The Overnight Assistant Distribution Center Director at John F. Kennedy Distribution Center is responsible for supporting the Distribution Center Director with managing overall distribution center activities for offsite operations with $400+ million in revenue accountability serving multiple airport locations. This role involves assisting with distribution center personnel leadership, vendor relationships, inventory management across multiple locations, regulatory compliance support, and coordinating operations across multiple lines of business including retail, restaurants, and duty-free shops while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
Essential Functions
- Assist in managing inventory accuracy, including transportation of orders and returns to multiple locations, product rotation, temperature control procedures, and reverse logistics using SAP, CrunchTime, and distribution management systems.
- Supervise day-to-day distribution center activities, including staff scheduling, shift coverage, and operational continuity while providing service to multiple airport locations for receiving, processing, and distributing merchandise for retail and food & beverage operations.
- Support vendor relationship management to ensure proper stock levels that support sales objectives across served locations. Assist with coordinating distribution operations across retail, restaurants, and duty-free shops while helping resolve delivery issues, shortages, and quality concerns.

Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus.

The Director Quality Affairs is in charge of providing subject matter expertise on matters related to FDA regulatory compliance requirements, as well as leading the growth and responsibilities of the Quality Department. Responsible for maintaining the company’s Quality Management System’s (QMS). Quality
- Manages GXP quality activities.
- Builds on the company’s Quality Management System; formulates the company’s GMP, GLP and GCP compliance strategies and provides advice and support for clinical development programs.
- Oversee GMP, GLP and GCP compliance audits (US and international), including contract manufacturing sites, analytical testing sites, storage and distribution sites, contract test laboratories, and CROs to determine compliance status and to identify compliance risks.

About the Role
CMI is seeking an experienced Packaging Quality Assurance Manager to lead our packaging quality and compliance initiatives across our supplier network and distribution operations. This role ensures that all packaging materials supplied to our customers meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.
The Packaging QA Manager will play a key role in strengthening CMI’s quality systems, supporting supplier performance, and maintaining compliance with industry standards such as BRCGS. This position works cross-functionally with procurement, operations, logistics, and customers to ensure consistent quality across CMI’s packaging portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
The Packaging QA Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving CMI’s packaging quality management systems. This includes establishing testing protocols, performance specifications, and validation processes for packaging materials across multiple substrates including paper, plastic, foam, and molded fiber.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing packaging quality standards across CMI’s supplier network and distribution operations

Job Description
This position was created to establish dedicated quality inspection at our Fabrication facility for the first time, while also supporting Assembly as production needs shift. You’ll be hands‑on in the process, helping catch issues early, document nonconformances, and strengthen how quality shows up across both sites.
Why this role exists
As production volume increases, we want quality checks happening earlier and more consistently. This role helps contain defects before they reach Assembly, supports incoming material inspection, and provides flexible QC coverage where it’s needed most.
What success looks like in your first 6–12 months
Fabrication checkpoints are consistently completed on schedule, incoming material issues are identified and contained quickly, fewer defects escape to Assembly, inspection documentation is accurate and timely, production teams trust Quality as a partner in keeping work moving.
What you’ll be responsible for
In‑Process Inspection — Fabrication
- Perform in‑process inspections at defined checkpoints before product moves to Assembly, verify dimensions, workmanship, and visual requirements against drawings and work instructions, identify and segregate nonconforming product, apply hold tags and escalate issues, maintain inspection records, contribute feedback to improve fabrication checkpoints over time.
- Incoming Material Inspection
- Inspect incoming material per established procedures, verify material certifications and Certificates of Conformance, identify and segregate nonconforming material, document findings and escalate issues, support the transition of incoming inspection ownership to Quality.
- Assembly Support — Float
- Provide QC inspection support at Assembly as workload demands, perform defined quality checks, support final QC release activities, identify and document nonconforming product, apply hold tags and notify Quality leadership.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Complete inspection records, logs, and checklists accurately, escalate nonconformances with clear documentation, share observations on recurring defect patterns, support data collection for rework and quality cost tracking.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of quality inspection or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience using basic measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify workmanship defects
- Ability to clearly document inspection findings
- Comfort working on the shop floor and in fabrication environments

Work environment

Under the guidance of the QSHE Supervisor, the Contract Logistics Quality Inspector Team Lead oversees inspection activities to ensure they align with the company's service, quality, and cost objectives. The Quality Inspector Lead is responsible for ensuring Inspectors receive proper training and evaluations according to relevant standard procedures. This role includes managing the scheduling of an adequate number of Inspectors, including coverage for weekend shifts. The Quality Inspector Lead guarantees timely reporting of inspection findings and serves as the primary liaison between Inspectors and leadership. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am.

The Content Understanding team builds machine learning models that "read" Pinterest content-images, text, and video-to produce high-quality semantic signals (e.g., embeddings, localization, quality/safety labels). These signals power relevance and retrieval for Homefeed, Search, Related Pins, and Ads, and also support integrity use cases like spam and low-quality detection. We work end-to-end: from data and labeling strategy, to model training and evaluation, to low-latency serving and monitoring at Pinterest scale. The role is ideal for a senior modeler who also enjoys developing, productionizing models and leading technical direction across teams.
What you'll do:
- Lead modeling strategy for content understanding (vision, NLP, multimodal), including architecture selection, training approach, and evaluation methodology.
- Design and ship production models that generate content signals such as embeddings and classifications used across multiple product surfaces.
- Own the full ML lifecycle: data/labeling strategy (human labels + weak supervision), training pipelines, offline evaluation, online experimentation, deployment, and monitoring/retraining.
- Partner with infra/platform teams to ensure scalable, reliable training/serving (latency, cost, observability, rollout safety).
- Collaborate with signal-consuming teams (ranking, retrieval, integrity, ads) to define signal contracts, adoption patterns, and success metrics.

What we're looking for:
