specialized Retail Reset Merchandising teams are providing consumers with the opportunity to see and purchase the latest or improved products from our clients. Team members will work with plano-grams, schematic layouts, while also implementing department or brand resets in a variance of major retailers in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Execute retail merchandising tasks, encompassing the ability to read and understand plano-grams and schematic layouts, as well as the implementation of department or brand resets in grocery/retail settings.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to meet challenging/changing deadlines.
• Ability to interface effectively with clients, leadership, and managers in a positive, cooperative and professional manner at all times.
• High collaboration, engagement, and customer service focus is essential.
• Accurately report all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.
• Complete required training and certification programs.
• Engage every work day with CROSSMARK'S communication tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
• Provide excellent customer service and develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives.
• Insure proper maintenance on all company equipment.
• Ability to receive required product/materials at a secure location, to be utilized for resets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities.

• Prior retail reset or merchandising experience (preferred)
• Ability to successfully complete department, brand or general reset work activities as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with store (client) personnel/management, regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client sales plan objectives.
• Reliable transportation - must be able to transport yourself and required product/materials from your residence to execute a variety of work (must be able to travel to multiple locations, typically between 25-40 miles - mileage reimbursement is provided). Associate that utilizes a personal vehicle for business purposes are required to maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and the minimum auto insurance coverage specified by the associate's state of residence.
• Language Skills: English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.

Hours of Operations & Availability (Part-Time Associate)

• This role is not expected to exceed 24 hrs. a week, although the company does maintain discretion to change the hours, based on the needs of the client and or business.
• Typical hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5pm, with occasional projects requiring early morning (5 am-6 am hrs.), overnight travel, weekends or evenings as well.
• Availability preferences: Monday through Friday, with availability to work: 2 or 3, 4-6 hour days, starting at 5 or 8 am.

Computer and Technology Proficiency

• Basic computer literacy-using: MS Word, Outlook & Internet Explorer
• Regular access to a computer or printer (to check email, complete training & print reports)

Physical Demands

• The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from the floor to waist or chest high.
• Resets: can be very physical in nature. Reset activities could include: removing items from the shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures and displays, reorganizing the products according to the Plano-gram provided, replacing shelf tags, filling in new products and retrieving additional stock when necessary.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Job Summary

Reports to and is under direct supervision of Case Management Department. Provides ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs. Promotes continuity of care and cost effectiveness through the integrating and functions of case management.

• Coordinates discharge planning to assure that the patient progresses through the continuum of care and is discharged to the least restrictive environment.
• Coordinate the hospital activities concerned with case management and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Required: 

• Minimum of two (2) years utilization review/case management experience or social work experience.

Preferred: 

• Associate degree in healthcare related filed.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Licensed professional nurse may be considered.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in related healthcare field (such as respiratory therapy or social work) may be considered.

Required: 

• Maintain current professional licensure in nursing or professional filed of certification.

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a full time Night Registered Respiratory Therapist to join its TEAM. This position will be located in the Bush / Renner Campus.

Your Job:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures including ABG, PFT’s, and various forms of ventilator support, oxygen and aerosol therapy, bronchial hygiene therapy and airway maintenance.  You will be expected to be proficient with the respiratory assessment and respiratory treatment of both adults and neonates. These procedures are performed under the indirect supervision of the department’s medical director, according to departmental policies and procedures.  The RRT must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, understanding and ability to care for patients of all age groups; and be sensitive to the diverse and unique needs of patients based on age, sex, race and culture.

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
• Current Basic Life Support certification required
• Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required
• NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Performs respiratory therapeutics to include oxygen administration and weaning, aerosol and humidity therapy, IPPB, Incentive Spirometry, airway maintenance, bronchial hygiene, chest physiotherapy, CPR and mechanical ventilation.   
• Performs and reports prescribed cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures to include arterial blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, pulmonary function studies, and electrocardiograms.
• Prepares a treatment evaluation to include a bedside respiratory physical assessment, patient interview and a review of patient’s medical record.
• Perform appropriate actions using critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to interpret the CXR, ABG, and PFT’s when reviewing patient data.
• Assembles, checks, operates and troubleshoots all cardiopulmonary equipment such as artificial airways, ventilators, oxygen analyzers, oxygen delivery devices and blood gas analyzers.
• Participates in tasks related to infection control, safety and quality assurance.
• Performs required cleaning and maintenance of all cardiopulmonary equipment and work areas.
• Utilizes appropriate customer scripting as evidenced by observation and improved patient satisfaction.

Under the general direction of the Pharmacy Manager or designee, will dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use. He or she may advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications. 

• Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies, reviews orders and prescriptions for appropriateness and patient safety

• Checks for drug interactions, incompatibilities and optimum drug therapy
• Participates in narcotic and controlled drug distribution programs as required
• Audits medication records and makes necessary corrections 
• Explains proper use of all prescriptions for outpatients.

• Ensures that non-sterile, sterile, and hazardous medications are prepared in accordance with USP 795, 797, and 800 regulation
• Supplies drug information to physicians, nurses and other members of the health care team
• Participates in the department's in-service education program.
