Job Purpose/Summary
Summary of role of team:
- The PT will be a part of a muitl-disciplainary team that renders short-term treatment (23 hrs.) to facilitate access to services and stabilization to those 18 years and above that present with a psychiatric crisis.
- This position monitors consumers in EMPATH and provide assistance to teammates in providing safe, therapeutic interventions to consumers receiving emergency psychiatric interventions.
Typical Working Conditions/ Environment
- Working conditions consist of a 16-lounge bed residential unit.
- Hours of operation are 24/7.
- The role of the PT is to ensure coverage is provided 24/7 despite any weather conditions or holidays that arise.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily Staff Duties
- Leads groups and organizes activities.
- Offers 1:1 counseling as requested by clients.
- Responds to all flags, emails, and voicemails within 2 business days.
- Completes Staff Daily Duties assigned by supervisor before the end of each shift.
2. Complete all documentation in compliance with CARF and funder standards
- Completes group logs, transport logs, and charting correctly as well as on time.
3. Maintaining/completing daily safety checks, property checks, and adhering to daily schedule
- Completing safety checks when observing clients
- Properly completing property inventories and searching belongings
- Follow EMPATH schedule to give clients an effective daily structure for optimum progress.
4. Functions as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Must be punctual and maintain good attendance record
- Must stay awake and alert on all shifts.
- Maintaining a strong line of communication with all staff to effectively and safely provides assistance to the people we serve
- Demonstrates willingness to promote a harmonious work environment by maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all staff members and supervisors.
- Communicates and approaches conflict in a problem solving and professional manner with all staff members and supervisors
- Accepts additional assignments and/or changes in assignment and/or work.
COMPENSATION:
- Starting salary for this position is approximately $16.71 - $18.79/hr based on relevant experience and education.
Schedule:
- Must have flexible schedule.
- Possible overnight shifts, holiday work and overtime.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function.
- Must be punctual and maintain good attendance record.
- Must stay awake and alert on all shifts.
Travel:
- Valid driver's license with F endorsement required.
- Reliable vehicle required.
- Picking up clients from community locations and hospitals in personal vehicle or company vehicle.
Equipment/Technical Competency:
- Computer experience is essential.
- Ability to learn and utilize EMR and create documents within the program.
QUALIFICATIONS - EmPATH Residential Counselor
Experience:
- Experience in working with special populations including individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, Co-occurring Disorders, and Dual Diagnosis is preferred.
- Computer experience is helpful.
- Experience working in a crisis setting is preferred.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function.
Education / Knowledge:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or Bachelor's degree with experience working or volunteering with children, adults, families, or community service preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness or special populations in a crisis setting with co-occurring and dual diagnoses preferred.
- Must have coursework and/or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and crisis intervention.
Physical/Emotional/Social - Skills/Abilities:
- Possible exposure to biological hazards.
- Hearing of normal and soft tones.
- Close eye work.
- Valid driver's license with F endorsement.

This position serves as the principal legal advisor for Central Health providing expert guidance on legal, regulatory, and risk management matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and the highest standards of legal and ethical responsibility.

The Position

- Develop and oversee legal strategy for Central Health.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Work with multiple product categories within Athleisure & Fashion Sportswear divisions (tops, pants, shorts, sets, dresses, skirts, activewear/lounge, swim, sweaters) for Juniors, Missy, and Plus sizes
- Accurately measure Fit/PP/TOP samples
- Attend fit sessions and take detailed notes
- Responsible for identifying and calling out any fit/construction/workmanship issues to be addressed and communicating all corrections and revisions to factory
- Create initial tech packs for development/costing and fit sample submits
- Ensure all corrections have been made at the pre-production sample stage to perfect the fit/quality for production.
- Work with Private label accounts to achieve desired fit
- Knowledge of grading and ability to issue graded specs
- Ability to adhere to calendar to ensure deadlines are met
- Track and manage sample status
- Logging in samples and assist with keeping sample library organized
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, production, and sales.
Qualifications
- Degree in Technical Design or Fashion Design
- 2+ years experience in Apparel Technical Design

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Greet customers as they arrive in the store and style them based on their shopping needs
- Serve as a brand storyteller and help create an inclusive environment for our customers
- Execute purchases and returns at the checkout counter
- Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Lead customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards
- Develop dedicated Tanya Taylor customers, implement appropriate CRM tools and maintain customer database
- Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/form relationships with VIP clientele/prospect customers

Reporting into the E-commerce team, this role will provide vital day-to-day support across operations, merchandising, and events. Ecommerce Operations
- Support the setup of new products including uploading product details, imagery, and copy to the website and third-party marketplaces.
- Assist with the visual merchandising of the site to ensure cohesive presentation of seasonal collections.
- Help maintain seasonal calendars and organize digital assets for cross-functional use.
- Manage product sample tracking and assist in preparation for photoshoots.
- Monitor and report on website performance, product availability, and functionality; escalate bugs or broken links as needed.

- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; Shopify or similar platform experience is a bonus.

General Purpose
The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership who is responsible for a specific, assigned area of the Store as well as the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as the Manager on Duty. Area Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the Store, supervising Associates, and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment. They ensure proper merchandise presentation, and maintain a clean work area at all times. Area Supervisors are also responsible for executing and supervising Company operational processes as needed.
Essential Functions
Maintaining Safe & Secure Environments:
• Understands that safety is the number one priority and practices safe behaviors in everything they do. • Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone. Immediately corrects or reports any unsafe conditions or practices to Store Leadership. • Responsible for security of building including entrance/exit control (Associate entry/egress, receiving door, daily trash removal, etc.), Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) devices daily function check, Cash Office security, armored carrier pick-ups and register area. • Removes clutter and ensures safe, clear egress to emergency exits. • Responsible for Customer safety including accident prevention, accident reporting and emergency procedures. • Tests all fire alarm systems as scheduled. Responds to after-hours alarms when requested.
Customer Service:
• Treats all Customers, Associates, and other leaders with respect. • Demonstrates courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times. Recognizes Associates using Company recognition programs.
Personal and Store Brand
• Represents and supports the Company brand at all times. • Maintains a professional appearance, in accordance with Company Dress Code. Ensures all Associates adhere to the Company Dress Code at all times. • Keeps all areas of the Store clean, well-maintained, and merchandised to standard. • Responsible for daily trash removal.
General Merchandising:
• Ensures recovery, sizing and markdowns are completed to Company standards through teaching, assigning tasks, and following up per Company best practice. • Responsible for receiving merchandise truck when needed. • Processes all merchandise with a sense of urgency. • Responsible for receipt of all non-merchandise inbound deliveries (i.e. signs, supplies, special deliveries, etc.). • Responsible for cleanliness and organization of all Stockrooms. • Helps deliver and place merchandise on sales floor when all merchandise is processed. • Responsible for ensuring any back-stock is secured and processed to Company policy. • Responsible for merchandising of department including the back stock. • Responsible for the reduction of loss due to damage. • Ensures compliance to the monthly presentation guidelines in assigned area. • Responsible for floor moves and signing including promotional signing as needed. • Responsible for re-wraps as needed.
Loss Prevention
• Understands and complies with the Loss Prevention Awareness Program and is responsible for Store Loss Prevention which includes maintaining a large Customer service presence on the sales floor, Customer and Associate engagement and heightened Loss Prevention awareness. • As a representative of Ross Leadership, demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with Associates and Customers. Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information and merchandise. • Ensures Public View Monitor (PVM) system is maintained properly. • Conducts ?ǣCode 50?ǥ package inspections. • Executes all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
Front End Supervision and Operations:

Ensures Associates are executing to Company standards at the Front End. • Maintains pace, energy and ?ǣpresence?ǥ at the Front End, managing the line to expedite Customers wait time • Trains and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies and other Front End procedures. To meet friendly and productivity standards. • Controls Retail Associates? break schedule for backups, lunches and breaks. • Ensures all equipment is working properly. • Maintains proper supplies and recovery for the Front End area. • Ensures go backs are expedited, properly scanned, security tagged and ticketed. • Teaches all Associates the ?ǣScan and Bag?ǥ best practice. • Ensures salability of merchandise on the Front End, aisle tables, Men?s/Women?s 4-way features, and specialty racks.
Fitting Rooms
• Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Fitting Rooms. • Ensures all Fitting Room garment tags are audited and accounted for to Company policy. • Ensures go-back compliance throughout the day. All merchandise returned to the sales floor must be ticketed, scanned, nubbed and security tagged as needed.
Administrative Duties as Assigned by Store Manager:
• Ensures Cash pulls and bank deposits are conducted to Company policy. • Responsible for Front End control when needed. Understands and adheres to the policies and procedures that refer to refund approval, Associate purchase approval, securing tills and cash in safe, register Paid Outs/Ins, void approval, register media and break schedules. • Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits, Associate scheduling compliance, Sunday payroll transmission and Payroll reporting as needed. • Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
