Summary:
The Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional treatments. The RN prepares patients for procedures, assists during interventions, and monitors immediate post-procedure recovery. Working closely with cardiologists and cath lab teams, this role requires advanced cardiac care skills, cardiac catheterization skills, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.
Essential Work Functions:
- Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams
- Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure and ensure EKG electrodes and cardiac leads are properly placed
- Assist physicians during procedures, including the placement of catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and other cardiac interventions
- Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms
- Assist in arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression, and transport patients to the appropriate recovery area
- Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedure
- Support post-procedure care, including monitoring patient recovery and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of care
- Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, ensuring everything is functioning properly and fully stocked for procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians to provide seamless care
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems, ensuring proper functionality

Position Overview
The Senior Anatomic Pathology Laboratory Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for all histology and cytology services. Financial & Strategic Management
- Manage laboratory budgets, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Qualifications
- ASCP Certification (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive laboratory leadership experience in anatomic pathology

We are seeking a highly proactive and research-driven Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Sourcer to support our executive recruiting practice. This role is critical to the success of our searches and requires strong sourcing expertise, independent initiative, and the ability to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates. Responsibilities:
- Own the sourcing process by identifying and engaging passive and active candidates through strategic outreach and creative research methods.

- Utilize Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, and ATS systems.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2+ years of experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or talent research.
- Boolean search experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong Outlook calendar management, Zoom, and Teams coordination experience.
- Must have excellent spelling, grammar, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Cardiovascular Laboratory, EKG, Echocardiography, and related departments. Oversees the daily administrative, fiscal, and clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to guidelines, practices, and protocols. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote efficient care delivery, patient safety, and the achievement of desired clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:
- RN with Cath Lab Nursing experience
- 3+ years of recent Director level experience over a Cath Lab.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
