Job Purpose:
This position will lead the team members and development of software with a focus on head unit software, creating a top-class infotainment platform that applies to numerous future influential models simultaneously with a focus on C.A.S.E. (Connected Autonomous Shared Electrification) and Quality.
Key Accountabilities:
Technical Leadership and Direction
- Lead the design of engineering solutions with the associated drawings and validation processes for the head unit software. Consider, build, or bring in new technologies and specifications, managing associated risks and address issues to ensure all variations work correctly.
Documentation
- Write clear and concise reports, presentations and/or technical documents to make a record of the development activities, communicating directly with Technical Experts and Technical Leads.
- Compile and / or develop documentation (i.e. specification sheets, test reports, evaluation documents and/or drawings) and submit all necessary information as required by schedule. Review documents prepared by team members for completeness and quality check. Provide guidance to others as needed.
Technical Acumen
- Identify as subject matter expert for the department. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging technologies, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuing professional development, conferences, and specialist publications.
Analysis
- Analyze data and interpret test results, predict performance and failure and provide required product data.
Supplier Management
- Lead technical negotiations with suppliers. Bring new technology from existing or new suppliers. Support and guide junior associates in their own interactions with suppliers.
- Direct the Honda selected suppliers to design and manage the component to maturation schedule requirements.
Infotainment Software Testing
- Perform actual hands-on testing, that may include developing unique requirements to system components, to guarantee product performance. Review engineering specifications and design test procedures. Propose new test procedures as needed. Guide and coach junior associates with their testing activities.
Requirements Capture and Specification Development
- Recognize and specify critical functional (hardware, software & communication) requirements for infotainment system components to match customer demands.
- Develop, write, and issue specification requirements for system components.
Strategic Planning
- Research and influence the future path and trends of infotainment system architecture, features/functions, and efficient development methods.
- Assess the marketplace demands with a competitive viewpoint of infotainment software requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of related expereince

Job PurposeAs a Senior Materials Engineer, the associate works independently and with diverse research and design/development teams in performing a full range of materials research, R-Theme project and work request activities relevant to departmental and organizational needs including Technical Pre-Investigation (TPI) research/summary, R-Theme project management/support, material specification development, new supplier qualification, parts failure analysis/testing, patent creation/submission, new technologies research, summary and reporting and test development/execution. May act as Project Leader (PL) or Assistant Large Project Leader (ALPL) for assigned research projects. May act as FM1 Project Leader (PL) for assigned development projects. Acts as Person In Charge (PIC )for assigned projects. Job PurposeMeet customer expectations by establishing and leading systems that develop, implement, confirm and sustain welding processes which ensure white body structural integrity through New Model and Mass Production to maintain and improve SQCDME characteristics and meet business plan goals.
Key Accountabilities- Lead destruct activity, including training, to confirm equipment and weld quality to prevent shipment of non-conforming product and meet HES (Honda Engineering Standard) requirements.
- Lead, manage and maintain weldability equipment systems and documentation that supports the development and implementation of countermeasures that achieve and improve quality goals and characteristics improvements.

Job Purpose:
Serve as a Process Engineer responsible for assembly process development and determining the sequence of assembly for new spec parts based upon existing process/parts lay out/process standard time (ST) and/or the maintenance and optimization of established process.
Key Accountabilities:
- Use M.O.S.T. To develop balanced processes across manufacturing areas. Work to achieve high process efficiency. Apply lean manufacturing techniques. Design processes that are simple and achieve SQCDM targets.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste within the process and improve efficiency. Apply 5S work methods, workstation design, and set best practices for production.
- Audit big data to ensure accurate information across all operation standards. Mobilize Excel formulas and VBA coding to optimize tasks.
- Support New Model events. Forecast design impact to department. Incorporate change points into process design. Identify concerns and countermeasures before mass production.
- Perform time estimates for assembly line work, equipment loads and develop operation standards.
- Conduct studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel
- Regularly lead meetings with other Honda functional groups to develop and launch improvement themes (quality, safety, delivery, production, purchasing, packaging, or logistics)
- Collect feedback from the production floor and address their concerns.
- Evaluate and implement ergonomic countermeasures to prevent associate injury.
- Develop plans and schedules for projects. Set timelines and detailed activities. Hold meetings with cross functional engineering groups to ensure completeness.
- Project support for all items impacting assembly department’s associate process.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or similar); or 6 years relevant experience required
- 0-6 years’ experience based on education
- Knowledge of: Process Data Development and Analysis (PDDA); process engineering (MOST); parts numbers, BOM, and applications; Assembly (AF) quality control systems and specification; Assembly (AF) techniques and processes; New model project development; quality control systems and workflows; Assembly (AF) department layout and equipment.

