Job Purpose/Summary

Summary of role of team:

• The PT will be a part of a muitl-disciplainary team that renders short-term treatment (23 hrs.) to facilitate access to services and stabilization to those 18 years and above that present with a psychiatric crisis.
• This position monitors consumers in EMPATH and provide assistance to teammates in providing safe, therapeutic interventions to consumers receiving emergency psychiatric interventions.

Typical Working Conditions/ Environment

• Working conditions consist of a 16-lounge bed residential unit.
• Hours of operation are 24/7.
• The role of the PT is to ensure coverage is provided 24/7 despite any weather conditions or holidays that arise.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily Staff Duties

• Leads groups and organizes activities.
• Offers 1:1 counseling as requested by clients.
• Responds to all flags, emails, and voicemails within 2 business days.
• Completes Staff Daily Duties assigned by supervisor before the end of each shift.

2. Complete all documentation in compliance with CARF and funder standards

• Completes group logs, transport logs, and charting correctly as well as on time.

3. Maintaining/completing daily safety checks, property checks, and adhering to daily schedule

• Completing safety checks when observing clients
• Properly completing property inventories and searching belongings
• Follow EMPATH schedule to give clients an effective daily structure for optimum progress.

4. Functions as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

• Must be punctual and maintain good attendance record
• Must stay awake and alert on all shifts.
• Maintaining a strong line of communication with all staff to effectively and safely provides assistance to the people we serve
• Demonstrates willingness to promote a harmonious work environment by maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all staff members and supervisors.
• Communicates and approaches conflict in a problem solving and professional manner with all staff members and supervisors
• Accepts additional assignments and/or changes in assignment and/or work.

COMPENSATION:

• Starting salary for this position is approximately $16.71 - $18.79/hr based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule:

• Must have flexible schedule.
• Possible overnight shifts, holiday work and overtime.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
• Must be punctual and maintain good attendance record.
• Must stay awake and alert on all shifts.

Travel:

• Valid driver's license with F endorsement required.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Picking up clients from community locations and hospitals in personal vehicle or company vehicle.

Equipment/Technical Competency:

• Computer experience is essential.
• Ability to learn and utilize EMR and create documents within the program.

QUALIFICATIONS - EmPATH Residential Counselor

Experience:

• Experience in working with special populations including individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, Co-occurring Disorders, and Dual Diagnosis is preferred.
• Computer experience is helpful.
• Experience working in a crisis setting is preferred.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.

Education / Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or Bachelor's degree with experience working or volunteering with children, adults, families, or community service preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness or special populations in a crisis setting with co-occurring and dual diagnoses preferred.
• Must have coursework and/or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and crisis intervention.

Physical/Emotional/Social - Skills/Abilities:

• Possible exposure to biological hazards.
• Hearing of normal and soft tones.
• Close eye work.
• Valid driver's license with F endorsement.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• This position requires certification in and adequate implementation of verbal and physical de-escalation techniques that include a wide range of bodily movements including but not limited to grasping, holding another person, ability to go down on knees, running, and walking.
• Training and certification in Handle with Care is mandatory in addition the ability to remain awake and alert during shift.

The Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients. They will provide personal care services and support that helps individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate I will assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing, while encouraging client participation. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, they will pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the client’s primary care provider. They will transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services. 

This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

Training Program

With our MHACBO-accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending your required, paid training, and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on-the-job experience.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

Elevator Service Technician

Pay Range - $28-$32 Hour | Full-Time

We’re actively hiring an experienced Elevator Service Technician to join a growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality work, strong troubleshooting, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot elevator systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned routes
• Respond to service calls and work orders in a timely manner
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
• Maintain clear communication with customers on job sites

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of elevator service experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a service route
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Elevator Mechanic License or Certification (preferred)

Job Description

• Run day-to-day jobsite operations as the Superintendent on high-end custom residential builds

As we refine our residential systems and expand into multifamily interior renovation packages, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to strengthen operations, manage production, and support scalable growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with ownership and play a key role in building the next phase of the company.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple residential kitchen and bath remodeling projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to Pearl’s quality standards.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and project documentation from contract through final completion. The ideal candidate is systems-oriented, confident in the field, and comfortable managing both homeowner clients and multifamily renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across all trades
• Order materials and confirm delivery locations
• Organize, schedule, and log inspections
• Oversee project progress from demolition through final completion
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety
• Track milestones and adjust timelines to maintain efficiency
• Develop detailed project budgets (labor, materials, permits, contingencies)
• Monitor job costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Review subcontractor bids for scope alignment and cost accuracy
• Track labor productivity and financial performance
• Manage change orders and scope adjustments professionally
• Resolve field issues and disputes efficiently
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Serve as primary point of contact during construction
• Liaise with homeowners, property managers, architects, and designers

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing residential remodeling projects
• Strong understanding of kitchen and bath construction
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing job schedules
• Proficiency reviewing budgets and job costs
• Ability to read plans and manage project scope
• Construction management software experience required (JobTread preferred)
• Multifamily renovation experience is a plus
