Summary/Objective

The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving process optimization and operational excellence within Stellar Energy’s manufacturing and quality processes. Essential Functions

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving tools, including 5Y2H, A3, 8D, and Fishbone diagrams, to identify root causes of process inefficiencies and quality issues.
  • Develop and manage project charters to define objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables for continuous improvement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Plan, organize, and lead Kaizen events to drive rapid process improvements, engaging cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conduct process audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing and quality processes, recommending actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to integrate continuous improvement methodologies into daily operations, reducing variability and enhancing product reliability.
  • Analyze operational and quality data using statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, or Excel) to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Train and mentor employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, quality, and cost savings, providing regular updates to the Director of Quality Manufacturing.
  • Support the implementation of automation and technology solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of improvement initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure all continuous improvement activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, supporting Stellar Energy’s sustainability goals.



Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.

Job Summary

The Field Quality Engineer is responsible for providing quality support during design, procurement, manufacturing, and test activities on Stellar Energy projects. The major objective of the position is to assist in the management of day-to-day quality activities to ensure the Stellar Energy fabricated modules meet client quality requirements.


Essential Functions

  • Establish field services inspection program with appropriate procedures and forms or review and comment on contractors proposed procedure.
  • Support key client’s data extraction from ACC software to drive focused impactful interventions at sites and also by XFN team members in the supplying factories and offices.
  • Perform inspections on activities and material. Coordinate inspections by other parties. Provide third party review of destructive/non-destructive test results and data.
  • Assist in the supplier evaluation and selection for field process.
  • Witness or provide for the witnessing testing of systems and equipment including tolerance checks or other inspections as specified in the quality control inspection procedures.
  • Review quality specifications for project and proposal.
  • Verify site contractor performing all fabrication, assembly, welding to approved client requirements, and applicable code and acceptance criteria.
  • Initiates nonconformance reports. Shall ensure all nonconforming material is quarantined or segregated and either reworked, repaired, accepted “as is,” or scrapped based on Nonconformance Report dispositions.


Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial QA/QC or similar projects working experience.
  • Experience with use of DMAIC, 8D, PDCA, MiniTab, A3’s and RCA Sampling plans, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 systems.

    Position Summary:

    The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and design, including site layouts, and permitting coordination for awarded projects. The role involves collaborating with third-party engineering firms to obtain stamped plans and managing the pre- construction process.     Key Responsibilities

    The Senior Counsel will provide legal leadership across a wide range of transactional matters related to renewable energy project development and acquisitions.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Advising the M&A and development teams on the structuring and execution of renewable energy acquisitions and dispositions.
    • Drafting, negotiating, and managing transaction documentation including membership interest purchase agreements (MIPAs), asset purchase agreements (APAs), and related transaction agreements.
    • Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with project acquisitions, sales, and development activities.
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams across development, real estate, finance, interconnection, and policy to support project transactions and financing structures.
    • Negotiating additional commercial agreements related to renewable energy development, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), joint ventures, interconnection agreements, subscriber agreements, and operations contracts.
    • Supporting project financing activities including coordination with lenders, investors, and internal finance teams.
    • Developing and improving internal processes, templates, and tools that streamline diligence, negotiation, and closing of transactions.
    • Managing external counsel and ensuring effective collaboration between internal and outside legal teams.
    • Providing legal support across the lifecycle of renewable energy assets, from origination through financing, ownership, and operations.


    Candidate Profile

    The successful candidate will be a commercially minded attorney with strong transactional experience and a demonstrated interest in the renewable energy sector.

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
    • Approximately 6–8+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm training with in-house or transactional exposure.
    • Deep familiarity with M&A transactions in the energy or infrastructure sector, particularly involving project acquisitions or asset sales.
    • Significant experience drafting and negotiating MIPAs, APAs, and related purchase and sale agreements.
    • Experience supporting renewable energy development or infrastructure transactions is strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with project finance, tax equity, or construction financing structures is beneficial.
    • Ability to translate complex legal considerations into practical guidance for business teams.
    • Strong judgment, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.

    Position Overview:

    As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading and supporting key legal aspects of SunVest’s project finance and development activities and will act as a strategic partner to the business.     Key Responsibilities:

    Project Finance Negotiations

    • Lead and manage the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance transactions, including debt and tax equity financing, to support SunVest’s solar development projects
    • Ensure all financing arrangements comply with applicable laws and regulations

    Real Estate Agreements

    • Negotiate and draft real estate agreements, including land leases, easements, and site control agreements, to support solar project development

    Commercial Agreements

    • Oversee negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, including supply and purchase agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, and power purchase agreements (PPAs)

    Risk Mitigation

    • Identify and mitigate legal risks related to project finance, real estate, and commercial transactions
    • Provide practical legal solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

    Stakeholder Coordination

    • Collaborate with Development, Finance, and Operations teams to understand project and business needs and deliver effective legal support

    External Counsel Management

    • Manage relationships with external legal counsel to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective legal services
    • Oversee legal budgets related to project-specific matters to optimize legal spend and reduce cost of capital

    Regulatory Compliance

    • Monitor and advise on regulatory matters impacting renewable energy projects, including ITCs, beginning of construction requirements, tariffs, and Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) considerations


    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 4 years of legal experience with significant exposure to project finance and renewable energy transactions
    • Prior experience at a top-tier law firm (e.g., AmLaw 100) preferred.
    • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and act as a trusted business partner
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders
    • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
    • Active bar admission in good standing
