Job PurposeThis position exists to support Honda’s manufacturing supply chain by providing flexible parts sourcing options to Honda factories and the local supply base. Using a global network of HT offices, external strategic partnerships, and our internal expertise, we purchase and deliver components with a focus on strengthening Honda’s global procurement capabilities. Additionally, explore potential sales growth opportunities with ‘outside group sales’ activity, selling our experience and expertise to support non-Honda customers with needed business activity.
This role within the Business Development team exists to generate sales opportunities and quotations with new and existing business partners. Role will include making appointments & calling on current and potential customers with intent of obtaining Requests for Quotation, Interfacing effectively to convey project/RFQ requirements with HTA Internal Staff and Business partners for cost & quotation development, project planning and set-up, and presenting internally, as well as to business partners.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinate customer visits with internal team members to develop effective relationships, determining needs, identifying new sales opportunities and additional ways to enhance customer satisfaction; develop thorough knowledge of customers & suppliers and their business plans; develop innovative, compliant supply chain solutions to attract and satisfy customer needs.
- Develop strategic quotations for customer Request for Quote which reflect understanding of customer’s business requirements, supply chain capabilities, and project parameters; consider and analyse all costs to ensure accuracy, sound logic and profitability; review cost logic with internal team members and management for validation and agreement; present final quotation to customer clearly and effectively to gain new business.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers, customers, and supply chain partners; ensure requests are made following project requirements and review for accuracy and competitiveness; ensure business terms are agreed on and in place prior to new project start-up, including order/shipping flow, quality flow, build-out flow, price change management, and design change management.
- Project Management of new project planning and on-boarding; coordinate with team members steps for new project preparation and launch ensuring all key criteria are met prior to start of project. Hold meetings with team members to review supply chain plan viability and confirm costs align with project through the maturation process. Coordinate new model hand-off and mass production hand-off within target timelines and deliver project details on schedule.
- Especially with Japanese customers and suppliers using Japanese, pro-active proposal visits and collecting the new develop information and support any trouble shooting between customers, suppliers and internal concerned teams. With those information distributing to related global connection in our company and make a strategy with core channel.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or other applicable field or adequate experience in related field
Minimum Experience:
- 5-7 years in sales/customer service experience directly dealing with Japanese managers

JOB PURPOSE:

Job PurposeControls Engineer responsible for planning and implementation to upgrade existing and install new building controls utilizing self, team, and contractor abilities. Design Mechanical systems, develop schedules, budgets and forecasts, select materials, equipment, project staff and contractors. Estimate costs, resources and time required to complete. Ensures controls architecture consistency between sites and analyzes technology trends. Includes focus on development and sustainability of the mechanical infrastructure (HVAC, Chillers, Air compressors, Utilities). Direct site building control related activities, through team members and contractors, to meet site needs (e.g. controls upgrade and replacements, programming optimization, standardization, and operations enhancements). Focus is to maximize cost efficiency and usability while minimizing risk to production and maintenance downtime. This position will be joining the Facilities department in Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC’s (HDMA). The Facilities department is responsible for the building which includes new construction, remodels, utility management (electric, compressed air, natural gas, water), building maintenance, end-of-life equipment replacements and upgrades. The goal of the department is to create a facility that we are proud of and to serve our customers.
Key Accountabilities- Manage BMS/BAS(Building Management System/Building Automation Systems) specification, design, and operation. Develop and implement multiyear strategy to complete BMS migration. Collaborate with HDMA Facilities controls leaders to standardize a unified approach. Manage and oversee programming and work with IT networking team.
- Support operation of Facilities mechanical and electrical systems including but not limited to centrifugal fans, burners, cooling/heating coils, pumps, centrifugal air compressors, centrifugal chillers, heat exchangers, utilities, metering, communications. Manage and maintain documentation for the site Mechanical Systems. Communicate critical updates to site system operators.
- Implement new engineering strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL)
- Lead meetings and negotiate with customers and contractors of all levels and capabilities. Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers and contractors.
Minimum Educational Qualifications

