Purpose
This position is responsible for Designing, Configuring, Testing, Implementing and Supporting capabilities for Transportation Management and Supply-Chain management related applications.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)
- 10+ years System configuration & implementation experience required to perform the essential functions of the job with at least 3+ years of experience in solution designing
- Experience with any TMS Supply Chain industry applications with configuration knowledge
- Knowledge in Manhattan Associates TM Active software product is an added advantage
- Experience with SQL (mysql/postgres), JSON, Postman tool

Essential Functions
- The individual who fills this position should have solid TMS knowledge. The required skills/experience includes:
- Customer focused approach to ensure application availability for day-to-day business operations

- Board certified in Hematology and Oncology (required)
- Active Oregon medical license required (IMLC/Compact not accepted)

- Meets criteria for medical staff membership and clinical privileges
- Clean background and no significant malpractice history strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of independent practice experience in hematology/oncology

Key Responsibilities — Outpatient Oncology & Hematology Care
- Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care as a locum hematologist/oncologist
- Evaluate new solid tumor diagnoses and manage longitudinal care plans
- Develop and manage systemic therapy plans (chemotherapy/infusion oversight), monitor treatment response and toxicities
- Collaborate with APPs, radiation oncologists, and multidisciplinary team members for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in 1:4 call rotation, including one weekend per month
- Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC EMR, following site policies and quality standards
- Support continuity of care during physician retirement/relocation and ensure smooth patient transitions

- Provide pediatric nephrology care for inpatient and outpatient populations at a children's hospital and outpatient clinic
- See a minimum of five outpatients daily in clinic (pediatric nephrology clinic)
- Perform inpatient rounds and consults (approximately 70% inpatient, 30% outpatient)
- Be available for calls during evenings and weekends throughout the on-call week
- Perform hemodialysis and pediatric nephrology procedures as needed
- Read EEGs as required by the hospital and collaborate with neurology when indicated
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nephrology, transplant, dialysis nursing, social work, and pediatrics) to ensure comprehensive patient care
