Your Role as an Account Executive:
As a key member of the Sales & Design team, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

Coney Island Prep’s Chief Schools Officer (CSO) serves as the primary thought partner to the CEO on all matters related to school management and performance. The CSO has a proven track record of coaching and leading adults to achieve strong outcomes, a deep commitment to building and sustaining effective systems, and a passion for using data to drive academic and cultural improvement. The CSO sets a vision for academics and culture of our campuses from arrival through to after school. This senior instructional leader is responsible for academic performance, student and adult culture of our four campuses, managing the Director of After School, and the direct performance management and leadership coaching of principals.

Job Overview:
The Energy Optimization Associate is an entry-level to early-career position designed to support Applied Digital’s Energy Optimization Team through reporting, analytics, operational support, and data quality management. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Reporting
- Compile daily operational reports summarizing price curves, curtailment events, operational status, and identified risk factors.
- Maintain optimization logs, data repositories, and documentation for real-time and day-ahead activities.
- Support Schedulers and Analysts by preparing datasets, charts, and summaries for morning and evening volatility windows.

Job Overview:
The Real-Time Scheduler / Curtailment Specialist plays a critical operational role in Applied Digital’s energy optimization strategy across its North Dakota data center footprint. This role focuses on executing real-time and intraday curtailment actions, monitoring price signals, and ensuring operational compliance during high-volatility windows.
This position requires strong situational awareness, rapid decision-making skills, and a technical understanding of grid behavior, LMP price dynamics, and operational constraints. Candidates from power plant operations, utility dispatching, ISO operations, or generation control rooms are highly preferred due to their experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Real-Time Operational Execution
- Execute curtailment actions based on live market prices, operational limitations, and approved strategy.
- Continuously monitor LMP price curves, real-time SCADA data, load forecasts, outage impacts, and congestion trends.
- Adjust site operating levels when intraday price deviations or grid advisories occur.
- Coordinate tightly with Operators to ensure precise and timely execution of curtailment instructions.
Utility / Market Coordination & Compliance
- Submit curtailment notifications, operating adjustments, and required communications to utilities or market operators.
- Interpret and act on system advisories, transmission congestion notices, outage reports, and tariff requirements.
- Monitor for imbalance risk, schedule deviations, or non-compliance conditions and escalate as needed.
- Ensure all actions align with utility tariffs, operational limits, and internal compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Analysts to refine optimization models, deliver real-time data feedback, and strengthen short-term forecasting.
- Provide operational insights to Engineering and Operations Leadership based on real-time system behavior.
- Support training of Operators on foundational optimization principles and response pathways.
Continuous Improvement & SOP Development
- Participate in daily review of prior-day events to evaluate execution quality and identify optimization improvements.

Peak Volatility Coverage
This role is part of a rotating coverage schedule for the hours most critical to optimization:

About the Role
Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide telehealth services. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health, substance use, and eating disorder professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
This can either be a contract/1099 position or a W2 position.
A contract position allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our clinicians be able to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.
W2 position requires full time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays required to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $53,000 and $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $57,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

Main Purpose
The Sales Account Executive plays a critical role in expanding Indeed Flex's market presence by managing the entire initial sales cycle for new clients. This role is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, booking discovery meetings, and expertly guiding prospective customers from the initial introduction through to their first live shifts on the Indeed Flex platform. Requirements:

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Pipeline Management: Diligent tracking of lead stages and activities to maintain accuracy and follow-through.
- CRM/Sales Tools Proficiency: Accurate data entry and task management (preferably Salesforce) to maintain lead integrity and facilitate seamless handoffs to Account Executives. In addition, experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Zoominfo, HubSpot).
- Data-Driven Performance/KPIs: Disciplined execution of high-volume outbound calls, connected calls, and meetings set/booked.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and engage decision-makers across multiple organizational levels.
- Meeting Booking & Strategic Discovery: Proactively book and lead initial discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their contingent workforce needs, pain points, and strategic objectives.
- Full Sales Cycle Management (to Go-Live): Own the sales process from the first contact through to client go-live. This includes:
- Conducting compelling presentations and demos of the Indeed Flex platform and its value proposition.
- Working strategically with clients to understand correct deal values and align on optimal solutions.
- Negotiating terms and ensuring the signature of agreements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and the successful posting of the client's first shifts on the platform.
- Client Handoff: Seamlessly transition newly live and established accounts to the Growth Account Executive team, providing comprehensive background and context to enable rapid revenue growth.
- Market Insight: Develop a detailed understanding of our customer buyer personas and leverage that to identify key opportunities within the contingent workforce market, sharing industry best practices with prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the B2B Marketing team to execute campaigns, provide feedback on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and collaborate with other sales teams to optimize opportunity management.
- CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update client information and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Product Expertise: Understand the Indeed Flex proposition to a Subject Matter Expert level, confidently articulating its benefits and features.

Benefits
- $60,000 to $80,000 annual salary
- Commission: $40,000 annually based on meeting key metrics

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties. If working in a remote office environment, a clean, designated workspace must be kept in a safe condition, free from hazards to both the employee and the equipment. Remote office positions also require reliable, high-speed internet.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Hours are Monday - Friday, regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
This position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.
