Breakfast server rate is available from 6am - 10am, tipped minimum wage from 10am - 2pm. Shifts typically would be Friday through Sunday.
The server is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create a warm welcoming and exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Fundamental Requirements:
· Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
· Process guests’ checks, collect cash and process credit cards and room charges according to standards.
· Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
· Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the standards, for mixing, portion control and presentation.
· Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
· Be familiar with the POS system.
· Carry out cashiering functions by closing checks and servicing the guest.
· Follow all state liquor laws.
· Follow prescribed procedures in serving liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests, and when necessary report to management.
· Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
· Maintain clean service areas.
· Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
· Always clear all empty dishes from the table before dropping the final bill.
· Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
· Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Position Summary
The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving a variety of products to our guests. This position exemplifies excellent service and creates a positive atmosphere in our dining locations. The cocktail server requires thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor), competence in service procedures and commitment to guest satisfaction. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure friendly greeting to all guests while served within established procedures and standards
- Proficient in all bar menus and can describe all menu items to a guest if/when necessary
- Responsible for bank; ensure its safe return/deposit
- Ensure adequate working knowledge of the Point of Sale System
- Accountable for securing payment from guest
- Clear, clean and reset bar during service
- Responsible for proper opening and closing of bar
- Make managers aware of all guest comments and complaints
- Familiar with Colorado liquor laws
- Complete tasks and projects delegated by the manager
- Assist other departments as business volumes, and staff levels demand
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of serving or bartending experience required
- 1 year of advanced beverage knowledge preferred

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. They are also responsible for table setup, beverage preparation, food service, and cleaning of tables for convention functions.
The Banquet Server:
- Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
