The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) at Georgia Tech is a research and analytics service unit dedicated to supporting the campus community. Responsibilities
The Institutional Research Data Analyst will also be expected to perform various duties specific to institutional research, including but not limited to:
- Responding to intermediate to high difficulty/complexity ad-hoc data and analysis requests
- Adhering to federal, state, and institutional policies, regulations, and requirements related to data security, privacy, and governance
Completing or supporting the completion of externally-driven compliance and data-related reporting including

Required Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Category Manager to support the development and execution of the merchandising strategy for Really Good Stuff's Curriculum/STEM category. This role plays a key part in driving revenue and margin goals through effective category management, merchandising presentations, promotional planning, and inventory forecasting.
The Associate Category Manager will help bring the merchandising vision to life across , Amazon marketplaces, and print channels, partnering cross-functionally to ensure strong execution, optimized assortments, and compelling customer experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Category Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of category strategies for assortment, pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising across eCommerce, retail, and marketplace channels.
- Assist in driving customer engagement and loyalty while helping attract new target customers through digital and print channels.
Competitive Analysis & Product Innovation

Experience / Requirements
- 3+ years of eCommerce experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising and category management required.
- Experience in education, curriculum, STEM, or seasonal businesses with large assortments and high SKU counts is a plus.
- Exposure to private brand management and collaboration with product development teams preferred.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising best practices and digital user experience.

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
· 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (fashion industry preferred)
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong digital file management skills
· Pointecarre experience is a plus
· Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual balance
· Understanding of garment construction and production processes
· Experience working with branded collections in womenswear or sportswear

Senior Retail Operations Manager
The Senior Retail Operations Manager is the right hand to the Director of Retail Operations at Louis Armstrong International Airport. This role helps lead all day‑to‑day retail activity across the airport, ensuring stores run smoothly, teams are supported, and customers have an exceptional experience. Your Impact
As a Merchandise Presentation Analyst II, you will directly influence the in-store experience by developing and maintaining planograms that balance customer shopability, brand standards, and business performance. What You’ll Do
- Create, maintain, and update planograms using enterprise space planning software (JDA preferred) for assigned categories and supporting areas of the business.

- Serve as a subject-matter expert in physical merchandising, supporting store sets and in-store execution when needed to inform best-in-class presentation direction.

- Own planogram execution timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Schedule and lead category review kickoff meetings, driving collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders including Merchandising, Inventory Control, Fixtures, Signing, and other partners.
- Create reporting and validation tools to ensure planogram accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Facilitate proactive communication with stakeholders and invite feedback from store teams to support continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain optimized space allocation recommendations, including minimum and maximum capacity by category, merchandise program, and fixture type.
- Make data-informed recommendations on choice count, facings, and capacity to support strong presentation and appropriate inventory levels by store.
- Take a proactive approach to business challenges, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn, cross-train, and support onboarding of new team members.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Merchandising and product knowledge background preferred.
- Required experience building planograms (JDA experience preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of space-to-sales analytics and how data informs merchandising decisions.
- Strong PC skills with preferred experience in JDA Space, JDA Floor, and Microsoft Office.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain organization of the office which includes front desk, showroom, storage room, kitchen/pantry, all desk space appearances, mail distribution, conference rooms and onboarding support for DL1961 and its affiliated brands
