The Dealer Development Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the dealer network by maintaining accurate records, processing dealer requests, and assisting with programs that promote business development and customer satisfaction across the U.S. and Canada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records in KUHN’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) database through address verification, merge of duplicates, enter/upload of data.
- Warranty & Registrations: Monitor product registrations. Work with territory managers and dealers to ensure retailed machines are registered; review and clear verification flags, process requests for warranty card deletions (research and communicate actions to accounts receivable, credit, and sales support).

- Extended Warranty Administration: Process Protect + requests from dealers (invoice, update SCG, track usage).
- Dealer Communications: Assist in maintenance of dealer email contacts (follow up and correct email addresses that were undeliverable).
- Dealer Qualification: Assist with dealer qualification, including communication of qualification to field and channel management personnel for follow up actions.
- Finance Programs: Review retail finance monthly reports (from DLL, Meridian OneCap), analyze and report usage (products financed, dealers using finance program, percentage retailed with KUHN Finance, etc.).
- Research distribution networks of other suppliers and update existing Excel spreadsheets as requested.
- Promotional Support: Process department Requests for Purchase (RFP) for merchandise, submit orders to the vendor and track RFPs to provide Accounting with a monthly summary of charges to be applied against the applicable department budgets. Administer Dealer Event Promotion Kit program by processing requests, tracking and distributing kits.
- Forms: Maintain, update, and post dealer and company forms, as needed.
- Channel Management Support: Order and ship starter kit materials and communicate shipment information to with territory manager or dealer.
- Complimentary Employee Apparel Program: Support distribution of employee apparel, track wear test items and collate feedback for specialist and managers.
Education and/or Experience - An Administrative Assistant associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, Internet research, mapping tools, and survey platforms. Knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferred.

The Inventory Manager is a hands-on operational support role focused exclusively on maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity for a Fortune 500 corporation. The role exists to support warehouse operations by ensuring every part is in the correct location, in the correct quantity, and ready for kitting or picking. We are seeking an experienced inventory manager to lead inventory control operations within a fast-paced distribution environment, managing approximately $18 million in on-hand inventory. This role is responsible for improving and sustaining inventory accuracy to 99.7%.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the site’s cycle count process across ad hoc and structured count programs

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stockroom Management

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency

Job Description Responsibilities: Perform quality reviews for component sourcing documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and market clearance.
Conduct technical assessments and/or write justifications for the disposition of newly sourced components for sterilization compatibility for items placed into kits.
Review and assess external supplier and internal component change notifications for impact to the kitting organization.
Coordinate product testing with internal and external laboratories as required.

Essential Responsibilities: o May coordinate and manage shipment of final product

As an Integral Fuel Cell Assembly (In-Tank Mechanic), you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety while working within the confined spaces of aircraft fuel tanks. This position requires assembling and installing structural components, systems, and sub-assemblies to meet stringent quality requirements. You will be responsible for verifying kitted parts, performing drilling, riveting, and bonding, as well as assembling plumbing and electrical systems within the tank. Position Responsibilities :

Review bar charts or automated timelines to determine job assignments and obtain necessary drawings.
Locate work areas using drawings, installation plans, or other paperwork that specifies airplane and section numbers.
Obtain and verify kitted parts against installation plans and bill of materials to ensure they are correct and free of defects.
Retrieve parts from the Parts Control Area or other designated locations if they are not pre-picked, ensuring they meet specifications.
Obtain a two-way radio and confined space flag before working in confined spaces, adhering to Communications System for Confined Hazardous Areas (CSCHA) rules and regulations.
Perform drilling, reaming, riveting, cold working, bonding, grounding, and sealing as necessary to complete work assignments.
Assemble and install aircraft plumbing and electrical systems within closed areas of the wing and horizontal stabilizer, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Perform pickup and rework, incorporating changes and conducting functional checks on work typically installed by lower classifications.
Perform continuity checks for electrical systems and hand form electrical wiring and soldering as necessary for work assignments.
Perform final cleaning and closing of fuel cells, including vacuuming and installing fuel cell doors.
Locate and pre-install routing and clamping hardware for in-wing fuel tank electrical and plumbing systems as required.
Use precision measuring instruments to verify that quality standards are achieved.
Report job handicaps, such as errors in sequencing, parts, materials, and assembly procedures, following shop procedures.
Check work after completion of each operation to ensure assembly is complete and free of defects and remove and replace installations and related components as necessary.
