SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Oklahoma. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Active Oklahoma License.
- Certifications-ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA ACLS and PALS Required).
Job Summary:
- Credentialing Time Frame:60-90 days
- Shift Schedule:7a-3p, Call 3pm-7AM
- Call Schedule/Rotation Every 4th night; every 5th weekend
- Minimal Availability Required: 2-week blocks per month
- Supervision Model: No supervision
- Type of Cases Required: 3,800 a year; MOSTLY endo, ortho (includes joint replacements and spines), peds dental and OB (415 total deliveries last year / 160 was c sections / no VBACS). Also general, urology, pain mgmt., gyn, ENT, podiatry. Anticipate a ramp up in numbers for OB and general surgery.
