This seasonal position has diverse responsibilities which may include, but are not limited to:
  • Grounds keeping – to include- raking, weed pulling, operating weed eater, rototiller, push mowing, picking up and trash and debris on grounds, emptying trash cans - 
  • Painting
  • Use of Boom and Scissor lifts to perform cleaning of dust off pipes and other elevated surfaces
  • Assisting in Central Store when needed (inventory, locating products, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday; 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday- Friday 0600 am – 2 pm. Hours may fluctuate due to weather.

Qualifications:

  • This position requires the ability to lift, carry, and/or transport up to 15 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. 
  • Previous industrial painting and/or grounds maintenance experience is a plus
  • Ability to work and operate lift equipment, preferred
