The role will lead, mentor, and develop the team through daily workload assignments, training, project management, and budget development.
Responsibilities include maintaining the Solvent Recovery Process (SRP), Central Electrolyte Storage System (CESS), Environmental Equipment (EE), and the Hot Oil Boiler (HOB) systems to meet Production / Process area needs.
The responsibilities for this role include developing schedules, reports, & presentations to department and company leadership.
Responsibilities: • Ensure the safe operations of all equipment assigned and that all safety policies are followed and enforced.
• Manage the contract for the services group which operates and maintains the SRP, CESS, EE, and HOB systems.
• Manage the activities of the personnel assigned to support the equipment and processes of associated systems.
• Maintain excellent communication with Production Support, Production Groups, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Facilities Engineering, Facilities Operations, and the leadership groups at LH Battery.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and streamline current activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure the safe unloading, loading, and storage of bulk NMP solvent and Electrolyte materials.
• Assist in developing/ maintaining the annual budget and manage spending activities for assigned areas.
• Ensure that all activities and events are documented in the appropriate software and tracking programs are utilized.
• Work with Facilities Operations and Engineering to develop, acquire, store, and track spare parts for associated equipment.
• Utilize PDCA and other continuous improvement tools in daily activities.
• Ensure incident reports and root cause analysis is utilized for short comings in the process.
• Ensure that all equipment and work spaces are clean and organized.
Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree pertinent to responsibilities or related relevant experience • 7-8+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, with leadership experience.

JOB PURPOSE
This position uses analytical skills and professional accounting knowledge to partner with Business Unit Leads, Department Managers, and investment project leaders in the creation of six budget events per year. The role provides leadership to financial analysts to ensure appropriate accounting principles are applied, high levels of customer service are maintained, and all team deliverables are completed accurately and on time. The Supervisor partners closely with the Group Lead to advise business unit leadership on key drivers of financial performance, provide forward looking insights into emerging financial trends, and support the roll up of total company costs during budget cycles and monthly analysis. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires strong professional judgment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Review and approve month end close activities, including journal entries and plan versus actual analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness with minimal supervision
• Review and analyze budget versus actual results for assigned plant using professional accounting standards and advise management on future activity
• Utilize advanced analytical skills and professional accounting expertise to collaborate with plant leadership and investment project leaders on complex financial matters, including six annual budget events
• Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, and support to departmental direct reports
• Leverage financial data to develop presentations for business unit and division leadership, highlighting budget versus actual performance and recommending improvement opportunities
• Provide leadership oversight for budget analysts, including HR responsibilities, mentorship, performance reviews, and development planning

Job PurposeProvide effective technical expertise for Electrical & Control systems by designing, managing and implementing equipment solutions, based on requirements of the department’s business plan to ensure company sustainability.

Job purpose:

Job PurposeHonda Development & Manufacturing of America (HDMA) Regional Packaging is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of returnable packaging for all North America Facilities.
In the Supplier Account Manager Role, you are responsible for strategic supplier & returns improvement, supply chain concerns, customer service and data organization / trend identification. This role is responsible for effective two-way communication and collaboration between Honda and supplier. Additional responsibilities include trend identification, data analysis, and categorization / prioritization of issues.
Key Accountabilities- Actively address supply chain issues by leveraging data and available resources to thoroughly investigate areas of concern. Utilize fact-based data to drive action.
- Ensure timely identification, understanding, and categorization of supply chain concerns/issues and actively lead efforts to implement effective countermeasure resolution.
- Identify and initiate networking opportunities with LO supply chain team members to ensure strong collaboration. Promote effective, open communication to gain buy in and drive continuous improvement in areas of influence.
- Promote engagement and ensure completed activity is meeting the expected quality and delivery needs of Honda.
- Identify, evaluate, and escalate critical issues to management to ensure allocation of resources and appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.

Job PurposeTo contribute to the development of functioning prototypes that will eventually become production ATV/SxS vehicles, researching and applying new technologies to support business targets and maintaining global vehicle product quality.
Key Accountabilities- Develop complex component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototype vehicles using computer-aided design software that achieve concept targets, function requirements, and manufacturing requisites with limited supervision. Communicate specification requirements and manufacturing control points via prototype and production drawings that result in setting the final specifications of global ATV & SxS new models and mass production vehicles. Maintain accurate technical, development, and administrative documentation as required.
- Establish or contribute to establishing cost targets for responsible parts that contribute to achievement of the vehicle development targets and achieve the cost targets through optimizing difficult part/system designs and offsetting any spec changes after target fix through implementation of additional cost reduction ideas.
- Create and manage schedule of individual work to ensure deadlines are met, coordinate resource needs with supervisor, and effectively utilize contractor resources with limited supervision. Consistently communicate project status and participate or lead project meetings, discussions, and development events.
- Generate high-level ideas and contribute to building strategies that support the evolution of new technologies. Support or lead maturation of ideas to prepare for development applications with limited supervision.
- Support market quality themes with limited supervision. Utilize problem-solving methods to analyze root causes. Develop and implement C/M specs as necessary limited supervision.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors Engineering Degree in related field.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 2 yrs experience with degree or 8+ yrs applied work experience.
