Lou-Rich is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a key player in the manufacturing process, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining the computer-controlled machinery that brings our customers’ products to life. Below is a summary of the duties and responsibilities for this role.
Position Description:
Operate CNC machine tools with single and/or multiple spindles in a safe manner. Monitor and control the quality of machining processes using hand inspection equipment. Maintain the production processes and work within the expected efficiencies that are established for the product. Willing to train highly motivated and mechanically inclined individuals.
Essential Functions:
· Beneficial blueprint reading experience.
· Use machine controls to cycle machine through; production operations, set-up, adjusting tool positions, and changing tools.
· Change, and set up tools in tool holders by utilizing tool presetting equipment.
· Perform first piece sample inspection according to the operation control plan. By utilizing qualified measuring devices, the operator monitors the part dimensions through continuous checking of part features and process control tools.
· Maintain all lubricants and coolants on the machine that are used in daily operation.
· Maintain a clean and efficient work area.
· Operates all common machine shop equipment and hand tools skillfully.

Requirements:
· The operator is required to be on their feet most of the day, using their hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear around machinery. They will also be required to frequently walk, sit, stoop, kneel or crouch.
· The operator must be capable of lifting and moving up to 15 pounds; frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
· Individuals will work near moving mechanical parts of machinery and electrically activated devices.
· Individuals are occasionally exposed to airborne particles.
· Perform math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
· Familiar with decimals, fractions, and metric/English conversions
· Overtime is typically voluntary. However, during busy production periods overtime will be required.
· Operate overhead hoist/crane to assist with the lifting parts into and out of the fixture.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Requires passing a pre-employment screening, drug screen included.
· Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Lou-Rich Training Requirements:
· Applicable training will be completed by following the syllabi (Human Resources, Safety, IFS – Time clock, IFS - Navigation, ISO, Inspection Hand Tools, Inspection Forms, CMM, and Technical) for each new hire and that will be verified by the Employee Orientation & Job Qualification form within the first 60 days of employment. Additional applicable training will be completed by following the individual’s assigned department training matrix, CNC.
· Follow training syllabus (Technical from above list). Effectiveness of training guidelines will be determined by employee knowledge and demonstration of learned concepts. Additional training after the first several weeks of on the job training will be determined by the Supervisor in preparation to operate on their own as needed. Any follow up training will be evaluated and provided at the 60-day review or as deemed necessary for the position.

This role leads teams responsible for technology capabilities in Controller, Finance and Planning Analytics, Sourcing and Procurement, Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, and Antifraud areas.
This is a cross-functional role where the engineering and product teams directly report into them.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders and enterprise technology partners to understand critical data and analytical challenges and opportunities.
Establish Finance and Risk Data platform by applying in-depth knowledge of data domains, cloud data and application technologies, architectural patterns, frameworks, and tooling to meet Finance and Risk business area's data and analytics needs.

What You'll Bring to the Role Must have 15+ years of professional experience in Application development & programming across multiple languages, frameworks, Solution architecture, implementing large-scale distributed technology and data solutions (on-prem and cloud), and vendor implementations, customizations, integrations in financial services.
Business Acumen: Has a deep understanding of the Finance and Risk areas not limited to technology.
Must have experience in leading through multiple engineering teams and their respective leads.
Experience in ERP and EPM implementations and key industry platforms in this space (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, PeopleSoft etc.) Must have 5+ years of combined experience leading engineering and product teams.
Must have 5+ years of experience managing managers.
Must have a product-focused mindset and start-up spirit to execute and deliver business outcomes—experience with earning trust and growing business relationships.
Must have experience creating data strategy and dealing with challenges during its rollout to achieve business outcomes.

Performs a variety of x-ray procedures to include diagnostic, fluoro, OR/C-Arm. Additional duties may include EKG, phlebotomy, obtaining vital signs and other tasks as needed. Rotating call. Assists with room set up and keeps the patient care areas well stocked. The Radiologic Technologist, under general supervision of a Radiologist, performs radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or other licensed provider for the diagnosis of disease and injury in accordance with established protocols.
Safely operates a variety of mobile and stationary x-ray units to produce high quality images under the supervision of a Radiologist and in accordance with ALARA principles.

- Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors.
- Documents pregnancy status of female patients of child bearing age and the shielding precautions taken in the performance of the imaging study.
- Ensures operation of Radiology equipment by performing quality checks following manufacturer's recommendations and trouble-shooting equipment as required, calling in repairs when necessary.
- Maintains radiology supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Wears personal monitoring device on collar and outside of apron consistently and submits it promptly and regularly for assessment of occupational dosage. Reports any loss, damage, or unusual events associated with personal monitoring device immediately to the Radiation Safety Office.
- Participates in the modality specific QA/QC program and Ensures compliance with regulations.

Provides diagnostic medical sonography services that are consistent with clinical education and training in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and professional standards. Individuals will demonstrate clinical competencies to perform Ultrasound procedures ranging in age from infant to geriatric under the interpreting physicians supervision.
Prepares and positions patient for ultrasound exam. Operates ultrasound equipment to produce and record images according to physician's directive. Processes results and completes documentation for interpretation by physician.
