This Maintenance Technician III position is an on-site, full-time, non-exempt position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (with some flexibility).
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician III provides preventative maintenance and repair services at the Denver establishment, following manufacturers' instructions and utilizing knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment (as appropriate to position level). This position is primarily responsible for on-going maintenance, development, and upkeep of facility equipment and complex sterilization equipment.
Preferred skills include LabView maintenance and programming to interface with sterilization equipment, including sensors, actuators, and instrumentation devices.
In addition, this position is responsible for independently maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing sterilizers and other laboratory equipment, as needed.
Responsible for maintaining all the equipment in the facility, the facility itself inside and out, and miscellaneous maintenance duties as needed. Special emphasis placed on accurate record keeping for FDA GMP purposes with focus on maintaining accurate maintenance logs.
Job Functions:
- Provide preventative maintenance at location in accordance with established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
- Comply with all health and safety codes and procedures as mandated by Getinge policies, quality requirements and regulatory agencies.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 3+ years' experience with industrial machine maintenance and electronic wiring and soldering or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
- FDA/ISO exposure and document control and ability to read, interpret and test according to FDA and ISO standards a plus
- Higher-temperature repair and pipe fitting experience a plus
- Pressurized systems maintenance preferred
- Very strong technical proficiency in using schematics, system diagrams and repair/replacement procedures to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate all products assigned.
- Has the ability to assist with troubleshoot, repair and install facility and production equipment in an efficient manner to minimize operation downtime
- Desirable to have experience and understanding of electronic circuit logics (e.g. discrete, TTL, MOS, and linear circuits) and Relay Ladder Logic troubleshooting and PLC programming
- Printing equipment repair experience a plus
- Knowledge of various steam equipment operations desired
- Computer literacy; familiarity with information technology concepts, personal computers, Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Purpose: Achieve daily business objectives by supporting all shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, monitoring store supplies, and maintaining back stock effectively. The Stock Supervisor is also responsible for supporting the sales floor as needed. Reporting directly to the store manager.
Stockroom Operations:
- Supervise stock associates and ensure proper training on all company policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations to Store Manager as necessary to improve store processes.
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager on stock associate performance issues.
- Maintain all merchandise in the stockroom by category and ensure that it is labeled appropriately for quick location.
- Ensure a high level of organization and cleanliness in all areas of the stockroom, including store supplies and fixtures.
- Manage store supply inventory and create supply orders monthly. Communicate maintenance issues to management in a timely manner.
Inventory Management:

Responsibilities
- Perform numerical modeling in support of coastal processes (Waves, flows, sediment transport, coastal morphology change) in support of coastal engineering projects such as beach dune and marsh restoration, coastal structures, inlet management, coastal resiliency and coastal flooding.
- Coordinate and establish effective working relationships with team members, project managers, and clients.
- Conduct numerical modeling studies from start to finish including pre-processing data, creating modeling grids, developing and implement boundary conditions, conducting numerical model calibration, project scenario simulations, post processing results, creation of modeling graphics and videos and preparation of final deliverables including technical report and power point presentations.
- Participate in project decisions regarding numerical modeling scope and scheduling.
- Prepare various project documents including reports, technical memorandums and technical papers to be published in specialized journals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Coastal Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Oceanography or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with numerical modeling of coastal and estuarine systems, including coastal hydrodynamics, sediment transport, and morphology change, utilizing Delft3D and XBeach modelling suites.
- Experience with Matlab programming, specifically development of pre- and post-processing scripts for Delft3D applications.
- Experience with wave and tide schematization for long-term morphology change simulations of beaches and inlets.

- Strong background in coastal processes.
- Proficient English communication skills (oral and written).

- Coordinate program-level budgets, schedules, and deliverables across major capital projects and operating plans
- Act as the primary point of contact for Engineering from design through construction, ensuring alignment with approved scope, budget, and timelines
- Partner with engineering, construction, and line departments to develop work plans, define project scope, and assess feasibility and deliverability
- Establish project economics, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants (engineering, design, and professional services) to advance projects through design milestones
- Monitor project performance and proactively develop recovery plans to address risks, delays, or scope changes
- Lead risk identification, establish risk parameters, and implement mitigation and contingency strategies
- Facilitate and lead regular project meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely decision-making
- Coordinate with internal departments to establish agreements, force accounts, and other project-related requirements
- Prepare and present project status reports, including risks, forecasts, and recommendations, to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Support capital planning efforts including prioritization, budgeting, and long-term program development
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, cost controls, scheduling practices, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible roles delivering large-scale architectural/engineering and construction projects
- Demonstrated experience managing complex capital programs, including design and construction phases
- Strong expertise in project lifecycle management, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Proven experience in cost control, change management, and schedule management within large infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and construction principles
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders including internal teams, external consultants, regulatory agencies, and utilities
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of capital planning, procurement processes, and risk management frameworks
- Professional certifications such as P.Eng (PE), RA, PMP, or LEED
