The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) serves as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of cancer care. This RN is knowledgeable on the multiple treatment decisions, strong emotions and financial impact of a cancer diagnosis. The ONN will triage the physical, psychological and social needs of the patient and significant others, offering intervention and /or referrals as needed. Primary goals of this position are to: 1) enable patients with information and education thus reducing a portion of the stress involved in a cancer diagnosis, 2) empower the patient to participate in their personal care process, 3) improve understanding of their decisions and treatment plans; and 4) complete the treatment though the point of survivorship planning (when applicable).

POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a liaison between pathologists, clinical care teams, and reference laboratories to ensure a seamless and efficient care from diagnosis to treatment and participates in the coordination and navigation of complex molecular, esoteric, and pathology-related testing, including clinical trial referrals and multidisciplinary planning. This position is part of a centralized system support team responsible for managing pathology consults, test send outs, and data tracking related to molecular testing and plays a critical role in ensuring appropriate tissue handling, test utilization, and billing processes are followed. While these standards are intended to be an accurate reflection of the job requirements, management reserves the right to modify add/or remove duties and to assign other duties as necessary.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Acts as a centralized resource for the Banner sites and promotes cross-departmental collaboration to support standardized, efficient workflows for pathology and molecular testing, while positively promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the company and supporting the Road Map.
2. Coordinates triage of pathology specimens and molecular test requests communicates with the clinical care team to gather pertinent clinical history, pathology reports, and progress notes as well as supports the organization and facilitation of multidisciplinary tumor boards and planning conferences.
3. Sends specimens to designated reference laboratories for molecular and esoteric testing and tracks testing status and reports results to appropriate care teams in a timely manner. Enters and manages molecular and pathology data to support research, quality initiatives, reporting requirements, and appropriate billing practices.
4. Serves as a resource, communicating courteously, effectively, and accurately with internal and external customers to include molecular testing vendors. Interacts with peers and coworkers with an emphasis on teamwork and a strong focus on customer service excellence. Functions as a liaison between and partners with other departments, as necessary.
5. Works closely with pathology, histology and referral laboratories to ensure best utilization of tissues to ensure it is prepared appropriately for requested testing. Mentors staff and helps develop policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.

Must possess a valid driver's license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Project Management experience, with knowledge or application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, the Surgical Specialty Navigator (SSN) is responsible for the surgical care of patients; supervision of assigned personnel; orientation and teaching of new employees to their specialty and ongoing in‐service programs. SSC keeps the nursing manager informed of all activities of assigned services; seeks guidance as needed; supports the nursing manager in carrying out unit objective and is a primary representative of the nursing manager. The Paid Search Strategist is responsible for managing paid search campaigns from top to
bottom, including but not limited to paid search campaign set-up, budget management, setting

● Manage high volume paid search and YouTube campaigns for multiple clients.

Job Title: Sr. Digital Product Manager, Search & Discovery
General Summary
Responsible for driving the vision and execution of digital products (i.e., software applications), with a specific focus on enhancing search and discovery experiences, ensuring customers can easily find and engage with products across . Generally, works under minimal supervision on 1-3 features of medium complexity and/or an entire application. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize solutions that drive innovation, improve customer satisfaction, and align with business goals.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: (approximate percentage of time spent)
- Studies end-user needs, defines product features and coordinates activities across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines and business objectives. Activities include: gathering and writing requirements for medium and large application features; conducting competitive analyses; and using product discovery techniques to aid in prioritization of features (e.g., A/B, surveys, interviews, etc.). (60%)
- Develops long-term product plans (i.e., roadmaps), and leads stakeholders through the roadmap process for assigned product(s). Activities include: conferring with engineering, marketing, clients, prospects, operations, legal and others, and developing financial models to aid in prioritization. (20%)
- Monitors and reports on product utilization and identifies trends. (10%)
- Provides guidance to less-experienced staff. (10%)
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, marketing, business administration or related field, 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce, search, or related digital products, or a similar role in an Agile, Scrum, Kanban or similar software application development and/or project management team environment, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
- Strong customer facing digital subject matter expertise with experience working on medium complexity features and/or an entire software application.
- Experience with search technologies and platforms (e.g., , Solr, Algolia, or similar) is required.
- Experience reviewing vendors and RFP processes for enterprise search platforms is preferred.
- Proven track record of launching a search platform, from initial discovery through execution and successful launch.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation platforms.
- Familiarity with taxonomy design, product categorization, and search filtering.

The SEM Manager is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy across Tao Group Hospitality venues, with a primary focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search campaigns. This role drives revenue, ticket sales, VIP table bookings, and brand visibility through Google Ads management, paid search strategy, performance marketing, paid social media, and online platform optimization.

- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) with proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROAS
- Deep understanding of keyword research, bid management, ad copy optimization, and Quality Score improvement
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, automated bidding strategies, and advanced audience targeting
- Demonstrated success managing substantial paid search budgets with measurable performance outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation
- Experience with Meta Business Manager and paid social campaigns
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, CMS systems, local search marketing, and SEO best practices
