The Shipping Supervisor leads and develops the outbound team, ensuring accurate, efficient, and cost-effective order processing and shipment of merchandise. This hands-on role oversees all outbound functions—including, packing, shipping, and outbound quality control—while driving operational excellence through industry best practices and continuous process improvement. Job Responsibilities
- Daily oversight of drivers and dock staff
- Daily oversight and participation in the timely loading and unloading of shipments in and out of dock area
- Ensure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through all areas of operation
- Assist in training/development, and staffing of staff
- Oversee assigned inventory of loading materials
- Check drivers in and out of warehouse in accordance with operational policies and procedures
- Provide recommendations on Capital Expenditure and planning
- Drive teamwork and communication between all operations leadership

Job Requirements

Role Overview
We are seeking two highly skilled Mechanical Engineers with experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector to support the development and integration of advanced thermal management subsystems used across military and commercial platforms globally.
This role focuses on mechanical subsystem development from a packaging and integration perspective, including enclosure design and integration of electronic and fluid control components such as pumps, compressors, fans, and valves. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing aerospace-grade subsystems within defined volume and interface constraints, ensuring high reliability, environmental robustness, and compliance with industry standards.
These roles will support programs progressing from Preliminary Design Review (PDR) toward Critical Design Review (CDR) and will involve reuse and adaptation of existing product architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical enclosures for aerospace electronic and control subsystems such as thermal management systems and related subsystems
- Package and integrate COTS and custom components into customer-defined volume constraints by integrating components including pumps, compressors, fans, valves, and control electronics
- Develop detailed CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
- Conduct tolerance analysis, GD&T, stack-up analysis, and design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Support prototype builds, integration activities, testing, and validation
- Implement design considerations to satisfy and qualify the environmental requirements (shock, vibration, temperature, humidity, EMI/EMC interface considerations) per MIL standards.
- Collaborate with electrical, controls, thermal, structural, and systems engineering teams
- Participate in root cause analysis and design refinement
- Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense standards and documentation practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace & Defense mechanical subsystem development

- Strong mechanical packaging and integration experience
- Experience designing enclosures housing electronics and fluid/mechanical components
- Exposure to thermal management systems (ECS, vapor cycle, or liquid cooling preferred but not mandatory)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to support our Systems Verification team. This contractor role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and supporting engineering teams in motion control, robotics, and system-level verification. You'll work closely with engineers to execute test plans, build and maintain test fixtures, and contribute to product validation in a regulated environment.
Top Skills/Experience:
Software is a big part of the position, but a good amount of our testing mechanical aptitude as well. This is needed for assembling fixtures, soldering, etc.
We need someone that has solid mechanical skills with the ability to build, configure, and troubleshoot fixtures used in system and verification testing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform system-level test execution and collect data for analysis.
* Build, maintain, and troubleshoot test fixtures and setups (ECAD/MCAD, robotics, motion control).
* Support test method development and validation activities.
* Assist in programming and automation tasks using LabVIEW and Python.
* Document test procedures, results, and observations accurately.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to support hardware/software integration and verification.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support project planning and coordination under guidance from engineers.
* Contribute to process improvements and technical reviews.
* Maintain lab equipment and ensure test environments are compliant and functional.
* Assist in identifying, sourcing, and acquiring capital equipment and technical resources required for testing and development
Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or technical certification in electronics, mechatronics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technician role, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.
* Solid mechanical skills with the ability to build, configure, and troubleshoot fixtures used in system and verification testing
