Job Summary:


The OR RN Circulator assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and centers policies. During operations and other surgical procedures, the circulator assists by acting as an intermediary between the operating room staff and the rest of the surgical center.


Monitors patient throughout the surgical process.  Manages monitoring equipment, fluid lines, tubes, drains and catheters as needed, including support of operative extremity.  Uses good judgement in determining appropriate nursing action and exhibits control in emergency situations.  Successfully completes CPR/PALS/ACLS certification/recertification.  Makes independent clinical decisions as appropriate regarding patient's need for nursing care and communicates same to appropriate personnel. Demonstrates a team player attitude and utilized work time efficiently. 


 


Responsibilities:



  •  Performs scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.
  •  Performs circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure.
  •  Directly assists operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.
  •  Prepares operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.


 


Qualifications:



  •  Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN license.
  •  Minimum two years in the OR as circulator, preferred.  
  • Ortho experience is required.
  •  CPR and ACLS

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge for the non-dispensing commercial pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

What do you need for this position?

  • B.S. Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy

  • Active, unrestricted pharmacist licenses in both Kentucky and California (required)

The Role – Electrical Project Manager As Electrical Project Manager, you will take the lead on a major 220kV substation development in North Dublin, including associated grid route works on a live design and build project. • Oversee the interface between civil engineering works and electrical installation packages across the full project scope
• Drive programme, sequencing, and short term planning to keep works moving safely and efficiently
• Ensure all site activities are delivered in line with health and safety standards, statutory obligations, and project requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct teams, consultants, and specialist suppliers across multiple work fronts
• Maintain strong communication with clients, utility stakeholders, and design teams throughout project delivery
• Monitor quality standards across all installation works, inspections, testing plans, and documentation
• Manage reporting on progress, risk, resources, procurement, and key project milestones
• Support commercial and operational teams with project performance, variations, forecasting, and issue resolution

About You • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner delivers annual risk assessment in a residential setting or telehealth, within the scope of practice for a Nurse Practitioner, as delegated by the Collaborative Physician.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments to identify all active and chronic disease conditions, as well as determine all physical, mental, and social needs present at the time of the visit
  • Takes history, examines, determines diagnoses.
  • Provides written documentation of patient visit, per NCQA standards
  • Takes patient vital signs, as necessary.
  • Places case management referrals and communicates with PCP as necessary.
  • Communicates with patients, caregivers, agency nurses, other providers and vendors as necessary to assure proper diagnosis.
  • Performs all clinical duties while observing OSHA Universal Precautions
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Attends required meetings and in-services and participates in committees, as requested
  • Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional licenses and affiliations

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Active/unrestricted nurse practitioner license to practice in coverage states
  • Board certification in one of the following: American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Active BLS Certification
  • Current enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record 
  • Outstanding EHR skills

  • Geriatric training/experience
  • Skill in teamwork and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public

  • Adaptability to differing weather conditions and patients’ home/residential environments
  • Full range of body motion including handling/lifting patients.  Manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, normal visual acuity, normal hearing, standing, bending, walking and stair climbing
  • Regular lifting/carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to ride in automobile or van up to 150 miles daily in urban and/or rural settings.  Ability to drive, if necessary
