About This Role:

Crusoe Energy is seeking a Portfolio Schedule Manager, Project Controls to provide leadership and governance across scheduling for large-scale, complex capital programs, including hyperscale data center projects. This role operates at the portfolio level, ensuring schedule integrity, consistency, and transparency across multiple concurrent projects.

The Portfolio Schedule Manager will establish and enforce scheduling standards, integrate execution schedules with cost insights, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership and Crusoe clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned project controls professional who brings deep scheduling expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to connect schedule performance to broader program and financial outcomes.

What you’ll be working on:

• Lead portfolio-level construction scheduling and project controls across multiple large infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects
• Establish, enforce, and continuously improve minimum scheduling standards, including schedule structure, coding, progress measurement, update cadence, and reporting
• Own portfolio schedule reporting, clearly communicating schedule health, forecasted milestones, critical path impacts, and overall delivery risk to leadership and clients
• Integrate schedule and cost insights to highlight schedule-driven cost risks, acceleration impacts, and downstream financial implications
• Oversee and support onsite and regional scheduling services teams, providing direction, quality assurance, escalation support, and alignment to portfolio standards
• Bridge execution schedules with baseline planning assumptions by partnering closely with Preconstruction to ensure continuity from planning through delivery
• Own the onboarding and transition of schedules from Preconstruction into active project delivery, ensuring alignment with general contractors and key vendors
• Collaborate with consultants, Preconstruction, Construction, general contractors, and OFE vendors to integrate contractor schedules into a unified, program-level schedule
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely, accurate schedule insights across the portfolio

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of experience in construction scheduling and project controls for large infrastructure, hyperscale data center, or complex capital programs
• Advanced scheduling expertise; Primavera P6 proficiency and/or advanced scheduling certifications strongly preferred
• Proven experience establishing and enforcing scheduling standards across multi-project portfolios
• Strong ability to assess schedule health, critical path impacts, and milestone risk at both project and portfolio levels
• Experience integrating schedule and cost data to inform leadership decisions
• Demonstrated leadership managing and guiding scheduling teams and external service providers

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $180,000 – $225,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The Role We Want You For

The Scheduling and Planning Manager builds and maintains the project schedule and the different baselines in accordance with Clayco’s policies, owner requirements, and the on-going analysis of the network logic and validation as it complies with the intent of the project team. Cost and resource loading including the Clayco metrics and general conditions is required on all project schedules so, all report generation and cash flows will be a critical element of the role.

The Specifics of the Role

• Periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules. Collection of all pertinent data required to update the schedule. The Scheduler is responsible for collection of update data from multiple sources, including the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Owners Representatives and subcontractors. All update data shall be approved by the Project Manager prior to incorporation into the schedule.
• Maintenance of Project Schedule Baselines. Maintains Project Schedule Baselines in accordance with Clayco’s policy regarding Baselines and any additional requirements the Owner’s contracts may include.
• Periodic Performance Report Generation. Generation of project specific Performance Reports as well as Clayco Standard reports, including but not limited to: Critical Activities Report, Baseline Deviation Report, Earned Value Performance Index Report and Project Cash Flow Report.
• Cost and Resource Loading of Schedules. Required at a minimum on all Clayco projects to include the Clayco Metrics Resource Set for project staff and General Conditions. As required by the project, updating cost and resource actuals may be required as part of the periodic progress update process.
• Network Logic Analysis and Validation. On-going analysis of the network logic and validation that it complies with the intent of the project team and that it complies with the Clayco Standard Guidelines for network logic. The network logic on-going analysis shall also include removal of extraneous and superfluous dependencies that may cause errors in calculating total float and criticality.
• Assist in preparation of Monthly Schedule Reporting. Preparation of the required reports for the project and shall include assisting with the draft of the Monthly Schedule Narrative.
• Schedule Development. Developing schedules from the ground up for both proposals and construction projects. Development of both types of schedules shall be a team effort.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related major is required.
• 6-10 years of scheduling experience.
• Data Center experience.
• Recent expertise and a proven knowledge of Primavera P-6 scheduling management system.
• Project Management experience working for general contractor preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook and willingness to regularly update skills.
• Knowledge in BIM and how it relates to scheduling and sequencing is preferred.
• Ability to travel and move depending on project locations.

Description

Acts as a technical resource for Scheduling within the Global Project Methodology (GPM) or Global Turnaround Methodology (GTM) work processes. Supports establishment of overall schedule baseline and reporting to monitor and control the project within established baseline tolerances. Coordinates data inputs from the various disciplines and functions to ensure accurate forecasts and reporting of schedule. Engages key stakeholders to understand causes of the deviation and the need to establish actions to mitigate, when deviations occur. Northrop Grumman Armament Systems is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Manager (Manager Level 1) to support our Plymouth, MN site. This manager must be capable of creating and maintaining a resource-loaded schedule network that is the core of a schedule-driven EVMS implementation.

Job duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage scheduling personnel. Mentor and develop professional talent within the business unit.
• Provide program schedulers with day-to-day support, guidance, troubleshooting, and satisfying programmatic requirements
• Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Provide program planning and scheduling support to internal and external customers. This includes gathering of source planning data, logical sequencing of activities, establishing activity durations and loading of resources in an Integrated Master Schedule Network for the purpose of providing status reporting and earned value analysis of work performed against the approved baseline plan.
• Implement automated planning software to perform schedule analysis and reporting, including critical path analysis and assessment, schedule risk assessments, schedule health metrics analysis.
• Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques.
• Able to assist in the creation and presentation of content to various levels of leadership, efficiently work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and Program/Project Managers and exert some influence on peers and internal customers.
• Support/coordinate internal and external surveillance audits and DCMA surveillance reviews, and integrated baseline reviews
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, with particular focus on implementation of the NG Earned Value Management System

Basic Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in Business Management with Bachelor's degree OR - 7+ years of experience with a Master's
• Experience with Microsoft Project and the development of an Integrated Master Schedule
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Full understanding Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and the ability to support implementation on programs with varying contract types
• Experience in supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan and Acumen Fuse
• Experience with SSI Tools
• Experience leading a team
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Experience scheduling in an Earned Value management environment with working knowledge and experience with scheduling in a compliant EVMS environment, including familiarity with DI-MGMT-81650 and related government requirements
• Active DOD or ability and willingness to obtain a Secret Clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $112,600.00 - $169,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules throughout all phases of construction—from pre-construction through commissioning. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure critical path milestones are met and risk to schedule is effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale data center construction projects using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to create realistic timelines for design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Analyze schedule impacts, forecast delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project milestones.
• Perform critical path and risk analysis to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Track and report on schedule progress against baseline, including earned value metrics.
• Support change management processes by evaluating the impact of design or construction changes on schedule.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, lookahead schedules, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering planning expertise to align execution with overall strategy.
• Coordinate closely with commercial, procurement, and construction teams to ensure integration of key milestones across disciplines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler, preferably within data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning and sequencing across trades including civil, structural, MEP, and commissioning phases.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning analytics tools (e.g., TILOS, Synchro 4D, or Power BI a plus).
• Experience managing and analyzing baseline schedules, resource loading, and schedule performance indicators.
• Familiarity with construction contracts (AIA, FIDIC, NEC) and their implications on schedule.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external contractors.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related discipline preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
