Job Description

The D365 Senior Technical Analyst partners closely with D365 Platform Operations Leads to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused support service aligned with agreed service scope and SLAs. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) through effective troubleshooting, user support, system enhancements, and controlled releases.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, including provisioning and termination of system access and roles.
  • Respond to and resolve production incidents (performance, access, data accuracy, and system issues) using a structured, methodical troubleshooting approach.
  • Ensure incident, request, and defect tickets are managed and resolved within defined SLA targets, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively manage and report on the operational backlog, providing key performance indicators aligned to service level commitments.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for major and critical incidents, implementing resolutions, workarounds, and preventative improvements to reduce recurrence.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by developing and enhancing operational processes, procedures, and documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams for alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with key IT and business stakeholders, as well as third-party vendors and strategic suppliers.
  • Write and maintain custom programs and scripts, and configure ERP applications to support business requirements.
  • Analyze existing infrastructure and lead or contribute to system enhancements and optimizations.
  • Lead the integration and release of new applications and updates into the existing environment, ensuring service acceptance criteria and operational deliverables are met prior to handover.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge base covering application architecture, common issues, support procedures, and FAQs.
  • Proactively monitor applications and environments (alerts, performance, system health) to identify and address potential issues before they impact users.
  • Support configuration and customization of Production and Sandbox D365 environments using tools such as Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across enterprise systems by adhering to approved workflows and procedures.
  • Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control requirements, supporting audit preparation and remediation activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and operational procedures to safeguard application integrity.
  • Stay current on D365 features, updates, and best practices, as well as organizational standards, through participation in change governance forums (e.g., CAB, VMOB).

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The A/V Technical Systems Designer will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various A/V-related projects and systems to provide our customers and staff with diverse A/V and IT-related technical support.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role encompasses all aspects of project management, technical specification, design, analysis, installation management, equipment start-up and manufacturing. Automation/Electrical engineers support the manufacturing processes and equipment in one or several manufacturing facilities by designing, specifying, purchasing and constructing Automated/Electrical systems (hardware and software) and components. WHAT YOU WILL DO


This position includes roles as the Lead Electrical Engineer and project manager for our Aviation Tire manufacturing facility, supporting efforts to design, build, install, maintain, and modify our manufacturing equipment.


- Create initial designs, assist to define functional specifications for new machines and systems, develop estimates and budget, assure procurement of parts and systems, monitors electrical equipment fabrication, conduct vendor/contractor management, deliver complete and current technical documentation, and oversee installation and startup of projects that range from simple modifications of existing machinery to large-scale expansion projects.
- Have hands-on involvement with equipment and processes by being available to the operators and maintenance personnel and gaining detailed knowledge of the process.
- Provide technical expertise in the maintenance, modification and installation of equipment and machinery in the tire manufacturing process, including technical assistance for problem solving analysis.
- Participate in all facets of project management including: Economic justification, design, vendors/procurement, installation, start-up, qualification, machine acceptance, training for operations & maintenance, project reviews and technical documentation.

- Provide liaison between facility engineering, central quality, methods and purchasing teams, and equipment suppliers to assure good mutual system requirement understanding.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering along with demonstrated successful project management experience. Associates degree with extensive experience may be considered.

Proven electrical design skills, and the ability to deal with electrical, electronic and mechanical tire manufacturing equipment.

Minimum of 5 years industrial electrical design experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial equipment.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals with minimum supervision. The applicant must be able to develop positive relationships with customers.

Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated solid teamwork, communication, and planning skills required. Previous project management experience or team leadership experience is preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues. Both written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to communicate with French counterparts on technical issues is preferred.

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in dealing with outside contractors and equipment suppliers.

POSITION: Cushioning TSR

POSITION SUMMARY: The Cushioning TSR will work closely with sales teams to service products, provide technical support, and grow and promote solutions with Sealed Air customers.
