Tiello has partnered with a growing commercial and industrial mechanical contractor that is expanding operations by launching its Electrical Division in Blytheville, AR.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced electrical leader to build and shape a division from the ground up. The Electrical Manager will play a foundational role in establishing processes, building a team, and driving electrical operations within an established HVAC and mechanical organization.
Position Overview
The Electrical Manager will oversee all electrical operations, including project execution, team development, safety compliance, estimating support, and long-term strategic growth of the division. This role requires both technical depth and entrepreneurial mindset.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-it role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the launch and development of the electrical division
- Recruit, mentor, and manage electricians and electrical field crews
- Oversee electrical installations for commercial and industrial projects
- Support estimating, bidding, and project planning activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Develop operational standards, safety procedures, and workflow processes

Clients served by PACT are typically diagnosed with a thought disorder, have a history of psychiatric hospitalization, and are unable to engage with more traditional forms of outpatient care.
The goals of PACT are to assist individuals in the reduction of mental health symptoms, to function successfully in the community, to live as independently as possible and to reduce hospitalizations and/or incarcerations.
Goals are tailored to each individual's needs and may be adjusted quickly to respond to changes.
PACT interventions include ongoing assessment, case management, medication management, advocacy, group therapy and goal-oriented individual therapy services.
Crisis support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Summary of position : The PACT RN Case Manager serves as a clinical member of a multi-disciplinary team by providing treatment and case management support to clients; Duties include: Referral, linkage, and advocacy services to promote access to resources; Side by side support in the community and during appointments to promote engagement and accurate understanding of information; Ongoing assessment of client functioning to relay information to other members of the clinical team; Crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.

Administers injections to clients as directed by the PACT Prescriber and PACT Lead RN.
Educates all clients as needed regarding medications, symptoms, coping strategies, personal growth and development, etc.
Provides side-by-side support as needed to promote client independence.
Acts as a liaison between clients and community agencies, resources, families, and natural supports to facilitate treatment.

Schedule: Schedule is variable and includes a mix of 8am

- 8pm shifts.
Shifts include a rotation of both weekends and holidays.
Staff provide on call coverage that may include overnight contact with clients.
This position includes some flexibility to allow for coverage during staffing shortages.
Travel : Mostly limited to Knox County with the rare potential for travel to surrounding counties.

A Brief Overview
To maintain the nursing staff in all areas as well as to deliver safe efficient age specific nursing care to patient/families.
What You Will Do
* Routinely provide patient care.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
* Maintains employee records.
* Identifies needs for and provides Staff education/staff development.
* Participates in Discharge planning, community resource referrals, and education.
* Committee involvement, participate in quality improvement initiatives.
* Oversees daily operations of unit/area in a cost-effective manner.
* Involved in Community outreach activities as pertinent Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.
* Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
* Displays commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

Description
A Brief Overview
The Clinical Dietitian Specialist will display effective nutrition care and critical thinking skills to complex cases. Will display strong communication and in-depth education skillset in daily practice. Will be involved in projects that are clinically relevant to nutrition care. What You Will Do
* Delivering Effective Nutrition Care (Develops & implements decision making tools for potential complex cases in area of specialty)
* Critical Thinking & Decision Making (Demonstrates proficiency in professional judgment and strategic thinking in practice)
* Communication & Education (Provides education to staff, interns & other health care professionals in the hospital in area of expertise)
* Leadership (Leads in updating & development of policies & procedures & SOP)

* Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition if established eligibility for the registration examination for dietitians on or before December 31, 2023 (Required) or

Work Experience
* 5+ years experience working as a clinical dietitian working in the environment of an acute care hospital. (Preferred)

* This position possesses advanced skills to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and apply the nutrition care process to patient care. (Required proficiency)

* Completion of an ACEND accredited Supervised Practice Program. (Required)
