Job Summary
Serving within the Research Faculty of the Institute, this position directly supports the extension, service, and economic development missions of Georgia Tech to the State of Georgia and beyond. Primarily this position provides entrepreneurial incubation and acceleration services to ATDC (Advanced Technology Development Center) member companies in strategic areas that foster development and encourage their growth. Georgia Tech EIRs (Entrepreneur-In-Residence) are comprised of seasoned entrepreneurs and/or angel investors with successful business backgrounds in order to help guide ATDC companies through high growth/funding stages. After more than four years of planning and groundwork, the ambitious Tech Square Phase 3 (TS3) initiative is well underway. With two impressive towers at its core connected by a shared elevator, the TS3 project, slated to finish in 2026, encompasses 416,500 square feet and includes a large outdoor plaza for street-level retail.

Job Summary and QualificationsEvery heartbeat matters-and as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, you'll be part of the team that protects them. In this role, you'll stand alongside physicians and colleagues to deliver advanced care during lifesaving cardiac procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
- Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
- Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
- Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
- Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- EMT, EMT-P, Rad Tech, Respiratory Tech, LPN, Surgical Tech, Sonographer, ARRT
- PRN and Part-time must have Cath Lab or IR experience
- High School Graduate / GED

Overview:
The Nurse Tech role is designed for current nursing students who have completed Fundamentals of Nursing. As a Nurse Tech, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Mercy nurses to gain real life experience on a hospital unit while still in nursing school!
Job Duties:
- Obtain vital signs and document into the electronic medical records system
- Assist with patient care needs including, meals, bathing, toileting, ambulation, patient mobility, and transport.
- Phlebotomy/blood cultures
- Enteral Feeding
- Wound care
- IV/Foley removal
- Trach care/suctioning
- Culture collection
- Ostomy application and care
- Wound vacs
- NG tube management and removal
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. and enrolled in a board-certified nursing
program.
Prior to employment, the Nurse Tech shall provide student transcripts indicating
they have completed Fundamentals of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
and provide competency skills list from their learning institution.
The Nurse Tech must remain in good standing with their school of nursing while in
this role. This program is for nursing students only, if a student leaves a program for
any reason, they can no longer be a nurse tech.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of hire.
Experience: None required
Minimum Physical Requirements
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform

Our Concierges (Drivers) are responsible for:
- Coordinating with local restaurants and entertainment venues and making reservations and ticket purchases for residents.
- Coordinating dry cleaning or any other outside services residents may need.
- Providing shuttle service and valet for residents as needed.
- Planning and coordinating parking assignments for valet and special event parking.
- Assisting with developing community communications, such as activities calendars, to residents, families, and prospective residents.
- Ensuring the entry way and lobby of community are clean and free of debris.
- Purchasing supplies as approved and ensuring supplies purchased do not exceed budget.
- Driving for residents and community outings as assigned.
- Supporting management team with special holiday/event planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
If you are someone with:
- High School diploma required; College Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Drivers' License.
- Excellent driving record (last 5 years).
- At least 25 years of age.
