Parsons is looking for a Change Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll have the privilege of working on the premier Infrastructure project in the country, as well as receive all of the benefits of working for Parsons! This Program is the most urgent infrastructure program in the country - a comprehensive set of rail investments that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and, in its later stages, create new capacity between Newark NJ and NYC.
The Gateway Program is the most urgent infrastructure program in the country a comprehensive set of rail investments that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and, in its later stages, create new capacity between Newark, New Jersey and New York City, the busiest section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC). The first phase of the Gateway Program includes the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), which includes the construction of a new two-track tunnel under the Hudson River connecting to Penn Station New York as well as the full rehabilitation of the existing 110-year-old North River Tunnel. The Gateway Development Commission (GDC), established through bi-state legislation, is responsible for the financing and development of the Hudson Tunnel Project.
As a tri-venture partner with Parsons, Arcadis, and Mace (MPA) is the Delivery Partners (DP) to provide advice, leadership, and support to GDC for the development and implementation of HTP. This is a master service with task order contracts for a 15-year contract encompassing a broad range of strategic advisory services, project management, design management, construction management, stakeholder coordination, federal compliance, operations support, office administration, and related services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and coordinate change management activities across all HTP Packages and Project Contracts, ensuring alignment with the HTP Project Management Plan (PMP) and GDC procedures.
- Evaluate proposed changes to scope, schedule, and cost from GDC, SEPs, and Project Contractors, providing technical assessments and recommendations.
- Manage the Notice of Proposed Changes (NPC) Log and ensure timely updates and documentation of all change activities.
- Collaborate with the GDC Program Office and SEP teams to develop negotiation strategies and coordinate responses to claims and change requests.
- Review and support the approval process for Contractor-Initiated Change Order Requests (CICs), ensuring compliance with project objectives and contractual obligations.
- Maintain version control and historical records of all approved changes, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Provide input into change-related reporting and dashboards, supporting program-level oversight and decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement of change control processes and tools, contributing to the refinement of workflows and documentation standards.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience in change management within large-scale infrastructure or transportation programs.
- Strong understanding of project controls, contract administration, and technical review processes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities- As directed, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations pertaining to commodities.
- Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses.
- Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment. May include bulk and or packaged material.
- Control and monitor all load out functions.
- Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems.
- Conduct and properly record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks including but not limited to lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms. Inspect in-use equipment looking for seeps and leaks of process equipment.
- Monitor and maintain quality of inventory (may include blended, bulk or packaged product).
- Deliver products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed and others to customer sites.
- Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Conduct regular housekeeping duties such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping and cleaning up spills. Complete appropriate record keeping.
- Perform grounds maintenance including snow removal.
- Perform warehouse work including driving loader, loading/unloading inventory, forklift operation, and general maintenance.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in welding fabrication and design.

- The position requires working in areas that may be under construction.

Essential Job Summary::Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the collections activities in one or more lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off and container delivery pick up). The Operations Supervisor oversees drivers, helpers, and other members of the management team and works with the Operations Site Manager to implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. The Supervisor ensures adherence to all accident prevention programs and leads operations to ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, operating, regulatory, accounting, ethics and other standards. - Reviews and audits documentation related to route operations daily (e.g., DVIRs, driver time and attendance, open tickets), following up where appropriate.
- Perform route vehicle inspections.
- Conducts on-the-scene incident/accident investigation; assists drivers in preparing accident reports, and safety violations documents.
- Conduct daily shift safety briefings at company depots.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements

WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A 2ND SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR AT NEW OXFORD CONTAINER FACILITY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up rails, print, and die cut section on Flexo accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
Inspect all dies before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are in place and tightly secured.
Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print. Check rolls for damage.
Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
Assist Operator, Assistant Operator and Utility with job duties on the machine.
Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data.
Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs.
Complete annual food packaging safety training.
Report any discovered food packaging safety risks or concerns.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
Adhere to production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Report any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED.
Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends.
Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
