About the role - Welder/Maintenance Technician (Winnemucca, NV)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a Welder/Maintenance Technician within our Specialty Mining Chemicals team.
The Maintenance Welder/Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to maintain, repair, and improve plant equipment and infrastructure. This role ensures operational reliability and compliance with safety and quality standards, in addition to a basic understanding of Maintenance Technician skills.

What you will be doing
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication on plant equipment, piping systems, and structural components.
- Read, interpret, and update blueprints, technical drawings, weld maps, and welding symbols.
- Understand, inspect, and maintain welding tools and equipment to ensure good welding practices and safe operation.
- Ability to plan welding work, order and assemble parts, materials, and consumables for welding jobs.
- Able to qualify and follow weld procedures
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow Orica’s safety protocols, including PPE requirements and hazard identification.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance programs.
- Review planned work with the supervisor ahead of time to limit downtime during the assembly process

Call Center Operations
- Review company policies and implement them effectively and efficiently
- Develop and implement consumer service policies and procedures

The Role: Make an Impact
The Graduate Sustainability Intern will help implement Lactalis US Yogurt's (LUSY) sustainable agriculture strategy to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in alignment with science-based targets. This role will focus on measuring farm-level carbon footprints and supporting the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices that increase soil carbon sequestration and reduce emissions from enteric fermentation, manure management, feed production, and energy use. This will include collecting and analyzing data, engaging with farmers, and contributing to outreach and research efforts. This role will also offer valuable experience in sustainable agriculture and data management across LUSY and Stonyfield Organic's diverse milk supply. The Graduate Sustainability Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate Social Responsibility, Purchasing, Marketing and others to implement sustainability initiatives and will report to the Senior Manager, Sustainable Agriculture.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Create summary & individualized result farm carbon footprinting reports for farmer facing audience.
- Support Stonyfield direct supply farms with adoption of climate smart agricultural practices across one or more strategic areas of action. This could also include conducting soil sampling to help expand the baseline data on soil carbon levels for Stonyfield direct supply farms.
- Lead projects on nature, water or workforce development, for the full Lactalis US Yogurt milk supply. This includes organic, conventional, and non-GMO milk sourced for Brown Cow, Siggi's, Green Mountain.
- Conduct literature reviews and outreach to researchers on relevant topics including efficacy of biochar, agroforestry, and feed additives to reduce enteric fermentation as pathways for reducing organic dairy farm GHG emissions.
- Assist the Lactalis US Yogurt sourcing and sustainability teams with other projects related to organic transition planning for prospective Stonyfield direct supply farms, organic training, and sustainability in other agricultural ingredient supply chains.

We are seeking an Assistant In Embedded Training Researcher/Software Engineer with expertise in advanced algorithms and software development, computer visualization, and immersive training technologies to support the design, development, and implementation of next-generation embedded, visual, and intelligent research training systems. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team conducting applied research in simulation-based training, modeling, and opportunity-based training systems.
Key Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and implement software to enhance training in real-world and 3D environments. Develop high-fidelity visual simulation and application prototypes.
Research and develop frameworks for embedded hardware and software for advanced embedded training systems.
Work with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, cognitive scientists, and domain experts to define research objectives, design experiments, and analyze results.

As a Senior Process Project Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to leading and executing strategic capital investment and process improvement projects that enhance the design, performance, and reliability of our yogurt manufacturing operations. - Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria to support strategic business goals within yogurt manufacturing and processing.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate technical constraints, operational impacts, and cost-benefit considerations.
- Partner with Key Stakeholders at Corporate and Plant level - including Production, Quality, Planning, R&D, Finance, Safety, Maintenance, and Engineering - to obtain buy-ins and to ensure that project designs meet business, operational, and regulatory expectations.
- Develop complete project packages including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment layouts, scopes of work, cost estimates, timelines, ROI, and risk assessments required for capital project justification and submittal.
- Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers, engineering firms, and equipment vendors aligned with corporate standards and yogurt processing technology requirements.
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure competitive quotations for capital assets, installation services, and engineering support.
- Prepare comparative analyses and recommendations for purchasing decisions and capital investment approvals.
- Lead end-to-end project management for yogurt process initiatives, from conceptual design through commissioning, ramp up, project closure, and handover.
- Maintain and distribute comprehensive Project Schedules, identify critical paths, implement mitigation initiatives, and propose acceleration plans to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with the timelines in the Savings Plans and ROI calculations.
- Coordinate and facilitate project review meetings, develop and distribute meeting minutes, and escalate issues or risks to key stakeholders as required.
- Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities to ensure equipment performance aligns with specifications and project objectives.
- Oversee installation, startup, and optimization of yogurt processing systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- Ensure all projects comply with corporate engineering standards, environmental regulations, food safety requirements, and applicable industry codes.

About The Role
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for shaping and maintaining the brand’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints. This role leads creative concepting and execution for integrated digital, print, and wholesale assets, while ensuring consistency in aesthetic, tone, and storytelling.
This is a senior-level, hands-on design role that partners closely with marketing, ecommerce, production, and external creative partners. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with excellent technical design skills, a sharp eye for detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Creative Development
- Lead creative concepting and execution for integrated brand assets across digital, print, ecommerce, and wholesale channels
- Ensure consistency in brand aesthetic, tone of voice, and lifestyle storytelling
- Translate strategic direction into compelling, on-brand creative concepts
- Digital & Ecommerce Design
- Partner with the ecommerce team on UI/UX design initiatives
- Design assets for site, email, and digital marketing channels that drive engagement and performance
- Campaign & Seasonal Work
- Develop creative concepts aligned with seasonal messaging and business priorities
- Support channel owners with design solutions that meet commercial and brand objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to deliver brand-building and traffic-driving creative
- Partner with production teams on photoshoots, including pre-production planning and asset execution
- Collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure alignment and quality of output
- Team & Process Leadership
- Manage and provide direction to freelance creative partners
- Oversee timelines, workflows, and asset delivery to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain strong organizational and time management practices across projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant design experience
- Passion for graphic design, typography, motion, photography, video, illustration, and emerging creative trends
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing another designer
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
- Exceptional organization, communication, and presentation abilities
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Work Environment

Salary Range: $90K-$100K
This range represents the good-faith estimate of the pay the employer reasonably expects to offer upon hire, based on the role’s responsibilities, required experience, location, and internal equity.
