Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Creates and builds new show and event product.

Hexcel is currently seeking an Aluminum Expand & Trim Operator for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. Start rate: $25.00 Per Hour during the New Hire Orientation Period normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $27.31 Per Hour. This position is on Grave shift (11:00PM to 7:00AM, Monday Friday + O/T as required) and pays a $1.75 per hour shift premium. Note that the workday on Grave shift is designated by the day the shift ends.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Performs operations to nail, belt, expand, flatten/stress relief, and trim aluminum core details to customer-defined dimensions. Operates a variety of custom expanding equipment, large band saws with moving tables, large power shear, hot glue applicators, powered lift equipment and a Programmable Logic Controlled oven. Performs any MRP transactions as required.
- Performs set-ups, first part checks and any specific nailing, belting, expanding, trimming and when necessary stress relief of Aluminum core slices to meet customer requirements.
- Uses a tape measure, a dial caliper, 6" rule and micrometer. Uses visual inspections and sales order review specification list to ensure product meets customer specifications, especially length, width, thickness, and cell count (cells per inch).
- Uses a computer and calculator to compute and enter data for MRP transactions.
- Enters proper temperature and timing on heat stress oven to assure optimum flatness of core.
- Transports product by hand, powered lift, and manually powered cart.

Job Purpose
Product Planner I is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market trends and conditions within the Powersports & Products industry to identify factors that may impact future products. Serving as the voice of the customer, this role involves conducting comprehensive market and product research, as well as in-depth market analysis, to generate actionable insights. These insights support model strategy and lifecycle planning, sales planning, and model specific planning activities leading up to development.
Key Accountabilities
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Powersports & Products industry, including product line-ups of Honda and its core competitors. This includes in-depth knowledge of product types, features, and related technologies.
- Research: Support complex research projects to gather insights that inform product planning and future strategic initiatives. Organize and participate in research events, such as trade shows, customer, and dealer visits. Responsibilities include coordinating events, research vendor management, analyzing data, and creating reports to ensure actionable insights while receiving guidance and support.
- Analysis: Compile and analyze primary and secondary data utilizing various research methodologies and data sources. Generate and interpret insights from data to uncover customer preferences, satisfaction, purchase behaviors, future vehicle needs, trade-offs, and more. Effectively present findings through clear and visually compelling charts, graphs, and reports to support data-driven decision-making while receiving guidance and support.
- Product Planning: Gather and synthesize product trend data and effectively identify and summarize customer needs. Craft clear stories based on data and customer needs on essential development requirements while receiving guidance and support. Clearly communicate product descriptions, specifications, features, and pricing details while articulating the product role, target customers, and business objectives.

PURPOSE.
Under direction of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, this position is responsible for the monitoring and accuracy of all RiteHite Warehouse inventory. This position will also aid in establishing the Warehouse Ready initiative.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following- Other duties may be assigned
Generate cycle count reports, summarizing cycle results by part number, by location and by facility.
This position will have indirect authority to assign personnel to count.
This position will have direct authority to train warehouse personnel, and provide feedback on improvements, as needed.
Entering of all cycle counts and reconciling inventory adjustments with appointed Opco representatives (planners, buyers, supervisors and operations leadership in a timely fashion.
Communicate errors or process breakdowns in real time and coordinate efforts to resolve issues regarding inventory controls or practices-
Propose and implement inventory processes as needed, with accompanied support documentation-
Investigate cycle adjustments that exceed a predetermined tolerance level and report and document any findings to appropriate personnel.
Maintain Stock-Out Repon integrity and work with appropriate personnel to reconcile BOM errors-
Work with all OPCO personnel (buyers, planners, supervisors and ops leadership) to establish shelf allocation, replenish quantities and delivery frequencies.
Maintain regular communication with purchasing, planning, engineering and manufacturing to ensure inventory processes are followed and inconsistencies are identified.
Work with appropriate production support personnel to identify reasons for inventory over-issues, communicate and coordinate corrections as needed-
Develop and maintain accurate documentation of Warehouse inventory procedures and processes-
Facilitate the engagement of manufacturing personnel, support personnel and engineering personnel in how they affect the overall inventory process-
Perform cycle counts-
Motivate manufacturing personnel by soliciting input in developing inventory benchmarks and goals that are consistent with the company's strategic plan-
Assist in development and initiation of the warehouse ready initiative-
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Timeliness and accuracy of cycle counts and inventory practices-
Professional and effective communications with manufacturing, support, engineering and management personnel of inventory processes and/or issues.
Document inventory measurements and processes in accordance with company procedure.
Ability to effectively engage other personnel in understanding inventory and its processes-
Capable of communicating and engaging personnel at various inventory skill levels-
QUALIFICATIONS-
This individual will need to be proficient in Excel spreadsheet and Word documents. Experience in JDE El will be helpful.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE-
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience-

Job Summary
The Legal Operations Manager supports the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) as part of the Operations team helping drive operational excellence across the department. This role focuses on managing legal technology, process improvement, data analysis, and operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across OGC, particularly Legal Affairs. While this position does not include supervisory responsibilities, it requires independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to lead projects from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 - Evaluate and refine existing workflows and support continuous improvement efforts; design and implement best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and automation of legal operations.
Job Duty 2 - Plan, schedule, and provide logistical support for meetings, events, and unit initiatives; oversee arrangements, prepare and distribute related materials, and ensure seamless execution of program and project activities.
Job Duty 3 - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Duty 4 - Lead the implementation, configuration, training, and adoption of legal technology tools (e.g., matter management, e-billing, intake management, and document management systems).
Job Duty 5 - Collect, analyze, and present operational and financial data (e.g., staffing metrics, budget performance, case assignments) to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
