ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Working on a litigation team of attorneys in the Healthcare Program Enforcement Division, litigating complex cases and preparing cases for jury trial.
- Conducting all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, motion practice, preparation for and/or conducting fact and expert witness depositions; analyzing factual and legal issues and evidence as a part of litigating healthcare program fraud cases; reviewing documentation from client agencies and produced from parties in discovery.

The Social Media Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing external social media activities for The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This includes planning, promoting and monitoring our presence on sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn. The Social Media Program Manager will actively listen for sentiment being shared by TGC constituents on a variety of social media platforms and respond accordingly. The Social Media Program Manager will also coordinate the strategic development of tools for online community building with our patients.
The Social Media Program Manager stays abreast of trends in social media and new social media platforms and best practices to determine when and how TGC should engage in new opportunities.
The Social Media Program Manager will provide detailed project coordination among technical, content and creative sources to develop engaging and meaningful content while maintaining the highest degree of customer service. The Manager will also track performance by collaboratively setting goals and analyzing the results of social media activities.

The Policy and Programs Assistant staffs the Legislative and Policy Subcommittees of the Commission and supports the work of the Maryland's Women's Issues Clearinghouse. The role is also responsible for supporting the Executive Director and Program Manager as needed in programmatic and policy work.
Required Skills:
The early-career position requires strong organizational, writing and research skills, excellent communications skills and knowledge of issues impacting women in Maryland. It requires the ability to schedule and staff meetings, write reports and other communications materials, and work collaboratively with diverse community stakeholders including appointed Commissioners. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and pivot between programs. We are a small office, and every staff member is expected to pitch in with special events, communications, and regular Commission meetings.
Position Duties:
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct research and draft talking points.
- Organize the Commission’s “Night in Annapolis” event to advance women’s rights.
- Draft and submit legislative testimony.
- Staff commission subcommittee meetings; maintain minutes and notes.
- Track progress on women’s rights legislation in the state throughout the interim and during the legislative session.
- Support Commissioners including by signing them up to provide legislative testimony, ensuring they are well prepared for public speaking engagements, and keeping them up to date on women’s rights issues in Maryland.
- Draft annual end-of-session report summarizing progress on women’s rights issues.
- Work with partner organizations to advance women’s rights through conducting and presenting research, participating educational programs and enabling advocacy.
- Support outreach and special events including Maryland Women's Hall of Fame, Local Commissions for Women Annual Meeting and monthly Commission meetings.
- Promote Commission programs and legislative priorities through newsletter and social media engagement.
- Manage Commission events photo inventory and events list for Annual Report.
- Represent the Commission at public events.
- Support Executive Director as needed.
- Occasional weekend and evening work is required for special events, evening meetings and community outreach.
Desired or Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Maryland women's rights landscape and Maryland's legislative process; some Annapolis legislative session experience.
- Demonstrated experience working on women’s rights.
- Experience with a variety of communications tools including social media, and website content development.

The Program Manager position is responsible for opportunity identification, program capture and transition of captures to execution. Essential Functions
Develops the overall goals, strategies and objectives for the program.
Proactively manage DoD programs and projects and meet project performance objectives.
Responsible for the technical and financial performance of the overall program. Through interaction with the respective technical organizational units, assesses the requirements of a program in terms of labor and resources, develops an overall program budget with final approval authority, executes all phases of the program under his/her control, and ensures that technical and contractual quality standards are met.

Oversee Bristol Project Managers in preparation of administrative submittals, schedules, subcontracts, etc.
Oversee Bristol Project Managers in coordinating design efforts with project specific design consultants.
Perform duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager as needed.
Develop and maintain a strong client relationship. Keeps the client apprised of new developments and changes in the scope and/or timetable of the program. The Program Manager is the primary point of contact for Bristol and the client.

Develop and write proposals for presentations to clients with others. Ensure the accuracy of the proposal and develop a pricing structure that is well researched and realistic.
Works with the Bristol Estimating group to prepare accurate project estimates.

Receive and execute Award Documents. Ensure that all contract documents adhere to Bristol Contract Management requirements.
