This position requires the ability to travel out of town as needed for various job sites.
- Must be fully qualified and capable of working directly with project management to understand and evaluate scheduled electrical work needed to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Must be capable of performing all duties associated with the crew lead position and in addition.
- Must be able to self-prepare for all scopes of electrical work needed by evaluating pictures from site assessment and communicating directly with the project management and design team about any necessary changes or improvements to the electrical plan set. These changes must be documented and sent to the project management team.
- Must maintain tools and materials needed to “adapt and overcome” any challenges in the field including utility shutdowns.

- Must be capable of cross-training and crew development when assigned to supervise and support solar installation crews, allowing roof crew leads to self-perform installations while maintaining consistent quality by performing and documenting (pictures) quality control checks at specific points during the installation process.
- Must be capable of supervising the crew while the electrical apprentice ( roof lead or other designated person by management) gets to experience electrical wall installation and service upgrades.
- Must have required personal tools of the trade, see “minimum required personal tools of the trade”.
- During the first 90 days you will be required to learn how to install Tesla Powerwall coupled with Enphase solar systems.
- We will be looking to you to run your own crew with a helper installing power walls and solar systems. By the end of the 90 days, you will be required to take a proficiency test. This test will include you installing a complete battery and solar system without the help of the lead electrician at Good Faith Energy.
- You must pass this test to be a lead electrician for Good Faith Energy.
- We will provide you with all the on-the-job training as well as classroom materials to advance your knowledge of the systems you will be installing.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Supervisor, Customer Service & Intake oversees the intake workflow and daily operations of the customer service team within our company. This role ensures that all customer inquiries, service requests, inspections, estimates, and job‑related information are captured accurately and handled promptly. The Supervisor provides direct leadership to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), ensures exceptional customer experience, and partners closely with operations, sales, and field teams to support smooth project flow from first contact through job completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision & Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives responsible for inbound/outbound calls, appointment scheduling, service requests, and customer communications.

- Oversee daily staffing, assign workload, create schedules, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.

- Ensure all customer and job details are captured accurately in CRM or job management systems.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before handoff to estimators, sales reps, or production teams.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues or service delays.
Customer Experience & Communication
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through professional, timely communication.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching to maintain quality standards.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns related to scheduling, estimates, or project timelines.
- Foster a customer-first culture aligned with the company’s values.
Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, project managers, field crews, and production coordinators to ensure seamless handoff of intake information.
- Communicate scheduling changes, follow-up needs, and operational issues in real time.
- Identify process gaps and collaborate with leadership to streamline customer service workflows.
Reporting & Quality Control
- Track key performance metrics such as call volume, intake accuracy, response times, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews on CSR communication and data entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of customer service, intake coordination, or administrative operations experience.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong communication and de‑escalation skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems or job management software; Microsoft Office skills.
PREFERRED:

Sika is looking for a Technical Service Representative to join its growing team in the Kansas City, Missouri area. The TSR is responsible for monitoring the installation of Sika Sarnafil Roof Systems to ensure correct application procedures are followed. This is an outdoor position that requires extensive traveling to job sites. This individual performs warranty inspections and conducts training sessions for roofing contractor personnel. This position reports to the Regional Technical Manager.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Training of applicators to properly and efficiently install Sika Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems in an effort to ensure quality and contractor profitability. Provide training to others as needed.
- Overseeing the application process by attending job starts and performing in-progress project visits to monitor and enforce proper installation. Assure that application is in accordance with good roofing practices and Sarnafil specifications through documentation with field reports. - Conducting final inspections for technical acceptance for warranty issuance.

Polyglass USA, Inc., a premiere roofing materials manufacturer, has an opening for a Polyschool Training Associate located in Winter Haven, FL. This position is responsible for functional and support activities related to the planning, organization, scheduling, execution as well as documentation of all Polyschool training activities. Provides sales support by providing technical information, evaluation, or demonstrations for the company sales team or agent sales team or any combination thereof.

What You Get To Do:
- Assist with all aspects of Polyschool training events.
- Establish and organize the products and quantities for items required to perform Polyschool events.
- Ensure all needed material, supplies, tools, and any other products necessary are ordered and delivered to the appropriate location within the required time frames.
- Work with, supervise and instruct additional Technical staff needed to support Polyschool events.
- Prepare all demonstration decks/mock-ups.
- Execute hands-on demonstrations for Polyschool audience with the assistance of Technical staff member(s).
- Ensure all used materials are disposed of appropriately and all supplies, materials and equipment are packed and returned to an appropriate location.
- Assist Sales Team in any related sales or promotional activities as directed by the Manager.
- Travel to other territories to assist as needed.
- Represent Polyglass at appropriate industry functions and events, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Understand all local code regulations and industry practices governing roofing activities.
- Understand customer base in a territory as far as key individuals, contractor capabilities, and competitor systems used.
- Plan ahead and effectively communicate activities to all functional groups and Managers.
- Follow with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and instructions.
- Work with the Polyschool Training Manager to constantly update current and work on new training presentations.
- Actively assist in continuous improvement activities and offer positive suggestions for improvements and innovations.
- Professionally answer queries providing Polyglass solutions.
- Work proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the Company.
- Manage resources to execute assigned programs.
- Be a self-starter and work independently..
- Ability to travel as required of the job
What We Look For:
- High School diploma required
- This position requires the ability to work with a personal laptop in a Windows environment.
- Requires proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Web-based applications.
- Previous experience as a Roofing Manufacturers’ Representative, Roofing Inspector, or Roofing Contractor a plus.
- Requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Daily local and/or overnight travel a must

Job Description: In the role of Outside Sales Representative at Southern, you are at the forefront of building customer relationships that are built to last. Your primary focus is on personalized customer interactions, with a strong emphasis on door-to-door prospecting and self generation of leads. You will also be negotiating prices and overseeing project execution.

Our sales rep receive a $45K salary plus uncapped commissions. Our reps with no industry experience tend to see compensation growth similar to this:
1st year: $70 - 100K
2nd year: $90-130K
3rd Year: $150K+
