The Opportunity

The Senior Project Manager will lead large scale projects from preconstruction through completion, managing internal project teams while working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the high standards and reputation the company has built within the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction projects valued up to $100M+ from preconstruction through closeout

  • The next Constance Hess Williams '66 Director and AVP of Barnard's Athena Center for Leadership will have extraordinary leadership abilities, as evidenced by past experiences and future vision. The Director and AVP will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience with progressively greater leadership and management responsibilities, preferably within higher education or similarly complex organizational settings.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute documented assembly procedures, both electrical and mechanical:

    • Product assembly by using a microscope and/or hand tools.
    • Hand soldering assembly of high precision small components.


  • Perform data entry into the manufacturing database.
  • Attend cell meetings:

    • Participate in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
    • Communicate issues, concerns, and questions to manufacturing engineering.
