Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assistant Sales Associate will support the Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts in assigned district
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution of all authorized items of each account and sell in new item distribution, direct store delivery items and new products
• Communicate current pricing information and ensure all pricing is correct on displays and in accounts
• Build and merchandise displays, fill shelves and cold boxes, and maintain Royal Wine Company merchandising standards
• Establish and maintain rapport with store managers, liquor department managers and other store personnel
• Prioritize and plan account activities by completing preplans and recaps to District Manager
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, participate in reviewing goals and develop execution plans
• Responsible for carrying company cell phone and point of sales materials in vehicle during work hours
• Continue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills to increase professional acumen
• Other duties as to be assigned by Royal District or Region Manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a current driver's license; maintain current auto insurance coverage and a clean driving record
• Available to work early morning hours, Monday to Friday
• Transition into the Account Executive role once an opening becomes available, contingent on the fit of the territory
• Ability to travel within California up to 6 times per year, out of the territory, for education and training
• Able to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist and lift repetitively
• Candidate must be willing to reside within territory

Wage Transparency:

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

In addition to the hourly wage, the Assistant Sales Associate is eligible for a discretionary bonus, a $500 a month auto allowance, gas card for business, company issued cell phone, paid home internet (up to $50/month), expense account and other sales incentives.

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for implementing contractual protections for the company and coordinating key project contracts focused on supporting safe and efficient operation of Vistra's Generation fleet. Tasks include leading sourcing events as well as facilitating the contracting and procurement processes. A solid knowledge of all aspects of the sourcing, contracting and procurement processes is required. The position is expected to work with key internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct spend analyses, perform market and supplier analysis, facilitate the bid/proposal process, develop and use supplier evaluation criteria, conduct negotiations, formulate purchase orders and contract documents, manage invoicing exceptions, and manage supplier performance including issue resolution. This position will also coordinate with internal customers to create sourcing strategies that deliver quantifiable savings.

• Draft and negotiate contracts, SOWs, etc. in Vistra's contracting tool, including managing the redlining process
• Facilitate internal stakeholder & legal review, resolving non-standard contract terms
• Manage contract documents on an ongoing basis contract expirations, renewals, amendments, terminations, etc.
• Maintain accurate contract data in contracting and purchasing tools
• Support PO creation and resolution of invoicing exceptions and guide buyers as needed
• Support of emergent procurement needs during after-hours/weekends/holidays on a rotating basis

• Lead sourcing events (bids, RFIs, RFPs) across categories
• Analyze spend and bids and develop cost savings estimates
• Work with key stakeholders and Category Managers to gather business and technical requirements
• Drive supplier selection process using score cards & assessing total cost of ownership
• Support and promote Vistra's supplier diversity program
• Incorporate safety into daily work ethic and buying decision process

• Team with Category Manager on strategies and contracting needs

• 5+ years of contracting/sourcing experience or other related experience
• Operational business knowledge, with understanding of sourcing, procurement, contracting and supplier management process
• Demonstrated ability to conduct the sourcing process including preparation activities & running e-sourcing events
• Demonstrated problem-solving and strong analytical skills
• Enthusiasm for driving optimum business outcomes
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to persuade others
• Demonstrated strong understanding of common contract Terms & Conditions, including practical and risk impacts of those terms
• Experienced in negotiation preparation and tactics

Warehouse associate performs general warehouse duties such as but not limited to, working with heavy equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight. The warehouse worker completes paperwork, ensures tasks are completed safely with highest quality and on time. and must make decisions regarding the transfer of incoming and outgoing inventory.

Quality Control - Through visual inspection verifies accuracy of every order before shipping.

Dispatch - Dispatch orders to include correct quantity, freight costs, tracking numbers, weight of packages.

Inventory/Control/Cycle Counting - Include but not limited to counting, measuring, recording as a team with other warehouse associates.

Hose Assembly: Includes but not limited to assembling and crimping hose and fittings in small and large quantities for customer orders.

Kitting: Includes but not limited to packaging various components to customer specification.

Front Counter: Includes but not limited to receiving customer inquiries at the front counter and working as a team identify correct replacement. This may require fabrication of hose, fittings, and other components.
