Our client, a large managed care organization in Houston, has an opportunity available for a Senior Director of Compensation. Reporting to the Chief HR and Administrative Officer, the Senior Director, Compensation serves as the enterprise leader responsible for the strategic design, governance, and oversight of the organization's compensation philosophy, executive compensation programs, incentive structures, and job architecture framework.
This role establishes and maintains a competitive, fiscally responsible compensation strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term business objectives of profitable growth, affordability, sustainability, and employee empowerment. The Senior Director serves as the principal advisor to executive leadership and the Governance Committee on compensation-related matters and ensures enterprise compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
The position provides strategic leadership across compensation planning, pay equity governance, incentive risk management, labor cost modeling, and compensation-related workforce strategy initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Compensation Governance and Advisory:
- Serve as executive advisor to the Chief HR & Administrative Officer, President & CEO, and Governance Committee on executive compensation strategy and design
- Lead development and presentation of executive compensation materials for Governance Committee and Board review
- Establish governance framework for executive compensation review cycles, market benchmarking, and risk mitigation
- Ensure alignment of executive incentive structures with enterprise performance outcomes and financial sustainability
Enterprise Compensation Strategy and Philosophy:
- Develop and maintain a multi-year enterprise compensation strategy aligned with the organization’s strategic plan
- Define and evolve compensation philosophy, salary structures, pay banding, and job architecture
- Lead enterprise compensation competitiveness analysis using appropriate market benchmarking methodologies
- Partner with Finance to model short- and long-term labor cost projections tied to growth strategy
- Ensure compensation investment decisions are data-driven and aligned with budget guidelines
Incentive and Sales Compensation Design:
- Design and oversee executive and general incentive programs, including managed care sales incentive plans
- Establish incentive governance controls and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments based on performance outcomes
- Ensure incentive structures support revenue growth while maintaining affordability and sustainability
Pay Equity, Compliance, and Risk Oversight:
- Lead enterprise pay equity analysis and corrective action planning
- Ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour regulations, including FLSA classification integrity
- Oversee compensation-related audit activity and regulatory reporting requirements
- Establish internal compensation governance standards to mitigate financial and legal risk
Annual Compensation Planning and Execution:
- Lead enterprise annual focal point compensation planning process
- Partner with executive leadership and Finance to align merit and incentive budgets
- Provide executive-level analytics and reporting on compensation trends, Compa-ratios, pay distribution, and investment impact
- Ensure accurate and timely compensation administration processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- 12+ years of experience developing innovative compensation plans and working with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors to gain agreement
- 7+ years of management experience in Compensation and/or Total Rewards
The Sound Technician (SOUN) is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of all sound systems across various entertainment venues. This includes supporting a wide range of produced entertainment, events, and activities. The role works closely with other technicians and performing artists to deliver exceptional audio experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sound systems for live shows, events, and activities.
- Program and mix live FOH (Front of House) audio.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on audio consoles, backline equipment, and outboard gear.

The Omni Channel Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring the daily transactions of omni channel orders, including but not limited to buy online pick up in store, buy online ship to store, Roadie, and ship from store. ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER DUTIES
- Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
- Review goals with partners, providing consistent and timely coaching, actionable feedback, and recognition of excellence. Lead by example, being present on the sales floor during peak business hours.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in our Tribeca location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to meet sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Daily tasks will include managing operations, maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere, training team members, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring clients receive personalized attention. Building lasting client relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of products, trends, and market insights are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor, setting the standard for professionalism, client service, and sales performance
- Drive revenue and margin results through clear goal communication, accountability, and sound decision-making
- Support associates during key selling moments and assist in closing high-value sales
- Resolve client concerns promptly while upholding brand standards
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to strengthen selling skills, product knowledge, and client development

Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in fine jewelry and/or diamonds; 3-5 years within a managerial role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively, fostering a collaborative environment
- Organizational and time management skills with a focus on detailed execution of strategies
- Proficiency in sales and inventory management systems
- Bachelor’s or GIA Degree preferred

The Senior Data Scientist will play a critical role in building the foundation of Boot Barn’s AI and Data Science division, with a focus on developing advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. This position will lead the design and deployment of models that power data driven solutions to support cross-departmental products, and intelligent agentic systems.
Working closely with AI/ML and Data Engineers, this individual will ensure models are robust, well-designed, and ready to scale, while contributing to the establishment of data science best practices across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy predictive and generative AI models to address high-impact applications such as personalization, forecasting, marketing automation, and conversational agents.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, causal inference, and A/B experimentation to uncover insights and validate model performance.
- Develop high-quality, modular Python code for model training and experimentation using libraries and frameworks such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to productionize models through containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data and AI/ML Engineers to establish RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.
- Prototype and deploy generative AI applications such as content generation agents, knowledge assistants, and multimodal interfaces.
- Partner cross-functionally with Store Operations, Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandise, Supply Chain and Real Estate to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
- Contribute to data science best practices, model documentation, and the creation of reusable modeling frameworks.
- Translate complex model results into clear business insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of hands-on data science experience; proven track record in developing and deploying ML and generative AI models.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python and core ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with MLOps workflows, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) tools.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
- Retail and/or e-commerce experience preferred.
