Role Description

This full-time remote position is for a Regional Account Manager serving Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii. The successful candidate will be located in Southern California and will oversee and expand key production, touring and integration accounts within the designated region. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining and building strong customer relationships. The Regional Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve established sales goals. Candidates should demonstrate a strong passion for audio-visual technology and possess proven experience driving business through direct client engagement within the region.

Support the Existing Dealer Base

Responsibilities to Vision2

·       Record all quotes and project information in CRM systems to ensure accurate manufacturer reporting, including pipeline and forecasting.

·       Develop a comprehensive Territory Plan.

·       Compile a detailed list of targeted dealers, both existing and prospective.

·       Assemble a targeted list of end users, such as venues, schools, and houses of worship.

·       Provide weekly reports outlining key business activities.

·       Establish and maintain a consistent travel schedule for monthly and quarterly engagements.

Tremco CPG is currently looking for a Field Safety Manager for the South Atlantic Region.


The Field Safety Manager provides safety leadership to all Tremco CPG field employees (including but not limited to Regional Techs, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensures site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, implements safety directives, improves safety performance, and ensures site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.


Responsibilities And Duties

  • Conduct both virtual and physical visits to perform site safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance) *This should take place at least 75-80% of the week. *
  • Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner, and Tremco regulations throughout all regional projects.
  • Assist site leadership in developing site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning, and equipment.

  • Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties, and documentation has been completed.
  • Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field.
  • As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with the Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed.
  • At minimum must have 30 Hr. OSHA Training. (With willingness to get 500 Hr. OSHA Training to operate asan official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program.)
  • Ensure all new employees within the Region meet their training objectives, e.g., complete their Day 1 Orientation, iLead New Employee Training, and Tremco (OSHA) Construction 10 Hr. Training within 1 month of their employment.


Qualifications

  • An Occupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma, or Nationally Recognized Safety Certification or Designation is a mandatory requirement.
  • Minimum 8 years of Health and Safety field experience that includes strong skills in incident investigation

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:

- Required: Must have a valid Class A CDL

- Required: Must be 21 years of age or older

- Required: 4+ months of driving experience required

- Required: A safe driving record on the road

- Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years

- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary

- Required: A Background Check is required

- Required: A Clean Drug Test is required

- Required: A Clean Clearinghouse result is required

- Required: For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads. (this is required)

Job Description

The Regional Director of Therapy Operations serves as a member of the regional team and provides direction and support to hospital clinical and administrative leaders. In addition, the position supports an environment and culture to enable hospitals and region to fulfill its mission, works within regional team to establish clinical and operational goals, conveys the company mission and priorities to clinical leaders and administrative leadership, supports hospital DTOs to accomplish objectives, serves as a member of the therapy leadership board, and communicates and monitors therapy leadership initiatives.
