The Effector Analog and Power Department is responsible for the development, from concept to integration, of Telemetry and Flight Termination products; power systems from all up round to the lowest level power regulation; servo electronics supporting all mechanical motion in our products and low noise mixed signal electronics that provides the analog to digital interface to our front-end sensors. Each of these products generally operate in lower power and voltage ranges less than 10kW and 1000V.
What You Will Do
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion (and related analog) circuitry. This circuitry will dominantly involve non-isolated and isolated switch mode power converters and linear converters. Main emphasis is on board-mounted power end use applications.
- Architect at the power system level.
- See circuit card and stack development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing. Includes leading large teams and defining schedules and system level tasking for designs.
- Guide ECAD drafters and junior engineers through layout and routing activities. Define layer stackup definitions. Act as an expert regarding creepage and clearance.
- Lead large teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Design, analysis, test, and/or simulation experience with linear converters, and familiarity with all the following non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost.
- Professional design, analysis, and simulation experience with at least one of the following isolated converter topologies: flyback, half-bridge, full-bridge, forward, push-pull, resonant.
- Experience with EMI Filter design, transformer or inductor design, analysis, test, and/or simulation considerations in power electronics circuits.
- Analog electronics design, including the following: FETs/BJTs, op-amp, high/low/band pass filters, clock/data termination, and comparator circuits.

Summary:
Due to the ongoing growth and successful integration of our Tax Hub, which has been centralizing and streamlining tax operations to support the Latin America region, we are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative professional to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This newly created role reflects our commitment to innovation and operational excellence across LATAM markets. You will oversee tax operations, leverage best practices and external experience, and champion technology-driven improvements for sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include documenting tax compliance, preparing tax returns, meeting both internal and jurisdictional deadlines, and enhancing compliance routines with advanced technology. You will work in partnership with the Senior Tax Manager and closely collaborate with local finance and business teams.
Position Responsibilities
• Oversee and supervise local country tax calculations across the LATAM region, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage all income tax accounting routines, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review and ensure the integrity of income tax notes for local financial statements.
• Prepare and submit US GAAP tax reporting through OneSource Tax Provision (Taxstream).
• Develop insightful income tax projections, including ETR, deferred taxes, and cash tax flows.
• Lead transfer pricing documentation and legal entity profitability analysis.
• Champion SOX compliance by supporting reporting controls testing and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Tax Manager, finance teams, and business partners to resolve tax requirements.
• Identify, research, and proactively resolve potential tax compliance issues.
• Drive process optimization and establish enhanced compliance procedures.
• Advance technology initiatives for effective calculations, models, dashboards, and analytics.
• Provide expert tax support for local business and educate partners on relevant legislative changes.
• Build a strong global network across tax, finance, customs, treasury, and legal teams.
• Work in partnership with operations, legal, country controllers, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external advisors to support critical tax positions.

Main Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field, plus 8+ years of combined tax experience in public accounting or with a large multinational corporate tax department; or demonstrated equivalent experience/education.
• Expertise in tax regulations across Latin American countries.
• Understanding of LATAM business practices and tax complexities.
• Bilingual, in English and Spanish (written, reading, and speaking).
• Experience with large ERP systems, especially SAP and OneSource/Taxstream.
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, macros, and filters).
• Solid grasp of accounting and tax principles; direct experience preparing tax returns is preferred.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, delivering accurate documentation and task completion.

Summary:
The Engineer, Network is responsible for the implementation and support of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN and SDWAN to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This role ensures high availability and performance for clinical systems, patient care services, and administrative functions across the hospital network. The Engineer collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and hospital stakeholders to align network solutions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This position will be a technology advocate throughout the organization for the effective application of technology to meet business needs and to support business changes and growth. Technology functions include network infrastructure, architecture and protocols (routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, network appliances), network automation and operations, patch management, application delivery, monitoring and cloud computing.
Experience:
1. Preferred three to five (3 to 5) years of experience in implementing and managing complex network infrastructure in an enterprise environment; healthcare experience preferred.
2. Highly experienced information systems professional with a strong technical background and proven track record of accomplishments in a large, complex multi-level organization.
3. Experience in network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and technologies (e.g., Cisco, Extreme, Palo Alto).
4. Proficiency in network security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC).
5. Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) and cloud-based network solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).

13. Prior experience delivering high availability systems in a 24/7 environment across geographically dispersed business units.