Job Purpose
Responsible for leading die/mold designs for North American mass production facilities with outputs in the form of 3D models and detailed drawings while working closely with customers and internal team members to ensure high quality parts and production stability.
Key Accountabilities
- Design Die & Mold tooling utilizing CAD software.
- Implement customer specifications and request into new and existing dies/molds.
- Investigate improvements or countermeasure tooling related problems during die/mold builds and mass production.
- Follow design and manufacturing of suppliers of dies/molds and equipment.
- Support installation of dies/molds and other equipment at production facilities.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

The Analyst of Sales & Marketing Product Management will lead and monitor the business requirements across business groups from AHM, AHFC and vendor partners to support the growth and development of Honda Care and Acura Care branded F&I Products. They will be the AHFC subject matter expert for these products, ensuring that they represent the brand, are customer focused, and competitive in the marketplace. The Unit Lead plays a critical role in advancing Honda’s 2050 vision of net zero CO₂ emissions, 100% utilization of carbonfree energy, and 100% use of sustainable materials by forging strategic partnerships and alliances that drive growth, innovation, and value creation. This 2050 vision is encapsulated in the concept of “Triple Action to ZERO,” a concept that consolidates three key initiatives: “Carbon Neutrality,” “Clean Energy,” and “Resource Circulation". Beyond the Sustainability & Business Development Business Unit, the Unit Lead will also collaborate across other American Honda Motor business units to establish partnerships that amplify enterprise-wide impact. Through close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, the role focuses on developing future energy solutions such as Charging Solutions, SmartCharge, V2X, and Hydrogen programs, as well as broader corporate solutions that create new value for customers and strengthen Honda’s leadership in sustainable mobility and innovation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead or support multiple partnership projects by managing scope, prioritizing daily tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Oversee escalation processes and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to guarantee smooth execution.
- Develop structured frameworks for partnership intake, evaluation, and approval to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with business priorities. Establish clear processes, documentation standards, and feedback loops to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness in partnership management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify internal business needs and align partnership strategies with regional and global objectives. Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and drive cross-functional engagement to enhance business performance and support Honda’s strategic goals
- Support with negotiations to create mutually beneficial agreements that reflect strategic priorities. Oversee contract creation, execution, and compliance monitoring, ensuring terms and expectations are clearly defined. Provide regular performance and impact reports to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness using key performance indicators. Recommend and implement adjustments to optimize outcomes and maximize value creation for the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or equivalent work experience.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships or finance. Proven track record in partnership management or business development, preferably within the automotive or tech industries.
- 3 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and leading a project team.
- Experience in developing partnership channels, working cross functionaly with legal, finance, and marketing.
- Knowledge in energy management related to V2X, V1G, Hydrogen, Battery Life Cycle or related to Electric Vehicles and/or Sustainability areas.
- Experience with complex project development.
- Strong negotiations and contract management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of overseeing, analyzing and reviewing complex contracts, agreements and detailed scope of work.

Western State Hospital is seeking a full time Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who will provide primary medical care to patients on units assigned; review and maintain standards of appropriate medical care. The PA/FNP will provide medical care for assigned unit(s); perform and document medical evaluations, including comprehensive medical history and physicals and complaint directed histories and physicals for patients.
