The Account Director is responsible for ensuring client teams deliver exceptional, βwhite gloveβ service and operational excellence. This role provides hands-on leadership, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of accountability and high performance. The Account Director proactively manages client relationships, oversees operations including Front of House services and adapts to evolving client needs and organizational changes.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Position operates at sites with maximum of 24/7 operations. Individual shift requirements will vary by site.

- 8+ years of leadership in a national or global customer service environment.
- Proven track record in resolving contract performance issues and building client relationships.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple service lines, including Front of House operations.
- At least one year of business development experience.
- Minimum five years of financial management, with a strong understanding of P&L impact.
- Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach; must remain calm and confident in stressful situations.
RRD's current salary for this role is $130,000/ year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Responsibilities:
- Work to eliminate all unsafe behaviors and conditions within the plant. Fully support and practice Safety Training Observation Program techniques on a daily basis. Assure the maintenance of excellent housekeeping practices and safety awareness on all shifts.
- Maintain positive communication within the Pressroom on all shifts. Communicate effectively with all internal external customers to insure that all production requirements, schedules, quality, and final deliveries of our products are satisfactory.
- Work with other members of Press Management to create the appropriate training material to facilitate the continual growth of all Press employees
- May make recommendations regarding hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and training of Pressroom personnel. Motivate staff in support of department objectives and timely and effective schedules to ensure production goals.
- May be responsible for determining appropriate manning for each shift along with other supervisors, departments and co-workers. Coordinate manning efforts to effectively meet all quality and production requirements.
- Maintain and monitor the completion of all necessary records and documents as assigned.

The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients.

- *Perform work in document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed

Assists with daily activities of shipping department regarding materials movement or handling, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling and shipping printed product. Performs manual and clerical duties related to the preparation and shipment of customer samples and finished product mailed primarily through Fed Ex, UPS, USPS and other similar carriers. Ensures product is produced and prepared according to customer specifications and service level agreements. Shift is Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 6 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products shipped via freight or third party LTL carrier
- Typical shipping activities include: checking goods against shipping documents and authorizations, packing goods for shipment according to specifications, preparing bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and attach information and shipping instructions on to boxes
- Perform typical activities related to receiving materials such as unloading trucks; checking against bills of lading, packing slips, etc., identification and quantity; maintaining records of goods received
- Perform routine, but varied duties in support of manufacturing areas in accordance with standard procedures
- Maintain necessary files and documentation.
- Utilize small hand tools and operates material handling equipment including forklifts, skids, pallet handlers, hand trucks, etc. to stage materials and load trucks
- May perform activities related to load planning of outbound trucks to meet customer delivery requirements and cost parameters
- Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures to resolve customer and operational concerns/issues as needed
- Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, customer service, and production
- Build and maintain positive relationships within each service area/department; coordinating and utilizing resources to ensure all products are handled, stored and shipped according to established guidelines, at the lowest possible cost

Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED is preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations
- Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job
- Have a strong knowledge of required information systems, including materials tracking systems, storage and retrieval systems, inventory control systems and applicable reporting systems which may include spreadsheets, databases and other materials receipt and usage systems.

The Facilities Associate is a member of the Williams Lea team delivering exceptional customer service at our client. Responsibilities include facilities, hospitality and receptionist and other general office duties as needed.
Job duties

- *Perform office moves and office set ups
- Maintain visitor offices
- Assist with installation of ergonomic keyboard trays and other office equipment
- Make minor furniture and office repairs
- *Assist with weekly inventory of office supplies
- *Assist with maintaining office supply inventory levels for client service areas
- Assist clients with hanging pictures and/or certificates
- Under supervision, work with Building Engineers to address issues relating to the office
- Assist with coordinating facility related vendor activity
- Maintain cleanliness and integrity of the client site by regular inspection of site (doors, furniture, floors and fixtures)
- Empty shredding bins
- *Set up conference rooms, including audio/visual equipment, signage, food, beverages, utensils and ice
- *Clean up conference rooms after use and return property to vendors if necessary
- *Prepare coffee and other beverages in each kitchen in the morning
- *Keep kitchen and catering areas in order and clean
- *Under supervision, responsible for performing a weekly inventory of kitchen and catering supplies
- *Assist with maintaining inventory of kitchen and catering supplies
- *Maintain cleanliness and integrity of the client site by regular inspection of site
- *Communicate with supervisor/manager regarding client projects or deadline issues
- *Operate multiple line phone systems
- *Greet clients and visitors
- *Inform client or staff of visitor arrivals
- *Issue visitor badges
- Escort visitors to appropriate office, conference room or other area
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in legal, banking, or large corporate environment in facilities, property management, building operations, catering, hospitality or reception
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Ability to type with accuracy
- Must be able to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to make minor repairs and install office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential materials as required
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $22.00 / hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. 1st Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 11am to 7:30pm EST
Do you have a keen eye to even the smallest of details? This position could be for you! In this role, your primary function will be document review and preparation. This includes creating spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents to support the clientβs brand and track the progress of all work.
Job duties:
Create and edit legal documents to client specifications using applicable software.
βTranscribe tapes, scan, and clean documents, and convert documents to/from different file formats.
Recover/restore corrupted document files when needed.
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Transcribe tapes, scan and clean documents, and convert documents to/from different file formats.
Use document comparison software, red-lining, and general editing to correct legal documents as directed.
Create complex formulas and functions to analyze data
Produce spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents as requested.
As part of the shift, may need to intake work requests from the client; including clarification of job instructions and negotiation of deadlines with the requester and prioritize work requests across team

Associate degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered when the degree is directly related to the functions of the job.
Minimum of two yearsβ experience in a legal document production environment preferred.
Expert knowledge of MS Excel, including ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, and PPT), including formatting documents with Styles, and generating a table of contents and table of authorities; strong keyboarding and typing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and as an independent operator.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Able to apply intermediate requisite knowledge of appropriate grammar, spelling, composition to work requests
