This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and API integration experience who enjoys building reliable, production-grade automation tools.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the connector is performant, secure, user-friendly, and well-documented, supporting critical business workflows in a compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom n8n connectors (nodes) using JavaScript and TypeScript, ensuring alignment with n8n’s node architecture.
Build and maintain RESTful API integrations, including authentication, pagination, rate limiting, retries, and error handling.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with strong attention to performance and reliability.
Create unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright).
Optimize API interactions using JSON manipulation, schema validation, batch operations, caching, and exponential backoff strategies.
Develop clear, comprehensive documentation for connector usage, including parameters, examples, and sample workflows.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX stakeholders to ensure intuitive connector design (e.g., conditional fields, clear parameter labels).
Follow best practices for secure credential management, input validation, and dependency audits.
Optionally implement webhook support and observability features such as logging and metrics.
Adhere to internal information security, confidentiality, and data privacy policies at all times.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js (v18+ preferred).
Proven experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and modern JavaScript patterns.
Experience using Git for version control and npm/yarn for package management.
Comfortable writing and maintaining automated tests and debugging API interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience Prior experience building or extending custom n8n nodes.
Familiarity with n8n’s internal structure (execute methods, credentials, data linking).
Experience implementing webhooks for real-time integrations.
Exposure to SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio demonstrating automation workflows or API integrations.

In this role, the Order Mgmt. CSA (Customer Service Analyst) is accountable for effectively managing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective order entry, validation, processing and tracking to ensure on time and in full delivery of customer orders always maintaining a good relationship with the customer. Purchase orders are essentially received via EDI, Email / FAX etc. The list of activities extends with Order entry/adjustments, collaboration with sales, S&OP, shipping facilities, carrier, coordinating with customer’s receiving team to ensure timely and in full delivery of goods.
Responsibilities
· Checking various sources of PO inflow (EDI queue, Fax / email inbox & USPS) periodically
· Entering orders in the business ERP within given TAT
· Proactively manage product allocation on the orders.
· Ensuring delivery note on sales orders gets created in a timely fashion.
· Coordinating with shipping facilities to get the product shipped to customers.
· Coordinating with carrier team to obtain periodic status of the load (pickup / in transit / delivery)
· Coordinating with demand control team to obtain availability dates of short / unavailable items on customer’s order.
· Coordinating with customers to obtain substitutes (replacement items) for unavailable items and share availability dates.
· Support customers with pool date coordination, rush shipment arrangements, and problem resolution.
· Order track and trace when shipped out of the shipping facility and share real time updates with the customer.
· Communicating with customers about various process updates such as (Order Qty or Date changes, different updates on availability, delivery, etc).
· Daily maintenance in SAP which would include reviewing error reports with the order management tool: ZORD
· Analyzing order trend of customers and raise flag if variation experienced.
· Work as a team to process any ad hoc request promptly
· Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally.
· Ability to analyze and resolve problems before escalating to the next level.

Minimum Qualifications
· Good understanding of upstream and downstream OTC processes
· Good communication skills (written & spoken)
· Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills.
· Proficiency with system applications, especially MS Office (outlook, excel, word, power point etc.)
· Experience in customer service and or supply chain and order management.
· Good written and spoken communication skills.
· Possess ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time.
· Demonstrate ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
· Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5PM and working on QE close weekends
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Resources from Order management domain and worked on SAP ERP-
· Bachelor’s Degree (business, logistics or finance is preferred.

· Good Working knowledge of tools like SAP / S4 HANA, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Blue Yonder, Salesforce and Ariba

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$49,000 to $54,000].
