Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility

RCM Health Care Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team to support our Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care to residents, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Full-time 13-Week Positions (chance for extension)!

Physical Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  
• Provide therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and functional abilities

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Experience: Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation preferred but not required.
  
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Clinical Fellow - Speech Language Pathologist (CFY-SLP)

Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) - CFY Program Available

RCM Health Care Services are hiring Clinical Fellows (CFYs) that can work in a pediatric setting in all 5 boroughs of NYC to provide speech-language therapy. Our pediatric settings consist of DOE Schools and Therapy Clinics. We have full-time, part-time, and weekend work for all settings. We also have ongoing, contract, and coverage assignments available.

Experienced and new graduate providers, and providers that need sponsorship are welcomed. We have a wonderful mentorship program and clinical supervisors that are eager to assist you.

Clinical Fellowship Year Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy in a pediatric setting.
  
• Document session notes manually or in an electronic format.
  
• Complete IEP and end of the year process reports.
