Position Summary

The position reports to the Rx Operations Manager and is based at our Carlsbad, California headquarters.

Job Responsibilities

• Be able to enter prescription orders using our online platform and ensure follow-up with the lab.
• Manage stock and fulfillment of the Rx cards and digital vouchers.
• Be able to interpret results of eye examinations, and use those prescriptions to help select the appropriate selection of eyeglasses, frames, and lenses.
• Use your expertise to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers in a practical and understandable manner.
• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, text, email and online to both our distribution partners and their end users.
• Train and be knowledgeable of the Safety products offered and what options work for the customer. Become a product expert.
• Be the primary resource to our sales team for question regarding product knowledge and educating our internal sales reps for related questions.
• Check that our eyewear meets ANSI standards while still attempting to meet customer requirements and requests.
• Be proactive at preparing for potential issues and recommend changes in processes related to order management, card fulfillment, and customer service to address these upcoming issues

Responsibilities: 1.

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all aspects of General Diagnostic Radiology, is familiar with and adheres to Departmental Protocols and Policy and Procedures of UNC Healthcare System, obtains RT(R) credentials and maintains Active Status using technical knowledge and ability to assist in actively troubleshooting work unit problems with respect to equipment and protocols.

Ensures that patient demographic, emulsion markers, and examination requested are correct, critiques, orients and saves all pertinent images, transmits QA-ed images to PACS, ensures that all images reach PACS, documents completion and/or cancellation of all procedures in RIS, documenting comments when appropriate, maintains image management equipment, reporting any equipment problem to appropriate resources, utilizes PACS and HIS system for obtaining additional study data.

Conducts routine procedures and tests using radiology equipment to acquire patient diagnostic data.

Performs work in a timely manner, performs quality radiographic images on a consistent and on-going basis, analyzes request and draws appropriate conclusions for examination and action plan, reviews radiographic orders and images and correlates patient demographic information, ensuring accuracy of information, reviews daily schedule and/or status of patients waiting in department for examinations, maintains a clean and safe work environment, documents incidents and advises area supervisor of improvement opportunities for the work unit.

Verifies patient identity, obtains patient history relevant to examination order, verifies pregnancy status before administering ionizing radiation, assesses patients physical condition and develops an action plan for performing examination, assesses patients condition to determine if additionally medical personnel and or equipment is needed and takes appropriate action, assists patients that require extra attention, reacts to emergency situations, insures patient safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:

• Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
• Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
• Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
• Supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Salary and Benefits

Begin your career as an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) and make up to $85,270 to - $110,846 per year based on your qualifications for the GS-11 grade level and possible extra compensation based on your duty location (see below).

Recruitment Incentive: New hires may be eligible to receive a one-time Recruitment Incentive payout of $10,000 after completing Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC) (1 year service agreement will need to be completed) (Recruitment Incentive is only available to new Federal employees as described in 5 CFR 575.102. Qualifications

Experience: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

• Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
• Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
• Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
• Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
• Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.

Hiring Minimums:

Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:

• Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
• Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
• Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
• Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).

Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.

250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.

FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.

Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Applicants must still meet 250 Pilot-in-Command, 75 instrument, and 75-night hours (100 flight hours in the last 12 months. This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 4, 2026)

UAS Flight Hours: Applicants may include UAS Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) flight hours and Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) or predator-based flight hours. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the "Total flight time" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.

JOB SUMMARY

The Office Coordinator performs all duties required to support and coordinate functions efficiently to meet and/or exceed customer expectations. Responsible for compiling patient’s medical record, coordinating patient’s tests and procedures with multiple internal and external sources. Completes patient order entry and maintains par level of patient and departmental supplies, and is an instrumental resource of patient information to physicians and staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Promptly acknowledges a patient upon their arrival to the department.  Quickly and efficiently addresses the patients’ needs.  Knows and relays information to the patient i.e. wait times, special instructions, etc.
  
• Maintains confidential patient records and physician orders via computer and paper.
  
• Communicates daily via telephone, fax, email to physicians, referring physicians, offices, and patients to ensure patient satisfaction.
  
• Enters physician orders into the HIS accurately for all imaging modalities.     
  
• Demonstrates proficient computer skills in HIS, RIS, email, MS Word, MS Excel.
  
• Scans physician orders in the appropriate account in the HIS.
  
• Escort patients to the appropriate waiting area for their exam.
  
• Performs daily reminder calls to the patients.  This includes specific exam information and preparation instructions.
  
• Coordinates imaging and procedures, ensuring accurate preps, diets, medications, and supplies, etc., are communicated to the patient and/or provider’s office. Prioritizes the scheduling of multiple tests and procedures.
  
• Schedules in HIS for all radiology modalities, follows the protocol for such scheduling, obtains proper paperwork, and required signatures in accordance of quality standards and to maintain accuracy.
  
• Accurately enters orders in HIS and reason for exam for appropriateness.  Determines the correct patient account when placing imaging orders.
  
• Accurately utilizes RIS (Radiology Information System) to arrive patients and obtain patient information.
  
• Encourages cost savings for the department and organization.
  
• Provides excellent customer service, demonstrates professionalism and courteous telephone etiquette.
  
• Demonstrates flexibility, positive interpersonal relations in high volume, high traffic, and fast paced work environment.

Central Florida Diagnostic Radiologist (General | Teleradiology | Multi-Site) Locum Tenens

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists to provide remote (teleradiology) coverage for multiple Florida community hospitals. This assignment supports a Radiology services transition and requires consistent, high-quality offsite diagnostic interpretation for a broad inpatient and emergency department imaging case mix.

Assignment Scope

• 
  
• Remote General Diagnostic Radiology coverage (multi-site)
  
• Inpatient and ED reads originating from two Polk County hospitals
  
• Broad diagnostic portfolio including CT, MRI, US, XR, and additional modalities typical to hospital imaging
  
• Collaborative remote model with structured reporting expectations
  
• Average 8 RVU reads per hour
  

• 
  
• General Diagnostic Radiology interpretation — including cross-sectional and plain film reads
  
• Expected adherence to turnaround time targets typical for hospital teleradiology (e.g., final reads within standard reporting windows and ED consults per site flow; specific targets provided at intake)
  
• Performance aligned to productivity bonus framework
  
• Specific wRVU targets discussed with candidates directly

• Secure remote PACS/RIS access provided