Job Purpose
Effectively lead multi-disciplinary facility electrical engineering projects with capabilities to implement and communicate an operational plan for completing a project, monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project. Project scope includes current situation assessment, design, coordination, electrical capacity, coordinate process demand with current infrastructure capacity. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Lead/Support multidisciplinary facility projects and systems (PLC, variable speed drive, motors, arc-flash, etc.) by successfully performing electrical engineering responsibilities. Specialty topics may include, but not limited to electrical utilities (supply and distribution, lighting, fire detection and alarm, etc.) Work with contractors to verify that the design and construction meet specifications, code, and performance expectations. Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays, identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project.
Analyses current operating conditions and recommends new preventative and proactive methods for maintaining and monitoring facilities systems. - Contract Management -- Arrange and manage appropriate contracted services support, as needed. Ensure all work meets or exceeds defined organization targets. Qualifications, Experience & Skills

- Strong subject matter knowledge of industrial electrical utility and infrastructure systems (electricity supply and distribution, lighting, fire detection and alarm, etc.), through design, construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Knowledge of building/campus facilities management and operations, including construction skilled trades.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license. Project management experience. Knowledge of building codes, governing regulations, and industry standards, such as NFPA, NEC, OSHA, EPA, and local building and utility-related codes. Knowledge of alternative energy sources, including solar and wind systems. Knowledge of industrial process equipment, including PLC, variable speed drive, and robotic systems. Job PurposeThe Power Platform & SharePoint Senior Developer will lead the design and implementation, as well as support of applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies. This role requires independent execution of moderate-to-highly complex Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including translating business requirements into technical implementations, exercising judgment within established standards, and resolving non-routine issues with minimal oversight. Job PurposeLead North American region process standardization as the business expert by creating and directing the process development strategy and diffusion across all North American manufacturing plants ensuring robust, repeatable, and controlled methods are in place to maximize business value and support plant characteristics enhancement.

Job PurposeTo contribute to the development of functioning prototypes that will eventually become production ATV/SxS vehicles, researching and applying new technologies to support business targets and maintaining global vehicle product quality.
Key AccountabilitiesDevelop basic component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototype vehicles using computer-aided design software that achieve concept targets, function requirements, and manufacturing requisites with minimal supervision. Communicate specification requirements and manufacturing control points via prototype and production drawings that result in setting the final specifications of global ATV & SxS new models and mass production vehicles. Job Purpose
Controls Engineer responsible for planning and implementation to upgrade existing and install new building controls utilizing self, team, and contractor abilities. Design Mechanical systems, develop schedules, budgets and forecasts, select materials, equipment, project staff and contractors. Estimate costs, resources and time required to complete. Ensures controls architecture consistency between sites and analyzes technology trends. Includes focus on development and sustainability of the mechanical infrastructure (HVAC, Chillers, Air compressors, Utilities). Direct site building control related activities, through team members and contractors, to meet site needs (e.g. controls upgrade and replacements, programming optimization, standardization, and operations enhancements). Focus is to maximize cost efficiency and usability while minimizing risk to production and maintenance downtime. Job requires constant interaction with department's engineering and maintenance teams along with external customers and contractors.
This position will be joining the Facilities department in Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC’s (HDMA). The Facilities department is responsible for the building which includes new construction, remodels, utility management (electric, compressed air, natural gas, water), building maintenance, end-of-life equipment replacements and upgrades. The goal of the department is to create a facility that we are proud of and to serve our customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage BMS/BAS(Building Management System/Building Automation Systems) specification, design, and operation. Develop and implement multiyear strategy to complete BMS migration. Collaborate with HDMA Facilities controls leaders to standardize a unified approach. Manage and oversee programming and work with IT networking team.
- Support operation of Facilities mechanical and electrical systems including but not limited to centrifugal fans, burners, cooling/heating coils, pumps, centrifugal air compressors, centrifugal chillers, heat exchangers, utilities, metering, communications. Manage and maintain documentation for the site Mechanical Systems. Communicate critical updates to site system operators.
- Implement new engineering strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL)
- Lead meetings and negotiate with customers and contractors of all levels and capabilities. Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers and contractors.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (in Mechanical, Controls or Electrical) or equivalent related controls experience
Minimum Experience
2+ years of relevant working experience in a Controls/Project Management/Facilities Capacity preferred
2+ years working experience with control systems architecture and programming preferred
